Im 190, 509 14% body fat. Im currently taking No Exploed and LG Transform. I bought SMASH and will be switching to that soon. Im diong a fully body workout M/W/F and Running T/TH/S...taking sunday off. Eating 4-6 times a day.
Im trying to gain muscle/loss fat at same time....want to get about 13% body fat.
Any sup or workout ideas?

13% BF is a reasonable goal, and muscle maintenance is simple, can't promise muscle growth with anything though. Are you taking a thermogenic/fat loss supplement? That would be a great addition, something along the lines of MAN Scorch

Hey man,
With SMASH alone you should be able to get down to 7% and gain about 15 lbs of lean muscle. Yeh, I am kidding :). Anyways, I like your routine that you have set-up so far. I would try to push for eating closer to 6x/day than 4x, if at all possible. If its tough for you to eat 6x a day, try making your meals smaller and then slowly building the cals for each meal. This worked for me back in the day.
I will ditto BNat and say that a solid fat burner is something good to add once you get your diet in a good place, until then I would probably hold off on getting the fat burner.
A few good ones I recommend: Scorch, Leviathan, DCP.
I would also throw in a Sesamin with Fish Oils, as that would greatly aid in shedding fat. Best one imo is Axis Labs - SesaMAX.

At least 3lb of lean muscle and a 1% bod fat decrease. And that is in just one serving!!
