I know that it's not wise to take in a large amount of fats and carbs in the same meal but what about efas? Lately I've been taking my efas (fish, flax, borage, coconut oil) only with meals containing less than 30 carbs, is this wrong? I've also been taking my ala/cinnamon only with my higher carb meals. Am I correct in assuming that I shouldn't take insulin mimicking supplements along with efas?

I heard something similar bro, I don't take cinnamon, but my ALA is always with high carb meals. EFA's arent really a HUGE amount of fats, I think you would be fine with taking them with meals, it's actually usually recommended to be taken with meals.

Yeah I've taking my efas with meals but only with meals that don't contain large amounts of carbs.
