Alrighty, I haven't been the most reserved person after this diet, I've binged daily, well more of an eat what I choose method. But is there anyway to limit this slight bloat and water retention I have, its gotta be water cuz it doesn't look normal, even my abs feel expanded. I will begin to clean up my diet partially today and tomorrow and by the weekend (except for easter dinner) I will have my diet set up for my upcoming stack. Just lookin for suggestions, I've heard this look can last awhile if you let it progress naturally

if i were as cut as you i might could be of more help. but compared to you i always look bloated. ;)
on a serious note though i did notice a little difference a couple of months ago when i took some digestive enzymes. they seem to help with the bloating a little.

After every show I do i "spill over" about 2-3 days afterward because my sodium/carb consumption goes throughthe roof. After dieting for 10-12 weeks I kinda go nuts with junk food for about a week straight. Last year, after the USA's I put on 12 pounds in one day, lol. There again, the USA's are in Vegas and there is of course no shortage in any kind of food you could ever want in sin city.:D

ohhh, sh**, you guys are feeding the cause, it doesn't look normal, I guess its goin down a little each day, but I look like pure @$$, its terrible, I don't need this encouragement, I have soooo much junk food to consume, its unreal. I have been taking about 4-6 digestive enzymes a day, jus to ease my mind

This whole bloat is bringin me down, its fun to eat, but I feel like I'm back at week 1 and startin all over. I jus need to know that its gonna go down, and I'll have at least somewhat of a 6pack when it does, cuz now its smoothed over and looks bad, it constantly looks like i just ate.

trust me b-nat the bloat will go down but theres a trick...u gotta get the diet in check before too long or it does turn to fat. i learned the hard hard way. competitors at our size have to watch what we eat even after a show. sure binge a few days ul be fine. but call a limit. trust me on this-if you realy want to compete again and look better, win, you cant get fat again in the off season.
start eating the exact same things as you were at week 3 out. after a week add 20g of carbs. after about 2 more weeks add 10g protein 20 more g's of carbs and take away some fats. continue to do this untill you notice fat gain. then level off the diet at that untill ALL gains stop. then add some more calls. the inbetween times of gaining are good times to add supplements and push yourself as far as you can with that coloric intake.
good luck man
