View Full Version : MAN Scorch/Vaporize/Blue Print Stack

With the arrival of MAN Sports Blue Print, I am glad to say I now have a bottle of my own:D I was planning on stacking Blue Print with Scorch and Vaporize.
I had the stack planned as follows:
Scorch - 2 tabs twice daily for the first 3 days(then bump up to 3 tabs)
Vaporize - 1 tab 3 times a day for first 15 days (then bump upt to 2 tabs)
Blue Print - 4 tabs first thing in the morning
AXIS LABS Smash for Pre-workout supp
Dymatize Elite Whey and BSN Syntha-6 for protein
How does this look?? I know SMASH has creatine in it, but would it be ok to take some CEE tabs??
I do have a couple of questions for our MAN Sports reps regarding the Blue Print. Is there any other supporting supp's i should be taking while taking Blue Print?? If so what. And, according to the bottle of Blue print it says to take first thing in the moring. I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to take it about 1 hour prior to working out? Let me know what you think:cool:

Personally, I think creatine is overdone in 95% of bbers and athletes.
With BP
[1]- "support supps?" NO completely unnecessary.
[2]- "dosing?" the suggestion of AM dosing is to take advantage of peptide release...
I talk about this a lot on the MANUP Discussion board (www.manupdb.com). Have even offered up different rationales of stacking in the "Supplements Straight Up" section of the forum. Check it out. I would post particulars, but they are scattered about it and there is a lot of Blue Print talk over there.
There is also an article in the Open Articles of this forum you may find beneficial to read, alongside the Q&A that follows the article.

Awesome advice Dana.
Their is more than enough creatine in SMASH for an effective preworkout dose. No need to supplement more.

Thanks D_ and Clickster, I've been reading about blue print on the other site and it has helped quite a bit. And I figured that the amount of Creatine in SMASH was enough I just had some CEE tabs laying around for a while and figured I would put them to good use;) Thanks for all the help I started this cycle today

I am going to log it. When I get home later tonight I was going to try to set a side some time and put it in the reviews section, should be interesting It's going to be my first log,:D wooohooo! I will try to update it daily if possible.

i too would like to see a log of this. if i can get a hold of some blueprint i will add it to my scorch/vaporize (maybe throw in ephedrein) stack which begins in 4 weeks after my pct/recomp :D

Could always use it as a postworkout creatine. Just an idea.
