Ok,

In 3 weeks I want to start a new cycle. Can anyone tell me what I might use with these two supplements for a 50 day cycle. I am 43 years old.I want to gain strength and size. I am sure someone has something to add in here for me.I have a strong feeling I am missing something of great importance. NO PH"S please. If you have something to add, please tell me what the supplement will do or any sides.

Smash- Pre workout
X Factor- 50 day cycle
Hypertest- 50 day cycle
Green Mag- Post Workout
ZMA
Multi Vitamin

Anyways, man I am lovin this stack for you in soooo many ways. To me everything looks perfect, can't wait to hear your results as I think they will be realllly impressive.

only thing i would change is Multi's for Dinoiii's ACES. here is a summary:

-ACES
• Vit A (900 mcg or 3000 IU daily)
• Vit C (2-3g DAILY)
• Vit E (400 IU)
• Selenium (200mcg DAILY)

B-Complex orthomolecular dosing, meaning spread throughout the day and I throw down a dose of ZMA on an empty stomach at night and then have my last meal of the day.

Spread them out...Vitamin C doses > 500 - 1000 mg can actually act as a PRO-oxidant...who wants that.

Vitamin E and Selenium should NOT be taken around your workout but can be taken in one shot.

Vitamin A should be taken as I said - in beta-carotene form.

My Addition: Also take your Beta and Vit. E with some fats.

That looks pretty good to me.

If anything, other than the ACES+B, try possibly white flood or smash preworkout. Other than that everything looks great. A very wicked stack you got there so keep us posted with results.

looks good to me. make sure you read about what not to take with X-factor like EFA and CLA. I think the only thing you might like would be a good protein powder\weight gainer. Remember also ZMA before bed w/o calcium or dairy!

also, I'd like to see a log with your stack and some before and after pics!
