i kno thiss isnt the dieting forum but nobody ever goes on there :confused: soooo im boutt to cuttt and im not to good on setting up a diett program so i was wondering if nebody hadd a copy of wht they usedd or set me up onee...thanx you!!!!

Just for future reference, a lot of people dont go to the diet section because of a lack of understanding. Not saying that is the case with everyone who doesnt visit there but for some that is the reason.

On the topic at hand, in order to effectively design a diet for you, we need to know your stats. We also need to kno your current workout routine. The more you include, the more precise we can get. Ther is just not a one size fits all diet or workout routine.

im 5'10'' 190 lbs about to b done with a BAM/JW/Xfactor stack...im getting the alri venom tri lean stack and taking green bulge too...i work chest/tris....back/bis...shoulders/abs...and then start the cycle over with random days off(2 a week)

Ditto, I used to do the same type of routine and hit a wall untill about a year ago when i finally started the work in the leg routine, and BAM!!....punched right through it. Also for myself i tend to burn more cal. on leg days which helps me lose weight quicker.:cool:

legs they say lol...theres no reason for me to do legs...i use to do legs for football but i dont nemore cuz i dont play a sport

Dude, you need a lot. You started phs at 18, you dont work out legs, you dont follow advice... you're very hard to work with... considered being a woman?

if you are looking to really gain mass and size, you need build a powerfull core. i believe that a solid leg routine is a must, im not saying its fun, i would much rather work arms, chest, and back everyday, but strong legs are very important in bulding overall mass
