Recently at the end of my cycle, when switching to PCT, I have had a few REALLY painful charlie horses both on an OFF day laying on the couch and an ON day after 50 minute cardio on a recumbant cycle followed by decline situps. Anyone had this problem end of cycle? or just dehydration caused cramps. The cramp laying on the couch was a bad calf charlie horse and at the gym I had one in the leftside gut after cardio and decline situps. It IS VERY hunid in Hawaii, and I had cut way back on cardio so my hydration was off rythem as well. Any problems related to switching to PCT or off M!T to 4ad out there?
