Well guys finally after tossing it around in my head for the past month I ordered trenadrol. As of right now start date will be April 1st and it will be a 4 week cycle. Im just throwing this up now bc Im excited and cant wait. This weekend I will get everything planned out including diet and exercise routine.

Heres the plan for the cycle.

Days
1-5 30mg Trenadrol
6-28 60mg Trenadrol
15-28 2 pills HyperTEST

PCT
HyperTEST 3 Pills til Gone
Reduce XT 3 pills til Gone
Inhibit E 3 pills til Gone
Axis Labs CEE

Supporting Supps- on/off

Hawthorne Berries
Saw Palmetto

Not sure exactly what the dosages for the supporting supps should be so if someone would point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

I will get before and after pics. Also will lay out my workout and cardio plans.

Well I guess I can add this stuff too. Im planning on running this to lean down some before summer. As of yesterday I weighed in at 203 and would like to say under 210 by the end of the cycle. Currently I am about 9% bf and would like to be below 7% by the end of the cycle if at all possible.

Will post up some more here later.

I ran em at max dose twice a day, but like I said in my log; I'm paranoid and they're cheap.


Points to remember, and this goes for everyone;

DRINK WATER - Trenadrol will make you the thirstiest you have ever been in your life.
Watch the sides! Its no joke, just cause its non methyl does not mean its not going to be felt. Oh and check your blood pressure regularly.
Diet should remain clean and moderate to heavy, don't go on a diet on Trenadrol, you'll be amazed at how much you can eat and still shed weight.

Yah I know its suppose to be two weeks but I moved this up after I looked at my schedule. I have been taking it since wed. so on the first day of the cycle it will be 12th day taking hawthorn.

If you want to shed a little fat add in some sesamin bro. I didn't experience any fat loss while on Tren nor did I get any sides besides a rise in BP. But others have experienced the opposite I guess. Good luck bro. You'll have fun.

Yah I talked to Voo about this but we figured first time using Trenadrol solo would prolly be a good idea.

I think my training and cardio will help enough with the fat loss or I hope so.

Alright guys so I figured out my weight training for this cycle. It is going to be a little different than anything I have ever done before but I think its perfect for this cycle. If anyone is wondering I got this from M&F Mag (Normally dont take workout from it but this one caught my eye).

Alright guys so just got all my supps in the mail. Gotta love walking up to the door and seeing a little package sittin there waiting for you haha. Well i decide that I am going to start my cycle this saturday. This way it will give the trenadrol two days before my first workout to get in my system. Here is what my dosing protocol will look like, unless someone has any suggestions.

On Cycle
Trenadrol
Days 1-5 1 pill either before workout or in morning
Days 6-28 2 pills (1 morning, 1 before workout)

HyperTEST
Days 14-28 2 pills (1 morning, 1 before bed)

Off Cycle
Inhibit E
Days 29-59 3 pills(spread out evenly)

Reduce XT
Days 29-59 3 pills(spread out evenly)

HyperTEST
Days 29-59 3 pills (1 morning, 2 before bed)

Creatine E2
Days 29-59 4 pills (2 preworkout, 2 postworkout)

Let me know if I should change anything but I think I got it all right

Once cycle starts I will try and post everyday or atleast every workout day. Also Im taking pics saturday so I will have those up this weekend.

give the trenadrol two days before my first workout to get in my system.

ohh i don't think you'll need that long to start feeling it. lol ;) i was stronger after 3 days, side effects at 8 days. i would continue working out as normal, youll find whatever you throw at your muscles, they will handle it...

Well guys started my trenadrol here Saturday 3/30 at 1 pill a day. So far everything is going all right. Once I take my trendrol I can feel it in my stomach moving around haha. Not a bad thing tho. Today I decided since it was so nice out here(Ohio) that I would go out for a run. So far nothing to really report. Tomorrow will be my first workout on Trenadrol so I will let you guys know how it went. I will be doing chest/tri.

Holy sh*t haha. Wow what a workout today was. I had crazy energy and stamina today. Not sure if I was just excited about the trenadrol and new workout or what. Also my new workout plan is brutal (atleast for me). Last excercise was push-ups and I literally couldnt do one haha. So i had to do incline pushups. Another thing starting weight is 206. I think i forgot to add that at the beginning.

Day 4 - Everything still going good here guys. Nothing new to really report. Weight is still at 206 and still feeling good in the gym. Today was legs day and I sorta took it a little easy since I havent lifted legs in awhile. But I still felt really good. Still at 30mg per day.

Day 5- Off day nothing to report

Day 6- Today was back and biceps. Damn today was a damn good workout. Today was also the first day of 60mg. I took one pill at about 6am this morning and another at 1230pm for preworkout. I will admit today I had EXTREME energy even tho I didnt get much sleep. I found myself constantly being able to do an extra one or two reps.

Also no joke today was the best PUMP I have ever had in my biceps:eek:. I think its save to say that the Trenadrol has kicked in full gear.

One more thing weight today was at 209. So that up 3 pounds so far this week.

Day 7- Today was shoulders and back day. And yet again it was another awesome workout. Had great energy and strength even though I was pretty sore from yesterdays workout. Also Im already starting to notice a few new viens starting to poke out.

Day 8- Off Day but got my BP checked and it was actually lower than it was the first day of the cycle.

Day 9- Off day

Day 10- Today was chest/back and abs. Once again had great energy and strength. Still going strong at 60mg with no sides except a few pimples on the chin, but havent been taking as good of care as I should have. Also weighed in at 210 today so thats up 4 pounds so far.

That's a helluva leg workout Flo, that would kick my ya... I only superset extensions/curls for legs and that's kinda rare these days. ha Good job man, I hope that this is doing what you want it to.

Thanks alot RA. Its starting to do what I want. Im gunna start some cardio tomorrow and prolly either going to bump up to 90mg for the last nine days or go 60mg til bottle is gone. Yah that leg workout was killer for sure. I just about fell over on my face a couple of times when I was doin lunges haha. Must mean I was doing something right.

Day 12- Today was an off day for the weights however I decided to go in and do some cardio and abs. For cardio I did 20 minutes on the bike at 16-18mph and 20 minutes walking on the treadmill at 4-4.5mph. Also I weighed myself in after cardio and was at 214!?!?! That makes it up 8 pounds in 12 days.

Day 13- Well theres not much to say other than I am loving trenadrol haha. Another good workout, and had a great pump in the arms today. Also weighed in at 215 today so Im up 9 pounds so far. No real sides. Ance has went away so everything is goin great.

Thanks bro. Simply just started to actually take better care of my skin. Only thing I have used is a daily face wash atleast twice a day. As far as bf% it def hasnt gone up, maybe down just a bit. Here in the next two weeks and into PCT Im going to hit up cardio more often, since 10lbs is all I was looking for in this cycle. However I will def take 15lbs and a few points off the bf%.

Haha what they dont know wont hurt them I guess. But bp is good, well at least when I checked it last weekend. It was actually lower than beginning of the cycle. I will prolly go get it checked here today or this weekend again some time.

Day 14- Well guys today is the end of my second week on cycle, and I weighed in at 216 today. This makes it 10 pounds in two weeks, def more than I was expecting but Im not complaining. Nothing really new to report still getting great pumps and insane amounts of energy at the gym. Also so new viens are starting to show thru.

Day 15- Off day. Only took 30mg, I was running around all day and didnt get home til late and just went to bed.

Day 16-Off day

Day 17- Today was chest and tri. This week for lifting will be all tri-sets. Todays workout was great once again. Havent done much tri-sets but I sorta like them. After lifting I hit the bike for 30 minutes and rode 8.5 miles. No real sides any more. Also I hit PR's in incline press and db press today, so strength is coming on strong.

Im really liking it so far. It really keeps ur muscles guessing, since each week ur doing a different style. I think for PCT Im goin to start back at the first week and do it for the full 4 weeks.

Day 18- Well guys I guess today was my first bad workout so far on Trenadrol. For some reason just didnt feel up to par and my knee was sore from cardio the day before. So I cut legs a little short. Yesterday I started hyperTEST at 2 pills before bed just to let u guys know.

Day 20- Today had a ****ing awesome workout. Had great energy and great pumps. Also set a new PR in deadlift. The most I have every done(back during phera/methyl vol) was 365x2 and today got up 385x3. Today I noticed a little aggression. Forgot to add this earlier. I have been getting an annoying spasm right to the left of my belly button. I am assuming that it is just my abs from the intense lifting and working out my abs more than I am used to. This isnt anything I should worry about is it?? I dont think it is but thought I might as well through it out there.

Well Im bored so Im goin to go hit up the gym again for cardio. Will let u guys know how it goes.

Sorry to but in like this but I found this question relevant to the topic and your past reviews. I am about to turn 21 in June and was wondering if it would be okay to take tren as of now or should I wait till my actual birthday? Also would you recommend a standalone tren run or the infamous scorch/vapo?? This is the year ive been looking forward to give the DA core 10-week stack a try Flo, really amped for it.

Day 24- Chest and triceps today, at 90mg. Still feeling really good here lately. Strength and energy are still great. Leaning out here some as of late which is nice, and sides are practically no existent. All I get a little headaches when I lift heavy at times. Also I decided for this last week to go back to my own style of lifting to gauge how much strength has gone up. Today on bench I got up 275 2x and before cycle I could barely get 275 off my chest.

Nothing really too new to report. Since bumping up to 90mg I have noticed a lil bit of lethargy nothing too bad but I have to take a nap about everyday. Also I have gotten a lil acne on my chest, however its under control. Im going to try to take after pics tomorrow and get them up. Only two more days and workouts on cycle then its post cycle. Its been a fun ride.

Also forgot to say this earlier, in the morning when I first wake up I notice I have been really dehydrated. My lower back and knees are always sore as hell, but I just drink a bunch a water then Im good for the most part.

I would have to get it a very solid 9 for sure. Reasons being I put on almost 10 pounds and lost a good amount of fat. If I ate like I did with my first cycle I have no doubt that this would have been at 20+ cylce. But thats not what I wanted right now. Also that because sides werent much of a factor at all.

Thanks alot bro. Just a quick update here....Im on day 3 of PCT and strength is still crazy from on cycle. Almost broke the 300# club in bench today. Had it half way up then needed I little bump to get it the rest of the day. So that means that my bench gained over close to 40#s on trendrol.

Whats up fellas??? Thought I would throw in atleast one PCT update. Getting towards the end of my final week of PCT and everything has been good. Been crazy busy just got back from Dallas and now moved for a summer internship. Also Im starting my cut stack here with my last week of PCT.

I ended up going with ALRI Venom, CL SesaGlow, and Avant Labs Lipoderm Ultra.

**Dosing**
Day 1-5 Venom 1 pill, SesaGlow 4 pills, and Lipoderm 2 apps.
Day 6-42 Venom 2 pills, SesaGlow 4 pills, and Lipoderm 2 apps til gone.

hey guys i thought i would give ya an update on my cut stack here without starting another thread.

First off I had taken it for two weeks then left it at my rents house over a weekend, so I took a week off of it then started back up this week.

In my opinion Venom is the best fat burner Ive taken. The all day energy is amazing. I went from drinking atleast 4 cups of coffee a day to none. Also it has helped a ton with food cravings. I have also been taking 5 sesaglow pills a day since I missed that week. Lipoderm I have only been using once a day at 6 pumps. It smells so bad and I was allways worried I smelled at my internship.

Over all so far I have lost 20 pounds!!! Went from 218 to 198 in a month. Workout schedule has been cardio atleast 4x a week at about an hour a day. Then lifting 4x a week for about an hour also. My goal is to be 190 by July 4th. Not sure if it will happen or not.

The weight has been coming off real easy. I have allways been able to gain and lose weight fairly easy. Plus the cardio and diet help out a ton.

haha thanks man...yah if i had the net at my apartment for the summer I would have done a full log, but only have the net when I come home every couple weekends.

I will maybe get some pics done today just to show ya some of the progress. Before pics will be from when I finished this log of trenadrol. I didnt really change much from those pics. Maybe actually gained some since then.
