Ever wondered what makes world class athletes as explosive, massive and dominating as what they are? First off, I'm sure 'most' of you are familiar with me and my antics, for those of you who aren't, to sum me up in a nutshell, I am a very outgoing, enthusiastic and dynamic individual and I love everything about my body and sculpting it, and even learning about the things that help.
Some basics:
Height - 5' 10"
Weight - 202 (yes very low, will talk more about this later on)
Age - 21
Body Type - Meso/Endo
Body Fat % - 13.9%
My diet, although never discussed very thoroughly on here, is very clean, averaging 4200-4400 calories per day, spread over 6 meals and a few snacks. Water intake is always a minimum of 4 liters (over a gallon) and usually closer to 2 gallons.
My training style is very wierd, and it's very hard to explain without first mentioning this "It works for me". I didn't realize until it was recently pointed out that I was doing 20+ sets per major body part, but yes I do one body part per day, five times per week, with weekends off.
Supplementation on the first half of my Incarnate trial will be as follows:
Incarnate
Green MAG
SMASH
Inhibit-E
Reduce XT (was cancelled due to issues I will discuss later)
I3C
ZMA
Blue UP (stim free)
Paravol
And the usuals, which include fish, vitamins, minerals, supporting supps, and occasionally melatonin.

SMASH
And the usuals.
Goals for my run with Incarnate will be exactly what the company says to expect:

Ok so, workout was awesome tonight, it was a very fast paced chest/back superset. I started with T-bars/Bench, then did some Pullups/flyes. I ran out of time tonight, but I was loving the pump/workout.
Dehydrated!!! Voo isn't joking about the water deal, I have been constantly chugging the h2o. Strength is wayyyyyy down because of my extreme losses in Vegas, but I will get back up there soon! I was barely repping 225 tonight.. :( 3 reps at best.... .... Anyways sob stories aside, nothing special to report yet, the SMASH is delivering some very good pumps. I should be picking up some strength here soon! I will update a lot more on Monday, I'm taking the weekend off to let my body adjust a bit. It's definitely time for some intensity! (I will give a sample workout for the upcoming routine.)

I am loving the variety of supps I'm able to just kinda mess with. To update PAL here, I am throwing in random samples I have which include but are not limited to (love that term!)

Alright! Well, slowly but surely regaining some strength. I hit 275 for one rep tonight, not my best, but compared to last weeks disappointment, I'm somewhat pleased. Thirst is gettin worse, I'm literally tossing back close to 3 gallons of water per day now... it's unreal, but it's also very healthy. I plan on putting up some new pics in about 3 weeks to show the weight loss a bit better if I can. One good thing about tonight, is that I was stared at by every girl in the gym, despite my pathetic lifts. So I am definitely looking better. Incarnate is helping tremendously!

macro breakdown like this:
~350-380 grams of protein/day

The majority of fat will come from peanut butter, fish, meats, nuts, olive oil, and dairy.
The majority of carbohydrates will come from oatmeal, whole wheat breads, whole wheat pastas,
Cytosports’ Cytocarb II, fruits, vegetables, beans, several kinds of potatoes, and dairy.
The majority of protein will come from protein shakes, fish, chicken, beef, pork, lamb, eggs, and dairy.

What a glorious leg workout... I hit 405 for 3 reps!!! I am pleased with tonights leg workout. I took it easy with the remainder of my workout, but it was good. Thats all I have to say right now... lol (Forest Gump style)

Ok guys, aside from being ridiculously sore, and I mean SORE beyond reason, I also notice that no matter how much deodorant I have on, I always smell different, not like a body odor, more like.. a wierd smell in my armpits that doesn't stink, it's just not fresh roses... I had a huge appetite increase since I have been home, but have yet to gain any weight... I am gonna keep my fingers crossed.

For those wondering I will give a breakdown of tonights workout to show just how bad I'm feeling tonight! lol
Deadlifts:
warmups with 135/stretchin out a bit
warmups with 225
5 sets of 5 with 315
2 sets of 5 with 365
1 set of 3 for 405
1 set of 1 for 425
SLDL's:
5 sets of 8 with 225
1 set of 15 with 185
T-Bar's:
Pyramid with 1 plate through 4 plates and back down
reps: 12/12/10/5/8/10/12
Lat pull downs:
Pyramid up behind the neck 6sets
Pyramid down in front 6sets
Seated Rows:
180-200pounds/ varied reps for 4 sets (tired at this point)
Started hammer preachers but stopped on set 3.
Set 1 w/u: 30 for 12
set 2: 40 for 10
set 3: 50 for 8
I did more sets on pulldowns because I skipped pullups tonight, I was in a wierd mood today, I just kept on truckin... lol

Went with Bi's and Tri's. BAD NEWS: Joint pain, bad joint pain. I am going to add glucosamine/chondroitin to the mix for now and see if it clears up a bit. It was very sudden and it's still there, not sure what caused it, but OW.

If you dont have a joint formula on hand, I would recommend Elasti Joint by Labrada. I started feeling relief in a couple days from its use.

also get DORIAN YATES PRO JOINT (topical) its ALOT better than most other topicals. If the pain is that bad gluc./msm pills probably wont be enough.
On a lighter note, i started my INCARNATE I week ago and my elbows now feel AWESOME!!! Be careful with the elbows if you get tendonitis you will not be able to do much for SEVERAL months. Trust me i've been there.
Be care on back workout too cause they cause alot of stress on elbows.

maybe thats what did it?!? i have been taking incarnate for about 8 or 9 days and my joints are feeling best they have since i got tendonitis last fall( it never got back to 100%) I'm 2.5 weeks into HDX2 and MASS , i feel like i could get up to what i was in weights during my last PH, but im holding back . If the tendonitis comes back i at least wont it at the end of ph.:D
Anyways , how it it today? any better?

Well, started out tonight with a tremendously awesome leg workout... finished with shoulders... Well, shoulders didnt go nearly as well as legs.. reason: My left arm is still killing me. I got a good one in nonetheless, but could have been much better in my eyes. I only went up to 185 for shoulder press tonight for fear of hurting it more. GRRR!

Lol, I have cissus from the Incarnate. My water intake has increased even more.. so I feel waterlogged all the time. SAMe should be helping, I Have the G.C. running, plus the usual fish and whatnot... I will just ride it out.

Alright guys, badass shoulder workout, still trying to catch up to where I was in this department. I'm starting to notice my joints feel 100% better. Thank GOD! Almost to that halfway point on the Incarnate, time for a recap!
Strength: 8/10 - loving it so far, carnosine kicked in about 2 weeks in, It's definitely something that you FEEL.
Joints: 7/10 - Had some problems, but due to my own carelessness with Winztrol. Joints have never felt better than when I am on cissus though.
Energy: 8/10 - I put this one up, because the tingles give me motivation and kinda energize me mentally.
Muscle Gains: 7/10 - Gains so far have been decent, no lie, BUT I am noticing more of a toning and leaning effect than a bulking effect. Good regardless.
Overall: 8/10 - Kickass product, I recommend anyone wanting strength without bloating, and help with joints, to pick this up. Let's see how the second portion pans out here eh?

I think that Clout would be the PERFECT addition to Incarnate. Given that I didnt have to do a 60 day log, I would have ran this at 8-10 caps/day, for the extra BA. The Creatine in clout is also A+ stuff.

OK guys... awesome news... tonight was kinda a eff-off style night, I worked harder on getting a new job than I did workout. Mostly arms, gotta tell ya, these pumps are insane. I was messing around on the bench, and uhh... well I was just inches away from 315... which is 10lbs over the usual 1rep max... I also hit 180 on the flyes for solid reps.. didnt even count, was just messing around. Strength is through the freakin roof... I felt like superman tonight, even though I didn't do much lol! Tricep pumps officially HURT... so yaaaaa!

Alright guys... I went grocery shopping last night and decided it was time to bump up the cals. Target cal intake is now around 5.5k Let's see if I can move up to that and stay clean! (I have been eating more than that lately, just hasnt been the cleanest, the BOLD increased my apptetite and I ended up eating EVERYTHING I had in terms of food... so Now I can start clean again ;))

Lol! Ya, I've been eating all day long... I'm averaging ~900 cals per meal though to. 50-55Protein/~75carbs/~40fats... it's not that hard, especially with BOLD increasing the appetite. Weight was at 218 with shoes on, empty belly today though, so maybe 215ish? lol which is still 11 pounds! hahaha

Hmmm.. very interesting, I weighed myself at 212 tonight... I dunno, maybe I shouldnt trip here, but it's annoying lol. I did back tonight, had a KICK ASS workout, enough so to make up for yesterdays weak performance. Incarnate seems to be pushing the slack really good, I'm liking this.

No. there's a BIG chance it was caused by the very arid and dry area that I live in, the heat is already very intense. I will still take some precaution with my phs with this in mind though. Someone once asked 'why so much water?', well, I live in a freakin desert dude... LOL!

Blood pressure is still good, diet is getting better and better everyday, I ran into a bit of luck with the groceries (cheap but effective, I found all kinds of sale ads and had Wal Mart price match em) I am a SOLID 215 as of this morning on an empty gut, last night I was at 223 FULL, so 225 WONT be a problem for this cycle... Overall feelings so far, Stunned, I feel amazing. I will be doing shoulders tonight, and will post back sometime later ;)

i feel the same way, my numbers have not been increasing as much lately, but i still feel like i am getting a great workout, and i think my muscles are still getting some good work, so i am not worried too much

Lol ya dude, I was asking my friend to make sure I wasnt losing it.. he's like.. "dude calm the fuk down, it's veins, relax"... lol I was pretty psyched. Arguably the most intense workout I've ever experienced in my life.. I always heard people crying about oh I wanted to puke MAN it was soo rough... well I have never had that kind of stuff happen until tonight. I may have or may not have mentioned that I dropped my 5/2 split for a more intense and brutal 3/1 split, but I'm doing back/chest on day 1, legs/shoulders on day 2, and arms/calves/abs on day 3. Well I got done with legs, and started doing shoulders, and I'll be damned if I didnt hurl all over... lol Good news is, numbers stayed high today, reps went WAY higher than I expected, the pumps I had goin in my legs HURT and prevented me from walking like a normal man, and I LOVED IT!!! I did box squats over normal squats tonight, only went up to 315 but for some reason I HURT! lol Oh, and I got a free month membership for putting my name in a box at my gym.. so yay!

I'm not to pleased with the fat additions... I am at 16.7% body fat, which is like around 5 pounds or so of fat, it's kinda obvious as well. Hopefully I can clear this up soon ;) Overall, size/strength have been good to me, unfortunate that it came with the damn fat though. Anyways, just thought I would update a bit.

WOOOOOO! Did some blood cooling with my legs and shoulders today... HOLY CRAP!!! I had a blast of energy and endurance from somewhere... I was draggin ass all day, but when I hit the gym, I had exactly one hour to do legs and shoulders... so I supersetted box squats/extensions/curls for 5 sets, then supersetted arnolds/hammer str. shoulder machines then did some dumbell work, then finished strong on the shrugs... I have to say, tonight was SWEEET! I'm about to eat a thousand calories.. will be back soon!

Haha, so I start out with chest today, did a fairly decent workout, then started on my back, had a pretty damn good back workout... well, then I caught a crazy second wind, and did chest again, and amazingly enough... was stronger the second time around?? Anyways guys, loved it!

Ya man, for some reason, Incarnate doesn't seem to help with my joints when I run Winztrol, but when I'm only running the usual pieces of my stack, I feel great... My shoulders/elbows felt really achy today as I am skimming up some winztrol until my stack ends.

That could be because the Cissus will only help with tendons and ligaments and the Winstrol actually just drys the joints out. The Cissus should help counteract the inflammation that Winstrol presents in the joint, but obvioulsy not enough that you wont feel pain. And as far as the reduction in water in your joints, I couldnt tell you what to take for that, but I would hope that it wasnt that bad.

It's still bearable, it's just a bitch because I feel that my supporting supplements and CRAZY water intake would keep it at bay... All in all though, the Incarnate is awesome, I convinced the owner of my gym to try some, possibly carry it at the gym... who knows how that will go though. I feel like the BOLD is just now kicking in kinda, I woke up today with Acne all over and my appetite made another HUGE increase. I have eaten more tonight post workout than I usually ever eat in a 6 hour period... lol

Ya, I couldnt handle upping the fish man... I constantly pop those things... people think I'm an addict or something, I carry pill cases everywhere and am constantly carrying water jugs along as well... lol, but ya, I am getting quite a bit of satisfaction out of the incarnate, ESPECIALLY since it helped during the first portion of my cycle before things kicked in with some strength gains to keep my motivated. The split I'm currently on is pretty rough, but I'm managing to keep pushing through em. I have 2 weeks or so left on Incarnate, I know it's 4 days past my cycle, so I will re-update with a final review then.

Ya man I think I'm good. I think it's a mix of the heat and more active lifestyle. Summer and winter interchange like day and night, it's very fast, and I prefer the cold, so ya.. lol

Lol, it's not that, I just woke up not to long ago from a nap. I actually have 'flu-like' symptoms.. my appetite is non existant in a sense and I'm tired a lot... could be getting sick? who knows. All I know is that I have 10 days left on cycle, and I wouldnt hesitate for a minute to shut it down early.

9 days left on cycle... Still feeling a little wierd, but definitely not sick. It's hard to explain, but I feel like... shit in a sense... lol So far, I have gone from 204 to between 215-220 at any given time. Strength kinda leveled off, but I am still losing body fat somehow? I have lost some appetite so that may be why. Anyways fellas, more to come soon.

Ok guys, sorry to diappoint, but I will NOT be finishing this stack out. I am seriously lethargic, and my workouts arent worth a damn lately. I am lethargic to the point of not moving from bed, not eating right, not working out hard, and not feeling like myself, so it's definitely time to stop the cycle and enjoy some PCT and a nice long break from hormonal supps! I'm also almost done with Incarnate, tomorrow is my first day of PCT and last day of Incarnate, I will post a whole spiel of things then! Thanks for following along fellas, it's been a fun ride.
Starting Weight - 204
Ending Weight... (I have no idea why lol) 214
For ending measurements, use the ones posted earlier on in this thread, they didn't change enough to make note.
Strength was increased enough for me to smile about the run. Vascularity was the big ticket on this stack, I have veins that I never noticed prior to this stack, so I'm stoked about that.
So, in all honesty, I'm very pleased with 10 pounds, ESPECIALLY since it's Lean weight. I also lost a bit of body fat, not sure how much yet, but I will find out for you guys. PCT will be a new thread for me, I don't much wanna drag this one out to much, once again, thanks for following along fellas.

I'm definitely far from sick, it's lethargy, I'm sure of it. I think it's probably a combo of the huge stack I was running. I am not even gonna take a nightly dose, I'm done. I'm ready for PCT lol.

Thanks man, I sure hope so, all I know is that I peaked at 224, then started on a downhill slope from there, not sure what the deal was, quite possibly my diet, it went downhill progressively.

your leaned out more in your waist and tapering up into better v -shape , back looks like you have more depth and biceps are little more up ,triceps look more rounded so assuming you got some more mass there........good job....
