dalvare1 Has just begun a transformation that will leave the competition in the dust. Stacking Gaspari's products to obtain a ripped,vascular,shredded,pumped,jacked,swoll-as-hell physique!

This is PCT to the extreme. No laying around wishing I was still on cycle, Its time to get to the gym, bust my ass, and get shredded for my contest on May 5th.
Gaspari has come out with a few products that have really tempted me. I'm sick of reading review after review of conflicting information so I decided to say F-IT Ill find out for myself!

This will be a stack of the following:
Gaspari:
Novedex
Superpump 250
SizeON
iFORCE: Testabolan
BioTest:HOT ROX EXTREME
MegaPro: Ephedrine HCL

People constantly rant and rave about marketing BS and products that are all hype. Well I for one dont believe anyone that hasnt given the product an honest try before bashing it. So here goes....

GOALS:
Decrease Bodyfat to <5%
Retain Muscle Mass as much as possible

Product Goals:
Superpump 250: Exactly what the name says! I want something that will get me ready for gruelling workouts and provide pumps, energy, and endurance while I keep my carbs low!
SizeON:WHat can I say, Creatine Monohydrate is good, CEE is better, can SIZEON be an improvement? I cant say until I find out for myself.
Novedex:Coming off cycle, so I need help in the estrogen department. Yes my cycle was mild, no I dont have gyno, im just playing it safe and trying to boost my test in the process.
iFORCE Testabolan: Additional test support
Biotest Hot Rox: Heard some good reviews, heard some bad reviews. Im using this as a stimulant and a fat burner
Ephedrine: Finally going to try this out. Everybody praises its fat burning effectiveness so im giving it a run.
Additional Supporting Supps: Restore, ALA, whey protein, bcaa powder
DALVARE IS HERE TO PUMP YOU UP!

I was a fan of Gaspari's original stuff, but don't exactly like the lineup as much as I used to. Im on Sizeon right now and I personally like other creatine options, especially since it seems to me that the main creatine is mono in sizeon.

Regardless, good luck man. If it works for you, GO WITH IT!

Well man, this looks good, wanna see someone take this stack to see its results. The only thing I don't like or am going to shy away from is the SP250, the more I look at the ingredients the more I see problems, there's way too much going on in there, a lil this, dash of that/ I was a big proponent of this before, however I think I will go along the lines of nitrobolic xtreme or fast twitch, we'll see how the addition of beta-alanine is for me, and that could be my new thing, possibly with addition or arginine. anyways, good luck bro, if it works well, my mind may stagger back to superpump, but for now we must part ways

haha, its cool B-Nat. I undestand. I agree on those "proprietary blend" with 100 different ingredients but what the hell, everything is worth a try. And btw, if you want to try something, Dymatize XPand is awesome.

This looks really good bro. I am sure you will love the results from Gaspari's products. I personally love all 3 of them. I'm actually running all 3 of them in my current cycle. If you have never used super pump before, start off with a light dose; say 1/2 - 1 scoop to get yourself use to it or it can turn into superdump:o LOL Once you get use to superpump, it will get you jacked for your workout and the carbs in the size on will give you energy to no end. Good Luck bro. I'll be following!

There really isnt cycling w/ test booster, but I think protocol for any test booster is like 8 weeks.

I'm using sp250 right now and I like it. Xpand is next on my list to try.

Looks good man! You should do very well in your competition.

Xpand is next on my list to try.

I tried the XPAND, but honestly after using SP250, the Xpand didnt have that much to offer me. I think I would get the Xpand energized over the original or Smash is a terrific product that you might want to try.

OK first official day on this cycle!

All I can say is WOW!
Sp250 has completely went above and beyond my expectations. This blows every N.O./PReworkout supp I have ever tried out of the water.

I had an 8 hour flight into chicago that I had to wake up at 3am for. I was so tired all day but I knew I had to get to the gym to stay on track. I took sp250 about 5 mins before I left and by the time I got to the gym I was in attack mode. I destroyed the gym.

I havent had a chest workout this good ever. period. I have a lot of trouble with both size and definition in my chest, but by the time my workout was over my pecs were full and I could actually see striations across them when I flexed! It was unbelievable! For me that was huge. Normally I hate my chest.

SizeOn: Tastes kinda wierd. I drank it before my last set and on the way home. Wasnt too bad, i have had worse lol.

My workout went something like this:

High Incline Smith Bench: (2 warmup sets) 3 sets 12/6/10
Medium Incline: 3 Sets: 12/10/8
Cable Crossovers: 3 Sets
Pec Dec: 3 Sets supersetted with pushups on end of bench (so hands are on either side and facing inward toward each other.)

Man, that was awesome. I literally just got home. Slammed down a shake that consisted of the following:40g Whey
30g Dextrose
200mg ALA

I know it sounds cheesy but: I got pumped the f*ck up!

haha.

nope! I got the fruit punch. Fruit Punch is always the lesser of the evils with supps. Just like chocolate is with protein powders lol.

OK today was legs. Another gruelling leg workout. I tried something new today. damn it hurt!

Started with Squats: 5 Sets

Then moved onto this little number:
Elevated Stiff Leg Deadlifts Supersetted with Walking Lunges: 3 Sets

Ouch!!!anyone looking to destroy their hams and Quad-Glute Tie-In should give this a try!

Leg Extensions Supersetted with Ham Curls: 2 Sets each

Was a great workout. My legs are already sore as hell!

April 2nd, 2007, 06:35 PM
thanks very much UNC!

OK today was arms. Once again, superpump is f*ckin crazy! I love it.

I am runnin like 50-100g of carbs a day and yet in the gym I am an ANIMAL!

Biceps/Triceps

Straight Bar Pressdown: 3 Sets
Cable Curl: 3 Sets
Weighted Dips: 3 Sets
Barbell Curl: 3 Sets
Rope Pressdown:1 sets
Reverse Grip Pressdown: 1 Set
Hammer Curl: 1 Set

This was a great workout. I always like to do a variety of arm movements. I feel like working them in many different ways really brings out all those different heads of the biceps and triceps.

By the time I was done my arms looked like some freakish SYNTHOL experiment. Awesome, I love SP250. and again, SIZEON was taken PWO.

I know some might say that my total cals and protein are low, but I personally feel like this is working for me. I am taking BCAA's almost every meal to keep my amino acid blood levels up. I really want to be dialed in for this show, so I would rather have a really strict diet than have to do more cardio. Right now I am only doing cardio every few days.

OK I am adding SAN ThyroCuts II to this mix. Will be taking it in the morning afternoon and night.

Today Was cardio and Abs

Cable Oblique Bends: 3 Sets
Decline Sit Ups & Twists: 3 Sets
Rope Crunches: 1 Set
Crunches: 1 Set

Cardio: 15 Hiit on Elliptical.

All in all felt really good. I think in these last four weeks I will shed that last bit of fat I have left.

I am debating whether I should do more cardio......
I just feel like I dont want to spare muscle tissue and because I am already running on like 1600 cals a day it would be too much. Eh, I dont know, ill figure something out.

i would swap the carbs from your last meal into a meal earlier in the day, possibly with the meal containing almonds earlier in the day

dalvare1
April 4th, 2007, 12:41 AM
Yeah i thought about that but I recently talked to someone who was an experienced compeitor and he said that avoiding carbs all night is a bad idea because it slows your metabolism. Besides, my macros and cals are fine, im not too worried about a small portion of oats.

but thanks for the input Bnat.

You planning on doing that june show with MU, if you are I think I might join you guys.

April 4th, 2007, 10:10 PM
