have you ever went to the gym and see someone maybe a little bit skinnier then you pushing alot more weight,,makes me wonder what kind of stack there taking,, i was at the gym today doing benches on the smith machine, i have no work out partner so i use the smith machine and next to me is another smith machine,,this guy who was smaller then me youde think to look at him that all he could probably bench is 250 for a couple was on that s machine doing decline benches with 315 easy 6 reps pretty controlled you know he did like 3 sets. me on a good day i do a routine of course i do flats then go to decline but i do 225 for 17 reps, then 275 for 2 sets of 10 and then i'll try 315 and maybe get 4 if im lucky that day and i'll do 2 sets of 315. i know some people are just naturally strong and i thought i was one of those people but man dude had to be on a good dry stack. i tried a sdrol clone , my last day at 4 weeks was about a week and a half ago but it didnt do diddle for my strength at all and i dont fool around at the gym its seriouse time for me when i go, so any how iwas thinking of buying trenadrol and use my other sd clone which is a diff brand hopefully it'll give me what im looking for after my pct or i'll look into a better stack for strength, but doesnt it make you wonder sometimes who's taking what to push that kind of weight???

Running the same compound twice in a row will make the second cycle weaker. I'd take a break from a superdrol clone and go with another type of cycle.

Size isnt always indicative of strength. Take a look at Dinoiii's numbers. Strength is based on two things, nervous connection to the muscle, and available contractile force of the muscle. Without a proper motor unit recruitment, you will not be able to activate the maximum contractile force of a muscle. The individual in question may train different angles of his chest each time he does a chest workout where a lot of people only do the same few exercises. I myself havent done Bench Press for about a month as there are a plethora of other ways to activate and stimulate the fibers in your chest. Im rambling but the point Im trying to make is that training will dictate strength more than size any day of the week.

I agree. Take a look at powerlifters in the lightweight class. Dudes weighing 170 benching and squatting 400+ easy.

I wouldn't do another ph stack. Try a natty test stack, tons of em' giving good strength gains with em too. Jeff you sound like me again bro, alot of times I use the smith. I hated it when I was younger, wouldn't even look at it but I've used it a lot this year and haven't lost anything when I went back to da regular bench. Nothing compares to da regular bench though but the smith does it's thing.
Also, he does decline alot bro, he's strong at it from doin' it alot. Dude, get a bench a do those dumbbell inclines you were doin, trust me, he's gonna look at you and say the same thing your sayin' about him. Peace.

I agree here.....my younger bro while not a powerlifter per se is 180-185 and his max on bench is 495 and i have seen him rep 315 for a set of 17 and 225 for a set of 28

Haven't you ever seen a female power lifter? You'll have a little 140lbs chick deadlift 500lbs. To say the least its embarassing to ever workout next to them. :p

You have a twisted mind though, and from reading your posts I would assume watching this chick would be more of a turn on for you. Imagine the possibilities....

There is actually a chick at my gym thats a powerlifter, I think she said she weighs 98 lbs and she benched 225 and squatted close to 4 in competition. This lady is insane, she's also like 40 couple years old.

I prefer for my women to be feminine. Sorry to disappoint. I must admit that I have taken a power lifter out before, but it wasn't my thing. When it comes to rough sex I prefer to be the one being rough and not the other way around.

Isn't that crazy? And alot of the time they don't look muscular either.
