If a person who's growth plates were still open and they were to supplement themself with growth hormone would this help them to get gains in height? I appreciate the help.

yes, its not uncommon for GH to be used for this purpose

what has steered me away from thinking about using GH is its affect on your organs, I want my skeletal muscles to grow not my visceral ones.

5'8, will Growth Hormone have the potential to get me to 6'0, or is that asking a little much?

Im not too familiar with it, but I've seen a few cases of GH usage resulting in far more growth than that, but they were in early teens or preteens.

You're 19 right? At your age, you cannot say for certain that your growth platelets are even open.
