I am trying out Vanquish as I go into PCT. The main ingredient is Hoodia extract. It is supposed to control appetite. This is my first day trying it.

I suppose a good test would be to find some local hawaiian pot smokers and have them smoke some ganja and take some vanquish. put some doritos in front of them. If they don't attack the doritos after sparkin up then it really works. My own test is more mundane since I haven't touched the ganja stuff in 20 + years. Just a plain regular : Does it control hunger test. So far I think it works but we will see over time.
Here are the listed ingredients:
Pyridoxine HCI (B6) 3mg
Hoodia Gordonii Extract (20:1) 250mg
Griffonia Simplicifolia Seed Extract (Standardized for 98% 5-HTP) 50mg

ghost, why in the world would you use an appetite suppressant during PCT???
I highly advise against that, if anything you need to bump up Calories in PCT to keep the gains.

I am keeping my protein up but calories down because I ate a lot ON cycle and my body fat went up along with my muscle toward the end. I figured to used low cal high protein isopures and some low calorie meals to cut off some body fat. I need the hoodia cause I don't want to eat as much cutting as I did building. I am also supplementing with lean extreme and BCAA's and Product X and dermasize and a few other things to keep the muscle and lose the fat. But I need to downshift my eating so I figured Hoodia might help with that.

hmmmmm....keep me informed with your results, I think you'd be better off just trying to clean up the diet

Lord knows I have found it easier to build muscle then to get ripped and burn fat. Just trying new things to make it all work.
To build muscle you just lift and eat. Any idiot can do that. Peeling off the fat layers to show off all that muscle without catabolizing the muscle is harder for me. I will keep you guys posted . Anyway right now I am not that hungry and all I had was a big 3 egg omlette I made for breakfast.
I will force down some tuna for dinner don't worry.
I went lap swimming today to burn some fat. They posted police with guns at the lap pool a while back after a girl lifeguard was chased around the pool and threatened by an ice addict after she told him diving wasn't allowed. It is kind of weird having armed men guarding the lap pool. Especially since the cops they stationed there look like they can't swim and eat about 100 donuts a day. All you would have to to is push one in the pool and he would drown and with a bunch of wet bullets the gun wouldn't be of much use. anyway one thing for sure : NO DIVING !

Well I got fancy andd tried to dive off the diving board at the lap pool and hit the end of the board wrong scraping a lot of skin off my toe. The dive was absolutely hilareuos because my right foot hit the end of the board perfectly but the left toe didn't propeling me awkwardly into the sky, but the injury has cut back on cardio. You wouldn't believe the stuff you can't do with a toe injury. No walking, running, basketball, bike shoes hurt, no swimming because the water stops the skin from healing and shrivels up the scab, making it painful when it dries.
About recumbant lifecycle bike is it.
Gonna need that hoodia to control hunger.
