wondering can a supplement spoil or i mean have a dimishing efect if it sat in a cupboard for a year?and its opened? to be more specific a CEE? because i found a half tub of FULL THROTLE CEE and my younger bro wants to use it but i wasnt sure if it was still good to use it so help me?

It should be fine bro, I have seen supps gather enough dust to scrape and still be great for use.
