-I'm lucky enough to test out a bottle Designer Suppliment's new product N.O. Limits. The Log will begin as soon as I recieve the product.
Here's a little info on myself:
Age: 21
Height: 6'
Weight: 183
Body Fat: aprox. 12-13%
Years Lifting: Since high shcool, 2 years seriously
Goals: Eradicate the adipose tissue covering my midesection, lower back and chest. Stay at around 180 but basically cut up for the summer. Also, I wouldn't mind looking a little more vasuclar.
Suppliments: Designer Suppliments N.O. Limits (pre-workout), Controlled Labs Green MAGnitude (pre and post-workout), APL CEE (off days), Palo Alto Labs Leviathan, MAN Vaporize, Dymatize Elite Whey, NOW Adam.
Diet: Needless to say since I'm trying to cut down i'll be keeping it pretty clean. 6 small meals a day totaling around 3200 calories. Macros will look something like 40/40/20 (P/C/F). I'm shooting for > 1 gal. of water per day as well.
Training: Split is looking like (modified a little so i could start log immediately):
Day 1: shoulders/traps
Day 2: bi's/back
Day 3: abs/cardio
Day 4: off
Day 5: Chest/tri's
Day 6: legs/forearms
Day 7: abs/cardio
-3 sets, 8-12 reps (occasionally I'll do some supersets, drop sets and forced reps to keep it interesting)

looking forward to the review . I have tried a lot of NO supps . and was curious when I saw testers needed .I just had a log to do or otherwise I would of signed up . I hope your arms rip open and bleed lol kiddn but close .

Ok that's pretty much the jist of my workout. Now let's talk about N.O. Limits.
Pump 9/10 - One word, awesome! It's been a while since i've had pumps like I did today. I've used a lot of different N.O. products, and this one is definately top of the line. Felt like I was turning into the hulk or something.
Intensity/Focus 8/10 - I was really in the zone today, i'm sure people at my gym think i'm crazy. I felt great.
Vascularity 8/10 - There was some serious blood flow going on today. I saw veins in my shoulders that i never have before. I was seriously impressed:eek:
Strength 8/10 - The pumps were really noticeable, and I felt a little stronger than average. I was owning the damn weights today!
Overall - After only one workout with N.O. Limits I definately saw a difference. I would have to say i'm impressed and excited, this is gonna be fun. I can't wait till bi's lol.

Pump 9/10 - My bi's were so swole up it felt like they were gonna pop. The pump today was great!!
Intensity/Focus 7/10 - I felt a little tired before the workout, but once i got to the gym I got with it pretty quick.
Vascularity 9/10 - Veins were poppin out all over, bi's and forearms especially. Noticeable improvement.
Strength 7/10 - Strength was just about average. Nothing special today.
Overall - Second workout with the product, pumps and vascularity were great. I'm loving N.O. Limits so far!!

Pump 8/10 - I felt some real bloodflow going one during my cardio session. My calves were a little pumped up and were really feeling it.
Intensity/Focus 9/10 - Great workout today, I was sweating like a madman.
Vascularity 5/10 - Not really noticable today except for the vein in my forehead was poppin during carido:o
Strength 8/10 - Endurance was good today, legs felt really strong when i was doing cardio. My core felt good as well.
Overall - Excellent workout today, bloodflow and energy was through the roof. I can feel the N.O. Limits doing its job.

Pump 9/10 - Damn, my chest and tri's were pumped like crazy today. During the end of my workout, the pump in my tri's was a little painful, in a good way:D
Intensity/Focus 8/10 - Felt good today, new music on the ipod was jackin me up.
Vascularity 8/10 - This has generally improved since I started using N.O. Limits, i'm loving it!
Strength 8/10 - Strength was good today, my chest is finally starting to catch up to the rest of my body.
Overall - Good stuff, good stuff!!

Pump 7/10 - Legs were felling pretty pumped today, during the lunges i could really feel it. Forearms were insane, it almost hurt (and i loved it):o
Intensity/Focus 8/10 - Even though i hate legs, good workout today.
Vascularity 9/10 - Veins popping all over my forearms, wow!
Strength 7/10 - Pretty average, nothing remarkable here.
Overall - Nice pump, good workout, solid product!!

Pump 8/10 - Abs were tight, and i thought my calves were gonna tear open. There was some great bloodflow going on during the workout.
Intensity/Focus 8/10 - I was all there today, but near the end of my cardio session i was beat.
Vascularity 7/10 - Nothing really to speak of except the vien in my forehead looked like it was going to pop.
Strength 9/10 - Good, i was really pushing myself today. Was suprised that i could do 10 sets of sprints w/o passing out.
Overall - God, i knew i was gonna be feeling this one the next day:D

Off Day
It was the gf's birthday today so i couldn't make it to the gym. I did get to deal with her and all of our drunken friends all night; that was a workout in itself. Oh yeah and i sped a lot of money too. Such a fun day....:rolleyes:

Pump 9/10 - Massive pumps today, my shoulders were busting and my traps were swole up like crazy. I love it!
Intensity/Focus 7/10 - Had a headache through the entire workout, but i managed to get though it.
Vascularity 8/10 - Good sutff here, veins poppin on my shoulders like woah!!
Strength 8/10 - Felt strong today, definately better than average, especially on my shrugs.
Overall - I can see and feel the difference that N.O. Limits is making during and after my workouts. Good job DS!

Great workout, great pumps, veins popping all over my arms, felt like I really owned the weights!!!
Day 12: /12/07 Off Day
School then work, 15 hour day, needless to say I didn't make it to the gym.
Day 13: 4/13/07 Chest/Tri's
Good workout, good pumps, chest was swole up, loved it. Strength was good and numbers were solid.
Day 14: 4/14/07 Legs/Forearms
One word, ouch. Killed my legs, seriously thought my calves were going to explode. Nice energy and pump, numbers weren't spectacular but not bad. Viens were poppin everywhere on my forearms.
Day 15: 4/15/07 Core/Cardio
Hardcore ab annihlation, followed by 30 minutes of intervl training on the treadmill. Great workout, great energy, awesome bloodflow i could really feel.
Day 16: 4/16/07 Off Day
Very necessary day off, work, school and life in general are hectic.
Day 17: 4/17/07 Shoulders/Traps
Damn... Awesome workout!! Put up personal bests on Overhead DB Press and BB Shrug. Pump and vascularity were quite noticeable. New veins on my shoulders starting to show.
Day 18: 4/18/07 Back/Bi's
Prettylackluster workout today. Didn't sleep well the night before and just didn't have it in the gym today. Pump was still good but energy and endurance were not up to par.
Day 19: 4/19/07 Core/Cardio
Killed myself today. Abs were destroyed, followed by 20 minutes on treadmill and some sprints afterwards. Great energy, endurance and bloodflow going on.
Day 20: 4/20/07 Off Day
Nice day off, wait... I had school then worked for 8 hours. lol Life's a bitch:o
