this may be a dumb question, but would too much milk thistle be hard on the liver?
i take 1 pill (4:1 extract = to 1000mg per pill) 3 times a day...
too much? too little?
what is the lowest effective dose?

In increased doses(depending on the brand), the most common side effect is loose stools and/or diarrhea and dehydration(resulting from the previous side effect). What brand is this, BTW?

I've used it, you're good with three gel-caps a day. I doubt that brand meets label claims myself, but its cheap:D .
