sorry guys i just gotta rant. Im still in high school so i gotta deal with the drama, but my girl goes to my old christian school that i went to. well this kid that used to be in my class was trying to rub up under my girls skirt and look up. she keeps telling him to stop. then he kept on, and she told him that she was gonna tell me. so he say that he aint scared of me, and that i wouldn't do nothing. well I kno she ain't telling me this to see wat i would do. cuz i been hearin that he doin this to other girls, and i was getting mad before but when he did it to my girl. i got ready to fight. Then i find out that the kids tlk'n crap about me behind my back trying to break me and her up, he also started sayin crap about my mom, and he started saying he wished i would die. I don't really care about him tlk'n bout me, but he sayin stuff bout my mom, and he been trying to rub his hand up my girl and other girls shirts. even though they tell him to stop. To my knowledge what he's doing is sexual harrasment, and his moms one of the teachers at the school so most likely he just get a slap on the wrist and told to go back to class. well this kids in my youth group at church and I dont kno how i would act. cuz me and her both will be there, and she don't wont me to do nothing cuz i'd go to jail. I mean wat can i do? besides just rant and wait it out.

I actually have hit the kid before. well actually he said sumthing about my sis and we were at my old youth directors house and i tackled the kid, and there just so happened to be a 5 foot drop behind him. luckily he broke my fall. So i started hitting him and sum of my friends pulled me off him. I think he forgot about that. maybe i should refresh his memory and just go ahead and beat the shit out of him.

Given your age you would be facing more legal issues than necessary if you do fight him without at least trying to get the authorities involved in your favor. well i actually had a good day despite wat happened. Aparrently my youth diretor got to him b4 anyone else could and the kid got embarrassed by it wen the youth director said something. Now the stupid kid actually wants to fight me. When yesterday it was the other way around. Well, this is me, and my opinion of what I would do, take my advice as you will...

Personally, I was picked on a lot through middle school. Mostly for being smaller than the rest of the group. I just took it and took it all through middle school. Once I got to high school, I started weight lifting and told myself I wouldn't let that happen anymore. From that point on, if someone talked shit or anything about me, I would confront them. Now, 95% of the time I would be scared that they just might do something, but 100% of the time, nothing happened. They would either back down, say they never said that, or never come up to me. I figured from then on most people talk crap out of insecurity. The other guy probably knows you would beat his ass, so all he does is talk crap. He will most likely never ever confront you head on, but will continue to talk behind your back. If I were you, I would confront him, and tell him he is a coward, etc etc... Try to get him to make the first move, if he hits your first, from that point on YOU are acting in self defense, once he hits/shoves/pushes you, knock him the hell out. He made the first move and you acted in self-defense. From my experience, you will not get in trouble.

Do what you like, but sometimes you can only rely on yourself and must take things on with your own hands.

At first i tried to ignore it, so i can see why you want to A) beat the piss out of him and B) confront him...cause ill be honest, ignoring dosen't help shit! So, i told my gf to tell him if he touches her again im gonna whoop his ass. to make a long story short he talks shit about my to my gf's face saying i would get my ass kicked. so i confronted him with the thoughs of if anything happens im going to hit him once and walk away, well to simplify this, he shoves me, i punch him in the face, he tries swinging back, which pisses me off ever more, and i lost control, got on top of him and beat his face to a pulp (i guess i had a small bit of an angry child living in me:rolleyes: ). Well, by doing so i got suspended for the rest of the semester, charged with assault (from verbally telling him im going to beat his ass) and battery for actually beat his ass....i spent 3 months in a jeuvenile detention center and got stuck with 100 hrs of community service. wow...i rant...

Anyways, so if you have your mind set on fighting him, nobody can change this, i would not recommend this at all cause NOBODY can predict a fight, emotions boil over and you will lose control, specially if you have pent up anger, make sure you stay to your plan NO MATTER WHAT. Id say talk it out with him, confront him and be respectful, if he gets out of line just stay on course and make a fool out of him. He shoves you tell him to knock that dumb shit off and nut up and act like someone with a small bit of maturity. i dont know im going to shut up...i even think i have said to much right now, but just use fighting as a very very very last resort. A broken nose won't bother him, a bad rep and humiliation will haunt him while he stays at that school.

yeah I really hate the fact that it seems like i cant do anything about it. Exept for say something and hope he gets scared enough to stop. I seriously have to find a way back into that school, but as of rite now ima have to pay for it myself to go there. the only prblem i have w/ leaving public school is that i'll lose my weight training class, but i can always get a gym membership. Well today was interesting. After my school let out i got in my friends car and we drove out to her school, and he droped me off. I walked into the gym where everyone was. You wanna tlk about silence. Everybody got quiet. I saw her on one side of the gym so i went up to her. Then i looked across the gym and saw the kid. So me and her tlk'd for awhile til' she had to leave. After she left, I walked up to the kid. I said we need to tlk, and in the most scared, nervous voice i have ever heard he says ok. so we start talking and I can tell the kid is scared. He just starts denighing everything and apologizing. I told him that If I ever hear about him saying or doing anything to her everagain than things werent gooing to be as nice. I also told him to expect me to be back there next year. So he really doesn't need to try anything. Then I called one of my other friends to come pick me up. Sorry its not as exciting as It could have been, but the kid was scared and he was apologizing. I think he gets that he doesn't need to be touching her or spreading rumors 'bout me and her. If he does though I'll be rite back up there and i wont be as forgiving.

We have all kinds of people on this board that can take care of every part of this situation....

We can send BigPeteFox because he is a very large man and have him pound the kid into the ground. Then 2 years later when the kid is able to pick himself up, we will send Dinoiii down to explain the science as to how and why that kind of force made his body stick into the ground like that, and why it took so long for him to get it back out. After awhile when the kid still doesn't understand a word Dinoiii is saying....Then after Dinoiii's leaves I will try to sell the kid a bottle of Axis Labs SMASH. When he doesn't buy a bottle, I then sell Jester a bottle of HyperTEST and SMASH and then he puts that kid back in the ground again..

I agree with sonny, leave it to the police, or school board. I have seen some people throw away a good part of their lives gettting into fights. I did something stupid awhile back,and was luck to just have a busted knuckle for life, save it, or better yet,if you have a boxing gym around where you live see if he will meet up there and sock it out. I can't blame you for feeling the way you do ,becasue when I was your age I was thinking with the fists, be smarter, it's not worth it.
