Trenaplex
Weeks 1-2, 1 Cap Morning 1 Cap before workout
Weeks 3-4, 2 Caps Morning 2 Caps before workout

Ecdyplex
Weeks 2-3, 1 Cap Morning 1 Cap Night
Week 4, 1 Cap Morning 2 Caps Night

PCT::
Continue EcdyPlex at 1 cap a day for 11 more days

Inhibit-E:
Week 1: 3 caps; 1 in morning, 2 at night
Week 2: repeat week 1
Week 3: 2 caps; 1 in morning, 1 at night
Week 4: 1 cap at night

Reduce XT:
Week 2-4 3 Caps a day 1 in the morning, 1 pre-workout, 1 before bed.

Blue Up Stim:
Week 1-4, 2 Caps 30-60 minutes before workout.

On and off cycle supplements:
Ultra-man Multi-vitamin
Big Max 50 (weight gainer)
ON 100% Whey Protein
Chaos Pre-workout (on cycle)
Xceed Pre-workout (off Cycle)
3 Caps of CEE morning and post workout.

Week 1 starting weight 188
Week 2 starting weight 190
up 2 lbs so far on this stack


Side effects i've notice is increase in appitite greatly, mild aggression increase so far, which i love.

basically i had the greatest leg workout in a long time today...i could barely walk out of the gym, and during the workout i basically wanted to cry...haha it was awesome

so...i'm back down to 188...kinda ****ed up? i feel a little leaner but i dont know thats kind of discouraging, kicking up the dosage to 4 pills now though this week
