im just finishing up my pp/sd cycle, and i have been doing a 3 on 1 off routine.

chest/back
arms
shoulders/legs
off day
rinse and repeat

so all in all, im doing each body part twice a week. its a little tough but ive been doing it for a while now.

now my question is whether i should switch it up during my PCT. maybe something to where i hit each body part only once a week. since i probably wont be able to recover as well, i thought this might be a better idea.

the supplements on pct are inhibit-e, blueup, reduce-xt (2weeks in), milk thistle, nac, hawthorne, multi-vitamin, whey(bcaa's include), casein(glutamine included), cvm xtreme, and green mag. i have some Coq10 that im debating on using and i might go pick up some fish oil.

any suggestions?

Supps look fine. I fyour not hellbent on training everything in one week, I would recommend this for a split:

Day 1- Chest
Day2- Back
Day 3- Legs
Day4- Off
Day 5- Arms
Day 6-Core
Day 7- Shoulders
Day 8- Off
Day 9- Rinse and repeat(per your description)

You could include more offdays as you see fit or decrease too. Take a look and see if it would work for you.

i guess another question would be, if it is smart to switch up my workouts to one body part a week rather then 2?

again thanks for any help.

Well the answer to your question assuming you really meant one body part per week would be no. There would be inadequate time for that one bodypart to recover. Not to mention the lack of stimulation to your other body parts would limit your results across the board.

Now assuming that was a typo and you meant one bodypart per day, Then I would say yes. Not every split will look like that and not every split should. I posted that one for you to allow you to not only maximize your effort towards one individual muscle group at a time, but to also allow for optimal recovery elswhere as your newfound focus will be a good shock to your muscles. You should train everything throughout the span of your split to maintain that nervous connection to your muscles as strength is primarily based on your nervous system and maintaining that connection helps to maintain that strength.
