i am not sure but it was mentioned at one time you get 1 for every 1000 posts. if so you would be due more than one. Dinoiii should know. did you get one or more than one D_

About me being gone - had some scary medical stuff going on (I can't get a break on this crap)

I initially went in for migrane headaches, but they couldn't figure out why i was getting them. I only got them after long periods of intense cardio, i got an ECK and it revealed some irregularities. They thought I had wolf-parkinson-white syndrome (my father has this) and I thought i was going to have to be subjected to a pretty scary surgery for my heart. It ended up being a "run of the mill" sinus arrhythmia. But i was forced through all sorts of tests and forced to wear heart monitors for days at a time - it got pretty frustrating.

I've been cleared to lift again so I'm here and back in action!
