Palo Alto Labs Introduces: Incarnate

Ever wondered what makes world class athletes as explosive, massive and dominating as what they are? The simple answer is a much higher ratio of explosive fast twitch muscle fibers to endurance driving slow twitch muscle fibers compared to the average or good athlete. It's a cold hard fact that only 1% of people are born with the genetics to be a pro-athlete or competitive bodybuilder. This elite group was born with a significantly higher percentage of fast twitch muscle fibers, allowing them to get stronger, run faster and put on leaner, denser muscle than you.

Unfortunately we don't have the ability to change our own genetics, but we certainly have the ability to dramatically enhance them and force them to perform at their absolute peak levels. If you've ever felt that you were overmatched by other bodybuilders or athletes because of ?better genetics?, then listen up. Now is the time to finally level the playing field. Introducing INCARNATE, the ground-breaking new product designed to radically augment explosive performance, promote extreme muscle growth, strength and endurance while encouraging joint, ligament and muscle recovery through the Introduction of KETOSTERONES and the substantial boosting of Carnosine levels in fast twitch muscle fibers.

Fast twitch muscle fibers are the explosive power plants in our muscles that allow us to pack on ultra dense muscle quickly or outrun another player down the field. The greater the ratio of fast twitch fibers to slow twitch fibers determines how powerful and muscular we can become. The ultimate goal of people with normal genetics must be to train their existing levels of Fast Twitch fibers to their peak levels. The ability to effectively train our muscles is greatly controlled by the Carnosine levels in these muscles. Increased levels of Carnosine in fast twitch muscle fibers act as buffers and aid in dramatically slowing down metabolic acidosis which is the leading cause of muscle fatigue ? the killer of the intensity and duration of your workout sessions.

Step 1: Fast-Twitch Muscle Amplifier
Incarnate saturates your existing fast twitch muscle fibers with Carnosine, delaying metabolic acidosis (the biological process behind muscle fatigue) which allows you to train at much higher intensity levels and for much longer duration. Two recent clinical studies have shown that supplementation with the key components of incarnate enables athletes to increase strength by more than 70% compared to creatine while increasing maximum workload and intensity by more than 16%.Another clinical study of Carnosine supplementation versus Creatine supplementation has shown that Carnosine boosting of fast twitch muscle fibers produces 193% greater gains in lean muscle mass compared to creatine alone.

So what does this all mean? In short, use of Incarnate will translate to amazing gains in size, strength and explosive power. It also guarantees the end of Creatine as we know it. Creatine was incredible discovery for bodybuilding, but its had its day. Incarnate and Carnosine Supplementation has made creatine a relic of the past.

Step 2: Anabolic Activator - Stimulates Joint & Ligament Recovery
Incarnate introduces KETOSTERONES, a potent steroidal like compound, that stimulates anabolic activity and produces increased muscle growth, all the while promoting an ideal environment for ligament, tendons, bone tissue and joint support and repair.

When training with Incarnate you will be able to train longer, push your body through exhaustion and pump out those extra reps that you could never do before. Incarnate will help you break through those infuriating training plateaus by allowing you to blast through fatigue and train longer and harder. So now you?re rapidly building more muscle mass and power, but what about those little connectors that we call joints, tendons and ligaments? Injuries are the black sheep of sports... leaving you on the sideline and keeping you from the iron or playing field for days, even weeks. Unfortunately, muscle fiber grows faster and stronger than the fragile ligaments and tendons that bind muscles together in order to provide us with complex movement. Incarnate employs the introduction of KETOSTERONES into your body to make it a fortress.

KETOSTERONES are potent steroidal like compounds that stimulate anabolic activity, but unlike anabolic steroids, KETOSTERONES actually help to nourish your valuable ligament, tendons, bone tissue and joints. Incarnate promotes an environment for optimal health of joints, ligaments, and cartilage. What makes these KETOSTERONES so special is that they not only promote joint health but they also have anabolic properties that will help drive testosterone levels allowing you pack on lean dense mass. KETOSTERONES are exclusively found in Cissus Quadrangularis and Incarnate use an extremely potent version standardized to 20% KETOSTERONES.

With Incarnate those aches and pains you feel in your muscle and joints will be a thing of the past. Now you can train harder than ever and have the back up you need. Pack on pounds and pounds of lean dense muscle mass and never worry again about the pain that follows those sweat drenched work outs because Incarnate has your back.
Once you train with Incarnate you will never train with another strength and recovery product again!!!

first of all i would like to say thanks to Palo Alto Labs for choosing me to test Incarnate. this will be my first time using both Cissus and Beta Alanine. i have been looking into Cissus for a while, and there has been alot of talk on the boards lately about Beta Alanine. i am really excited to add both of them to the stack that i have been on for the last month.

here is a little about me:

Age: 25
Sex: M
Height: 5'9"

Current Weight: 189
Body Fat %: 16-17%
Body Type (endo/ecto/meso): meso/endo

Bodybuilding goals short-term (90 days): 30 days left on my lean bulking phase, then i wil be cutting for summer

Bodybuilding goals long-term (90days+): 200lbs at less than 10% body fat by june 2008

to be continued........... right now i am going to the gym :D

rainman
March 25th, 2007, 08:52 PM
Bodybuilding history (began, any other info): Started lifting in high school at 15. From there i lifted solid for four years until i got into college. in college, i lifted on and off for a couple of years. then after college i stopped woking out, and started eating like crap. in june of last year i realized that i had gotten fat and lazy. so, i started working out again, and after a month i started to see some really great results. then i started to really learn about nutrition and supplements, and within the past 10 months i have gained back everything i had lost over the years of not working out. so in 10 months, i have gone from 27% body fat, down to 17%.

Current BB Routine (weights): let me first explain that i am going to graduate school in august, so money is tight, and the apartment that i am livin in has a small gym that i work out in. i am sure most of you know the kind of gym i am talking about. we have mostly machines with some dumbells that only go to 40lbs, and a adjustable bench. i have a bench in my apartment with a barbell and some free weights, but only like 140lbs. this means no heavy barbell bench press, no squat, no deadlift, etc. we do have a chest press machine, fly machine, leg press, leg extension, lat pull down, and a few other machines. so i do my best to get a really solid workout with what i have.

i usually do a normal split of 4-5 days a week, doing two to three main muscle groups per day, only working each muscle group one per week. i have been reading alot about DC training, and i like the idea of getting more growth cycles in a certain time frame, but with the gym i have, i dont have heavy enough weights to really get the best out of the one exercise per body part.

for the first four weeks of this log, i will be doing a routine that i kind of got from an article in muscle and fitness, called Perfect Match. the schedule that they use is six days on, one day off. now this seems like alot to me, maybe even over training. so i am doing three days on, and one to two days off, depending on how i feel after each cycle. i usually work 12 hour days twice a week, so sometimes i might have to take an extra day off here and there. My current training plan looks like this

Weeks 1 and 2:

Day 1: Chest, Back, Abs
1) Decline DB Press - 3x12
2) Chest Press - 3x8
3) Machine Fly - 3x8
4) Bent Over DB Row - 3x10
5) Reverse Grip Pulldown - 3x10
6) Cable Row (wide & close grip) - 4x8 (two sets each)
7) Back Extension - 3x15
8) Crunches

Day 2: Shoulders, Traps, Triceps
1) Arnold Press - 3x10
2) Upright DB Row - 3x10
3) Lateral Raise - 3x8
4) Bent Over DB Row - 3x8
5) DB Shrugs - 3x15
6) Lying Tricep Extension - 3x10
7) Close Grip Push Down - 3x8
8) Wide Grip Push Down - 3x8

Day 3: Legs, Biceps, Forearms
1) Leg Press - 3-10
2) Single Leg Press - 3x8
3) Leg Extension - 3x8
4) Standing Calf Raise - 3x15
5) Seated Calf Raise - 3x15
6) Alternating DB Raise - 3x10
7) Concentration Curl - 3x10
8) Barbell Curl - 3x8
9) Wrist Curl - 3x10

its alot of sets and reps, but remember i dont have the heaviest weights to work with.

let me know what you guys think.

Weeks 3 and 4 will be changed around a little bit, but i dont have everything totally worked out yet

Current Cardio Routine: none, my workouts are high intensity, and i work 8 -12 hours in a hot kitchen every day, so i burn alot of calories just working.

i am really excited to do this log, i just hope the Incarnate gets here soon. i actually started this workout last monday. i has been going well so far, but i am hoping that the Incarnate will help me to recover faster between lifting cycles, and also help with the old joints. they sure dont feel like they used to.

i have some more info about my stack and diet, and some pics, to add later, but i had to get up for work at 4am this morning, so right now i need a nap.

well my Incarnate is not here yet, but i think i am going to go ahead and start my log today. i am on day one of my three day training cycle, and i hope the Incarnate will be here tomorrow, so here we go.

Palo Alto Labs "Incarnate"
DS "Xceed"
AX "Mass FX"
NOW Trib
ON 100% Whey
VPX "Redline"

My Goal for the first four weeks is to keep my weight right around 185, while increasing strength and decreasing body fat.

Current Stats

Age- 25
Height- 5'9"
Weight- 186
Waist- 34"
Hips-39"
Thigh- 24"
Calf- 15"
Upper Arm- 15.5"
Forearm- 13"
Chest- 44.25"

Incarnate: Day 1

before i get started, i just want to post a quick link to a website with alot of great info on Beta Alanine, check it out.

Day 3: Legs, Biceps, Forearms
1) Leg Press - 3-10
- 215x4 (the machine max is 200, i add a 15lb DB to the stack)
2) Single Leg Press - 3x8
- 100, 110, 120
3) Leg Extension - 3x8
- 140, 150, 160
4) Standing Calf Raise - 3x15
- 40lb DB in each hand x 3
5) Seated Calf Raise - 3x15
- 200x3
6) Alternating DB Curl - 3x10
- 30, 35, 40
7) Concentration Curl - 3x10
- 30, 35, 40
8) Barbell Curl - 3x8
- 80, 90, 100
9) Wrist Curl - 3x10
- 90x3

Overall i had a great workout today, it only took me about 70 minutes, and i had to wait for the bench for like 10. for this review i am going to discuss four different qualities that i believe Incarnate should effect.

1) Strength: 8/10
- i dont really know if it was from the first dose, or placebo, but i felt really good today. i diddnt move up in weight on all exercises, but reps seemed easier and i even got a few extra on a few exercises.

2) Explosiveness: 6/10
- dont think the boost in fast twitch muscle fibers will happen the first day, but i seemed to fly through my workout in no time, and the weights were going up pretty easy.

3) Endurance: 6/10
- like i said before i moved through my workout fairly quickly. i diddnt have to rest as long between sets and excercises as i usually do.

4) Joints: N/A
- working out three days in a row is hard on the old joints. i am hoping that this supp will help out in this area, but i am not expecting anything just yet.

5) Recovery: N/A
- this is one of the things i am hoping this product will help with the most. i just dont seem to recover as fast as i used to.

this was an ok workout, i was really tired due to not getting enough sleep thursday night. i was also feeling really sore from my great chest/back workout, and i only increased weight on one exercise.

saturday was a great workout, my legs felt really strong, and i cant wait till i get back to a squat rack! my biceps are one of my weak points, i have ok size, but i feel that i need more peak. so, lately i have been concentrating on using the most weight that i can while maintaining perfect form, and flexing the bicep on each rep.

that sounds good dave, i would love to do a leviathan log after my Incarnate log is over. i will be starting my cut in two weeks using Incarnate, CEE, ECA (25/300 3x ed), and SesaMax. So, in June i could do Leviathan, SesaMax, and i might even get some Reset AD to add in there.

i might buy another bottle of Incarnate to run with the leviathan, but i dont know if that is what dave would want as a sponsored log. if he wants, and i have the extra cash (kind of short right now :x ), i would love to do Incarnate, Leviathan, and Reset AD together, but we will have to see.

well, i actually tweaked my back at work the other day, and i have been going through a bunch of crap at home, so i decided to take a few days off from the gym. I just made the decision the other day that i was going to get divorced from my wife, that i just found out has been cheating on me for months :x:x . i dont know who else on here has gone through a divorce, but it isnt fun. So, over the past week my diet and training have suffered slightly, but i am trying to get past it and get everything back on track.

I will be back in the gym today for chest/shoulders, so hopefully i can get some of my agressions out.

my strength increases have slowed, but this is most likely due to the fact that i have started decreasing calories each day. i have also been really busy the past few weeks, so i have only been getting to the gym to lift like three times a week, which sucks, but at least i am still making it there. starting this week i plan to start adding in some cardio, 2-3 days a week. if i eat enough i can put on muscle pretty easy, so i am not worried about loosing a little by adding in some cardio during my cut, i am just hoping to keep my strength up around where it is now.

i will post some mid cycle pics next week.

i was really happy to get back to some real weights and my legs felt great. i cant wait until i get back to school and have access to a real gym all the time.

Incarnate: Day 29 (5/5)

i went back to the real gym today to do a short chest workout. i diddnt have much time, but i wanted to do some bench, since i have not had access to a bench in quite a while. my numbers were not impressive so i diddnt write anything down, but i am really sore today, so i got a good workout. i did three sets of bench, three sets of cable crossovers, three sets of DB Bench, and three sets of Decline Bench.

Tomorrow i start my second part of this Log which will include:
-INCARNATE
-Cee
-ECA
-SesaMax

i will design my lifting program either tonight or tomorrow and post all of the info then. my plan is to lift four days a week with at least three days of cardio, either after lifting, or in the mornings on days off.

my weight this morning was 180.5, so i am down 5.5 pounds from the start of this log, and my strength is great, so far i am really happy with INCARNATE, lets see how it does on a cut

i would also like to apologize for not updating as much as i would like to. i have been really busy, and have not spent much time at home, so i have not had as much internet access as normal.

i had a good week in the gym last week, i only had time to go three days, but i managed to get four days worth of workouts in. my weight this morning was 181, which is up a little, but i diddnt eat that great on mothers day. i went out to dinner with my whole family and they all comented on how good i looked. i can tell my strength and recovery are down a bit due to cutting calories, but i still feel really good, and i am really happy with the incarnate.

Quick Review of the first 30 days:

overall, i would give this product an 8 out of 10 in a lean bulking/recomp cycle. i had some great strength and muscle mass gains, while loosing a few pounds of body fat. my weight went from 186 to 180 and weights went up on almost all exercises. my workouts were hard and explosive, recovery was fairly quick, and my joints felt great. i would reccomend this product to anyone interested in adding a great, non-hormonal, strength gainer to their stack.

its great stuff, i gained alot of strength during the first month, and kept most of it through three weeks of cutting, i am sure you will love it. i would also say that you should pick up another bottle so you can run it for at least 60 days.

This is just Cissus, correct?

Essentially (yeah, I know.. they're all different) as USPlabs PowerFULL and all the others?

I'm asking because the anabolic properties of Cissus are rather.. questionable from what I've read elsewhere.

Supposed to be really good for joints and tendons though, I think.

Has Dinoiii ever given his thoughts on whether or not Cissus is actually anabolic?

Ahh, I must have missed those posts Ego.

I'm actually pleased to see that PA isn't pimping cissus as anabolic unlike some other companies. (cough.. cough)

But I'm still unsure how beta-alanine, which converts to acetic acid, is anabolic either.

Acetic acid appears to speed up glycogen replenishment in skeletal muscles, which would theoretically increase the body's use of fat stores for energy. Which is why all the cardio bunnies take handfulls of apple cider vinegar pills trying to lose weight.

Is your support for the anabolic properties of beta-alanine based upon the vinegar/acetic acid research?

Here could be the answer to your questions. Beta alanine converts to carnosine and not acetic acid.
Q. What exactly is Carnosine and what is its role in my muscles?
Carnosine is a naturally occuring di-peptide consisting of Beta Alanine and Histidine found in varying degrees throughout human skeletal muscle tissue. In general, Carnosine can be found in much greater levels in Type IIx Fast Twitch muscle fibers versus slow twitch muscle fibers used for endurance. Carnosine's primary role in sketal muscle function is to act as a buffer against metabolic acidosis (the process leading to muscle fatigue). The higher the level of Carnosine found in the Fast Twitch Fibers, the slower metabolic acidosis is to set in.

Q. What causes Metabolic Acidosis?
Technically speaking, metabolic acidosis is caused by the body's natural break down of ATP into constituent H+ ions. As greater levels of H+ ions form, the net PH level of the muscle tissue becomes more and more acidic. The lower the PH (acidic) of the muscle goes, the faster muscle fatigue sets in. As expected, this process is greatly exacerbated during periods of intense exercise. The harder we workout, the higher the rate of metabolic acidosis.

Q. How do we slow down the muscle fatigue caused by Intense Exercise?
In scientific terms,we must create or introduce into the muscle tissue negatively charged buffers that will attach to the free floating hydrogen+ ions. This will help to stabilize or slow down ph decline. In skeletal muscle, clinical studies have shown the most effective buffer to be carnosine (beta alanine/histidine peptide).

Allow me to clarify one thing here... Incarnate is NOT an anabolic, I repeat NOT AN ANABOLIC. it's more of an ergogenic... That may explain why it doesn't have any anabolic properties.

Although you are mostly right, the ketosterones found in Incarnate from Cissus have been shown to elevate anabolic activity, although this is not the major function of Incarnate, nor is this our primary focus here. If anyone would like to talk more about Incarnate, we can set up a seperate thread, no sense in hijacking Rainaman's log here.:D

1) Strength: 8/10
- i got some great strength gains in the first 4 weeks, and kept most of them during the next 4 weeks of cutting.

2) Explosiveness: 8/10
- i had some really intense workouts during the past two months. i was able to move through my workout fairly quickly, and push up weights with more force.

3) Endurance: 6/10
- i increased the reps on almost every exercise, and i diddnt have to rest as long between sets and excercises as i usually do.

4) Joints: 9/10
- this was one of the best parts of Incarnate. my joints felt great through out the entire two months. the day after i work a muscle group, the muscle is sore but my joints feel loose.

5) Recovery: 7/10
- i had decent recovery time through this cycle. i think that the incarnate helped more with recovery during the recomp phase than the cutting phase, but what do you expect while cutting.

OVERALL: 8/10
-overall, i think that this is one of the best supps that i have taken. the combination of Beta Alanine and Cissus is the best of both worlds. You get a great strength builder and something to help your joints handle the extra weights you are lifting. i think that Incarnate would be good to run on its own, but i also think that by adding a good creatine you can really get the full effect of the Beta Alanine. when you add a quality test booster, and maybe some 6-Bromo, you have one bad ass stack.

Great job Palo Alto Labs, this is a great product that i am glad i had the opportunity to test, and reccommend 100% to anyone

Is it a bad idea to take incarnate with hawthorn berry. I was just brushing up on dioniii's pct articles and read something about not taking cell voluminizers with hawthron becuase it can increase bp. That is the last thing i want becuase im on trenadrol right now and that stuff make bp jump up a bit.

SO i guess waht im asking is will incarnate open up my arteries at all and improve blood flow?

It will not increase your BP.
