Hello all,
I've been reading the forums for a little while, but this is my first post. I'm a bit overwhelmed by all of the products available, so I was hoping you guys could provide some input. I'm 34 years old, I'm 6' 3" and weigh 190 lbs. I'm heading overseas soon for 4 or so months and need to bring any supplements with me for the entire tour. I'll be able to work out on a regular basis in a decently equipped gym.

I am looking for a shopping list of supplements to buy before I leave. I figured it would be best to bulk/gain muscle the first half and work on cutting and maintaining strength the second. I'm not interested completely in size, more about performance. Well and I'd like to look good for the ladies, laugh. I just finished up a PH cycle, I'd prefer to stay away from that, due to the risks and the difficulty in obtaining a SERM.

So what do you guys think I should bring?

For one, you don't NEED a serm for a ph cycle... anyways, look into picking up a good creatine, a good no2 product if you like them, maybe something for energy, some protein of course!, ... hmm for me the list would look like this:

Green MAG (1)
Clout (2)
Leviathan (2)
NO-Shotgun (2)
Dymatize 10 pound (1)
Mutlis/fish/etc. (x)
X-factor (2) <--- would be an awesome 50day run.

RisingAgainst: From the forums I read, most people insisted you needed a perscrition strength SERM. Kind of scared me a bit. I'm using Test Drive, Formadrol, Wheat grass and Hawtorn Berry for my PCT now. I had good results from the cycle, but was uncertain on how safe it would be to try again. Would the 10-week core cycle be a safe option?

TheKooz: Money really isn't an issue, if anything space would be the only limiting factor.

In reply to this I urge to read my PCT article posted in my signature. SERMS are NOT required, and this is all because in my opinion someone is paranoid and started "preaching" about how it was necessary to prevent gyno, e-rebounds, etc. and it's very far from true.

Welcome to the DA stomping grounds!

I like some of the items RA suggested (as copied up top for 4 months, I did make some adjustments). I may personally suggest a little more protein and the creatine items suggested to fully cover. Plus Beta-alanine in Clout has you covered there as well in decent dosing with more creatine. Not sure if you are in the military (implied) or what your business is over there, but...this is pretty much a safe set of items. Additionally, you can pick up things like oils and such while over there I am assuming, no?

Formestane (4-OHAD) remains the tried and true in the PCT realm. You can get it in bulk powder form at decent prices all over the place. A 6-Bromo product may or may not be needed but specificity of cycle ran would be of interest to me to start suggesting that.

What are your goals in the next 4 months? Before I go too crazy outside of recommending very basic necessities as I have above, I would be curious like what you saw yourself doing with your own body comp over the course of the next 4 months?

We will divide it into Short- (end of 1 month), Mid- (end of 2 months - the half-way mark), and Long-Term (end of 4 months) goals. Only then will I officially add ergogenics to suggestion.


Welcome to DA...hopefully you will keep in touch while over there and let us know how you are progressing as well. However, I am uncertain as to your ability to do this. But certainly don't forget to minimally give us report upon your return. In 4 months time though, I will be looking for you! ;)

Thanks for the welcome and interest in my situation. To cover what PH cycle I ran, it was a Halo-50 clone, I supped with NOX-CG3, multi-vitamin, fish oils, an energy pill and protein/bcaa shake following workout.

As for my goals:
End of 1st month: acclimate to heat/altitude, gain 5-10lbs, increase max weights on each exercise. Probably will be resting every other day and dividing muscle groups in to two for the routine.
End of 2nd month: Gain a total of 15lbs or so, reached an improved max weight for each exercise. (change goals at this point)
End of 4th month: Increased endurance/cardio, increased reps of above max, increased tone.

Since I'll have nowhere to go except the gym when I'm not working, I think these goals are attainable. I'll have four meals per day available to me also.

I have some guides to help me with the routines, some are body weight, some are free weights/machines. Oh, and yes, I'm in the military.

I'll do my best to post every week or so once I'm all settled in, hopefully this site won't be blocked.

Thanks for the list. I noticed a lot of pre-workout drinks. Do you just cycle through the different ones, or really hydrate before a workout :)

no no some i like glycergrow you can take during and post, umm PW u can take be4 as well as WF o and GM pre, its kinda what i like to do but your stomach as to be kinda strong to handle all the diff flavors at once like umm i take WHITE-FLOOD and GREEn MAG 30-45min pre work out and then like 10 min or during cardio take PURPLE WRAATH and then during i take GLYCER GROW and after i take my DYMATIZE ELITE WHEY

Does this look good? If so, Do I do the ALRI stack first, and X-factor 2nd, do I do them at the same time? Any tips on how much and when to take the above listed?

Ok, I'm going to start the X-factor now during my PCT, I'm adding in some Retain also. I'll start the BAM/JW when this is over. One question, I'm right on the border of 200 lbs, should I go with 2 X-factor/day or 3?

Hey guys,
Since Clout is out of stock and I need to purchase at least my first month's supply (DA ships overseas to APOs so I can buy some later on). What would be the best replacement? Beta-alanine sounds like an important aspect of the Clout. Also do I need the NO-Shotgun with the Green mag and Clout?
