Ok, so I'm 4 days out and was recapping this whole contest prep. And of all the workouts I did, I realized that I may have averaged 1 ab workout per week. I know I was gonna beef it up an what not, but I realized that there were weeks I did 2, and others I did none. Yet my abs are pretty damn ripped and poppin at this point with little work. I was just wonderin if others were like this. I know before I felt abs were #1 on my list, but lookin back, shoot legs were #1, abs were last, if at all
