This was posted on the MAN-UP DB, but I thought a little cross reference was in order in light of all the questions asked:

Nice review.
D- I know you answered this question before, but I can't remember what you said. Why is this only offered as a 20 day supply instead of a full 30?
It also seems like this product would make an excellent addition during PCT, do you feel it would as well?

Hey Kappaz - all answers in the posts within this thread from "Open Articles" Land:

Read beyond the article on page 2 for specifics on the 20-cap [my speculation was accurate].
There is a PCT log going on over at the "larger bb forum" with it as we speak, I will comment further as I watch that progress.

Here you go
Is there a reason MAN chose 20 servings per bottle? Seems a bit odd. Should agmatine be discontinued/cycled for a period of time after 20 days?
Well, I didn't have say in the number of caps that comes in the bottle at all nor will I have that kind of say. My role is aiding in product development (essentially what ends up in products and what doesn't and at what doses based on the science)...on that note, I have to side with what I believe to be the case which is more economics, but nothing more than speculation.
Agmatine Sulfate is a VERY expensive compound from quality sourcing. This is something that likely had precluded many from bringing it to market prior though it has been discussed by many over the course of the years. If placing a 30-day supply in the bottle, it would likely drive the cost up a tad...and accordingly rather than mean anything significant if you were to buy say 2 20-cap bottles. But you really should see effects with one bottle...and I would ALWAYS encourage trying one rather than buying a slew of it.
I think all supplements should be cycled. I think many share this thought process, especially when we can track things to acting at particular receptors.
I have used it for a bit now without cycling off, and its "pump" effects are a bit unique, especially vasodilation in that it has not seemed to wane like that of the arginine set. I will be cycling off in a few days only to test out R-ALA dosing at 300mg to see if I get the same effect or if I can readily discern the Agmatine potential.
Should be most useful for those that stay tuned for part II of the article - The Round Table discussion. I have done finger sticks checking blood glucose, gotten complete endocrine panels and the like and will talk about all this in that one. You can make your decision based on those if you chose. I need to have comparative work with just the R-ALA though to rule out confounding issues with that compound, ya know - to make this a real fair trial?
