hope you all enjoyed Easter as much as i did!! i confess i had a cheat over the break as my carb up day. but today i still looked realy flat so i had 3/4 cup oatmeal with my breakfast. iv cut cardio back to walking at 4mph for less than 40min at a time. im going to check my weight soon and if i still feel and look flat it may be time for another pizza!! cause i hate this flat look and feel. i think i could be losing muscle :(
if i do deside to do the may12th show then i shouldnt be eating pizza and i need to get my butt back in order! but i can deff take it easy with 11 weeks to go...man thats a long time.

I'd go for the 5, get yourself back on track man, and keep up the hard work, it will all pay off in the end

the 27 is the deadline date for the show. the more i think about it i dont want to diet for another 11 weeks lol. but i do want to be in good shape and make the lightweight division. so tomorrow im gona wake up and go back to cardio like im doin the show in 5 weeks. il weigh myself then to see if im on track...should weigh about 169-170 now. if so i can make 154

hmmmm, both, sounds like a plan, get to it MU, lol, I couldn't imagine tryin to get 2 contests in within a few weeks of each other, but with the water weight I added recently, I kinda wish I had that focus

ya iv done it before. last year i had 2 weeks between em! i just wont eat crap after the show is all.

I'd keep that as your goal, next year I'll jus have a days worth and be done, wasn't sick, but this water is pissin me off.

final call-no may12th show for me! iv came to this conclusion that doing both is not going to work. if i continue with this program im gona run myself dry for may 12 and not look my best and then be skinny looking by june 23. so im gona take it back to slow timen it and look my very best in june. i dont mind the dieting and i need to challenge. after all it seems my body is better suited for slow small loses at a time or i start losing muscle/ muscle fullnes.
as planned il be taking pics for the AX contest in another week and il post them here. i think they will show that im not quit ready for a show. so here is my new plan for the next 10 weeks.
my muscles are STILL tooo flat. sence i was trying to make it to the first show i went a lil over board with the diet and cardio-but i will recover. tonight i might have a pizza cheat when the parents come down to eat out with me...give me your thoughts i need backup to justify it hehehe :) weights at 170 but i can tell iv lost bodyfat eventho iv maybe lost a pound or 2 in several weeks. so the cheat should restore my muscle fullnes then im going to add in Blue Up by controlled labs to get my lifting energy strength back up.
let me know what you all think. so far your support has helped bunches and i realy appreciate it

wow that pizza was good! ok enough loathing. i woke up today and i felt realy good. my skin is so tight and i can tell my muscles are already liking the glycogen. im sure todays shoulders and arms day will produce good vein poping results and help even more with glycogen retension.

good luck bro, this is pry your better option, mentally and physically, u seemed to be doin a lil overkill on the cardio, and keepin it in check will serve u well now that u have some more time
