Has Anyone tried NO Infuse on calf muscles? What about ankles and the soleus? I need to focus on this body part as part of therapy for a very old basketball injury in which I ripped out most every tendon in my ankle. It was 15 years ago but I got this new calf block to help that wasn't invented back then to help stretch the soleus muscle. I only got so far with it but I need to focus on these muscles for therapy.

Here is the block in case you guys want to check it out. This company doesn't sell supplements just fitness gear so I don't think it violates the forum rules. :

It curves away to the floor and has a gripping material on the curves part for traction

that looks really cool ghost. I don't think I'd want to put NOInfuse on my gastronemius/soleus because I get insane pumps there anyhow, i think NOInfuse would limit my results

I am planning on trying to use NO Infuse to increase blood flow with stretching and weight exersizes on the calf block, then ICE it to force the blood out and lactic acid out. If it works I will let you know. My ankles stabilized where they are range of motion wise a long time ago and I would like to take the next step in therapy for them because every now and then I tweak the muscles and it hurts real bad when I do. I was on crutches for several months after the original injury which was so bad I almost passed out.

Well I know that that calf block works. There used to be a brand called calfmaster out but no more. I tried one at a gold's gym in thousand oaks. It had a weight tree attached for just holding plates and a balance rod going straight up with a T on top to hold on to for balance. The most important thing is the curved calf stretch block though. I can balance on anything.

If you buy one from that store they were having a technical problem with web sales and you have to call them up to place order.

I do reccomend that block for stretching. Also simple elastic therapy bands for moving the ankles side to side for stretching.

I will post how NO infuse and ice works for therapy on my ankle. It is a long slow process and takes time.

Thanks Ghost,

I definateally know i need to stretch my calfs alot more than i do before i run/work out..My family has a history of weak ankles so i will be getting ankle braces of some type...I too think i will try to spray about 3 or 4 sprays on my hurt ankle with the ice and see how it comes out..Never know....Is there any other suggestion you have for a busted up ankle???

thanks
