Final Check-in!

Well fellas, its been long, a long grueling, winding, whining 13 weeks of straight up hell. Hours separate me from what I have wanted to do since I was 16, just a few hours..49hrs40min before pre-judging begins, what a ride man. It's been great guys, thanks for all the support and words of encouragement. MU, the routine will be simple, I will forget to do the special movement I was thinking of and don't give up hope brother, this sh** hits the fan more than once, and its tough but you'll be in shape if I gotta drive out there and bust your a$$ on the leg sled. Ryno, only a few days separates you from the finish line as well, and you'll be one of the first to see the results from my show. Bigpete, well yer jus big bro, this is a stroll for you, your usual walk around this time, but its still tough and good luck. Dalvare, you look good man, nice spread, chest is comin along well, I'm damn impressed. AS for the rest, thanks for the guidance and kind words, I will try and post on Sunday night, or Monday midday.

Oh and final check-in for weight (without depletion :D..yet) 156.6, 2.35lbs to get out of my system and I've done it, THANK GOD!

b-nat u got this in the bag! uv not only dieted for your first show but uv also kept a very very good log of it all. its gona get so much use. after your show you should make a post here with links to all your diff threads in diff sections in order of how they go. then lock it or something so it dosnt blow up. maybe even make it a permanent one at the top? that way others who want to just get straight info on competing can do so easily.
