I found where to get the green tea but for the ECG do I need extract or will caps suffice...I also found the powder...what would you guys suggest? Also where can I find the extract if thats what I really need to use.

i used extract 40%EGCG powder and took 400mg 3X a day. This stuff taste AWFUL so be prepared

Just make sure that you are getting at least 270mg of EGCG daily. Capsules are more convenient as the powder tastes pretty nasty IMO.

i second that question, where can you find the extract that is easily absorbed?

i second that question, where can you find the extract that is easily absorbed?
