Well fellas, the days are finally numbered, my time to shine is finally here. The past 12 have been nothing but pure hell, I thought it was a downhill battle from Saturday on, but I was wrong. The thought of chocolates were in my mind and my face (my gf left here box of em out) as I stared at those chocolate covered badboys, I kept saying yes, then would reach for one and all out assault myself. I didn't eat one, I told my gf to take the f-in box before I threw em away. It was one of my hardest fought battles yet, lol. I know that that lil piece of chocolate wouldn't have done much, but I woulda seen it, showing itself somewhere in my body, taunting me, so I withheld. This week will be rough, the thought of the stage constantly on my mind will obviously take my focus off classes, and make me want to skip. However, each class will help time pass, until friday morning when we head out. The big day is nearly upon us fellas, the FINAL WEEK, no more counting week after week, now day after day, and soon hour after hour. It's almost SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWTIMMMMMMMMMMMMMME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, nice push workout, dead tired after the initial set, the dropset was not to pleasant, I felt like a high schooler startin to train all over again with the weights I had to use. I got through it though, its comforting to take your shirt off, have a beater or cutoff on and have ppl lookin, it pushed me through it. Got 30min on the elliptical with 15min on the treadmill PWO, a lil stop in the tanner, then home for some ezekiel bread and chicken, put some cinnamon and splenda on the bread to stave off the sweet cravings, then took my mega-t to help for when that digests. And I have noticed a shrinking of my stomach, I had a 3-4oz piece of chicken and 2 slices of ezekiel bread, and my mind wanted more, I knew better, and now I'm glad, cuz my stomach is full, but not stuffed. its a good feeling. well now off to work from 12-6, hopefully it flies by!

ITS ON!

so Im not sure exactly what your plans for tanning are. What are you using to tan?

I am using a protan undercoat(6days out,
followed by jan tana Competition Tan(Morning of),
and then Dream Tan (before prejudging)

I honestly think that you cant tan too much.

Ohhh man, 4 days left. It's running up on me pretty quick, I frickin love it.

I stepped on the scale this mornin at a clean 157.0, which is grrrrrrreat.

Now some thoughts....I have been thinkin a lot lately, and life has been wrapped up into this diet for my entire semester, so has everything else, it's revolved around this, it's weird. In 5 days this is a thing of the past, on to the next step, I won't really know what to do, I mean I have plenty of school to focus on, but this has become a big part of my life, gettin through days on little food and energy, now what, its crazy. And in 4 short weeks after this, I graduate COLLEGE, with a BS, then I have other priorities to tend to, its jus nuts man, world feels like it should end soon, lol. It's gonna be a crazy couple of weeks, but hey live it up right? I mean, I will still be chiseled for some/most of the summer (we'll see what the FREAK CYCLE brings) so it's gonna be a good time. I don't drink much, but I guess I'll get to enjoy life, so fellas, heres to life...cheers....

hey b-nat. Just wanted to wish you best of luck tomorrow. You are going to do great. WHatever happens, be happy you actually did this. What you did is what seperates the "people who workout" and "real bodybuilders".
