I was chosen by EST to test out there new ph called Methyl-E. First off, i want to thank EST for letting me test out this new ph. The compound is (2a, 3a Epithio-17a-methyl-17b-hydroxy-5a-androstane, 10mg). In case you all are wondering, it is an Epistane clone! My cycle will begin April 1st, but i will be posting my supporting supps, cycle dosage, and PCT before hand.

Well here comes the fun part! I will be laying out my supporting supps, cycle dosage, and PCT.

Supporting Supps: Milk Thistle
Hawthorne Berry

Cycle dosage (30 days):

Days 1-5 10mg
Days 6-10 20mg
Days 11-30 30mg

PCT:

SNS PCT Stack (Inhibit E-Reduce XT)
Legal Gear Trib-Extreme
MRI Anabolic Switch

My cycle will begin on April 1st and I have everything fully prepared. Does anyone have any suggestions for my supporting supps or PCT?

Im happy to say, today was day #1. I took 1 cap to start out with and hit the gym. As expected, nothing was out of the ordinary. I am PUMPED to start this cycle though, im trying to hit 315 on bench with this cycle (currently 295-300). Here is what today looked like:

Chest/Back
Dumbbell Bench: 90x6, 95x6, 100x6, 100x5
Incline Dumbbell: 70x6, 75x6, 80x6, 85x5
Decline Flyes: 60x12 for 3 sets

Bent Over Rows: 185x6, 205x6, 225x4, 225x3
Front Pulldowns: 170x8, 180x7, 190x5
Seated Rows: 180x8, 190x8, 200x6

Thank you guys for the support! Today was Day #2. I took 1 cap pre-workout and actually had a pretty good pump in the gym. Im not expecting this stuff to kick in until week 2-3, but today's workout was awesome! Heres how everything looked:

Biceps/Triceps
Standing Barbell Curls: 95x10, 105x8, 115x7, 125x5
Seated Alternating DB Curls: 45x8, 50x8, 60x6
Cable Curls: 130x8, 140x8, 150x7

Close-Grip Bench (on Smith Machine): 225x10, 245x9, 265x7, 265x5
Lying Tricep Extenstion:80x10, 90x9, 90x8
Overhead DB press: 100x10, 105x10, 110x8

Everything was performed in Super Set fashion. So I would do Standing Barbell Curls Supersetted with Close-Grip bench and so on. Overall, today's workout felt awesome.

Today was Day #4 and i took one cap in the morning and one before dinner. Today was also a rest day, so theres not much to report. I do have a question tho for Solomon or Sonny. Is it best to take it on an empty or full stomach? Ive heard mixed opinions on this. Some say its best to take it on an empty stomach because it doesnt have to fight for absorbtion, but others say its best with food.

I take it before I eat with SesaMax. I typically eat with any type of pill, so I don't upset my stomach. I honestly don't buy that absorption competition thing.

I have always taken ph's with EFA's(similar to Sesamax) because they are lipid soluable or with a meal with some fat.

I can take very few things on an empty stomach.

And if you are training right, why is your stomach ever empty? :D

I dont know if its the Epistane or the Anabolic Switch, but my pumps and energy have been amazing the past 2-3 workouts. I was actually able to get an extra 1-2 reps on most exercises today. Here is how the workout went down:

Chest/Back
Barbell Bench: 225x5, 245x5, 255x5, 275x3
Hammer Strength Incline: 180x8, 200x8, 220x6
Decline Flyes: 60x12, 65x10, 65x10

Wide-Grip Pulldowns: 170x10, 180x8, 190x8
T-Bar Rows: 135x8, 145x6, 160x5
Deadlifts: 315x8, 335x6, 355x4, 375x2

Overall, it was an awesome workout. Im still hoping to get my bench/deadlift up with this cycle but only time will tell!

Today was Day #6! Once again, I had a very very good workout. The pumps are starting to hurt. Here is how it went down:

ARMS
Standing Barbell Curls: 95x10, 105x8, 115x8, 115x6
Cable Preacher Curls: 120x8, 140x8, 150x6
Incline DB Curls: 40x8, 45x7, 50x5

Weighted Dips: 45x10, 55x8, 65x5, 65x4
Pushdowns (V Bar):170x12, 180x10, 190x9
One Arm DB Extenstion: 35x10, 40x10, 40x7

I was pumped and had great energy throughout the whole workout. I was able to get an extra 2 reps on Barbell Curls and felt strong on weighted dips. So far, so good!:cool:

Today was Day #7! I was in a rush this morning to get to work, so i accidentally skipped the first dose. I decided to just take 2 caps pre-workout. I ended up getting a better pump by doing this, even though i did Shoulders and Legs. Here is how the workout looked:

Shoulders
Seated Lateral Raises: 35x8, 40x7, 40x7
Standing Front Raises: 30x8, 35x8, 35x7
Barbell Presses: 155x8, 185x6, 185x5
Upright Rows: 115x8, 135x6, 135x6

Legs
Barbell Squats: 225x10, 275x8, 315x4, 365x2
Leg Press: 700x15 (all 3 sets)
Hack Squats (on machine): 180x12 (all 3 sets)
Seated Calf Raises: 135x20 (all 3 sets)

All in all, it was a pretty decent workout. I had veins running through my sho/armpits and loved it! My numbers are starting to go up already and i feel like i could lift all day. Cant wait for tomoroww!:cool:

We need everyone to hear the good and bad, so if there's anything bugging you about the product, then go ahead and post it. We trying to have our Methyl E feedback be as unbro'ly as possible;) .

Thanks, I've been thinking about this a lot lately. I don't want anyone to feel obligated to give a great review, b/c they got free product from us. I want them to be completely honest. It keeps me from have to tapdance if you guys point out problems that can be fixed.

Thanks snake! I forgot to give you guys my starting bodyweight/bf. As of last week, I am weighing in at 207 at 15% bodyfat. Im going to weigh myself tomoroww to see if anything has changed, until then ill cross my fingers!:rolleyes:

Today was Day #8! I weighed in at 209 this morning (up 2 pounds) on an empty stomach. Im hoping to gain between 8-10 pounds on this cycle, which shouldn't be hard to accomplish. I have still yet to notice any side effects, just positive ones (increased pump, strength). Here was today's workout:

Back/Cardio
Hammer Strength Pulldowns: 180x10, 200x8, 220x5
T-Bar Rows: 90x12, 135x8, 160x5
Seated Rows: 190x10, 200x8, 200x8
Deadlifts: 225x8, 275x6, 315x4

I ran 2 miles post-workout (a total of 17 min), so I averaged an 8.5 minute mile. Not too bad i guess!:cool:

Today was Day #9! I took one cap upon wakening, and one pre-workout. Once again, wicked pumps and minor strength gains. I dont know if it's just me either, but my endurance seems to be up a bit! Here was today's workout:

Arms/Abs
Standing Alternating Dumbbell Curls: 45x8, 50x8, 55x6
One-Arm Preacher Curls: 40x10, 45x8, 45x7
21's: 3 sets
Hammer Curls: 40x12, 45x10, 45x10

Cable Crunches: 3 sets of 20
Hanging Leg Raises: 3 sets of 20

Overall, it was a pretty good workout. 21's really put a number on my biceps, there still sore from 2oclock. Still no sides, hopefully it's like this the whole cycle!:rolleyes:

Today was Day #12! I decided it was time to up the dosage to 30mg. I took 1 cap in the morning, and 2 caps pre-workout. The pumps with Methyl-E have been far greater than any pre-workout supplement i have ever tried. I cant imagine taking N.O-Xplode or something of that nature with Methyl-E, the pumps would probably hurt. But anyways, strength and focus was up today. Here was the workout:

Chest/Back
Barbell Bench: 225x10, 255x6, 275x4
Incline Barbell: 185x8, 185x6, 185x5
Incline Flyes: 50x8, 55x8, 55x8

Barbell Rows: 205x8, 225x6, 245x4
Behind-the-neck pulldowns: 130x8, 150x7, 160x6
T-Bar Rows: 135x8, 155x8, 160x6

Overall, today was a very good workout. Most of my lifts were up and my workout was intense. Still no sides to report!

Well today was Day #13! I took 10mg in the morning, and 2 pre-workout. Once again, pumps were insane. I did Arms today and couldnt even reach my arms over my head after the workout. One thing im really enjoying about Methyl-E is the vascularity/pumps im getting from it. Not to mention im up 3pds so far! Im lookin to get between 6-10, so 3 lbs in 13 days is pretty good. Here was how today went:

ARMS/AB'S
Seated Incline Curls: 45x8, 45x8, 50x6
Barbell Curls:95x8, 105x8, 115x6, 135x4
Preacher Curls: 70x8, 80x8, 90x5
One-Arm Cable Curls:50x12, 60x11, 70x8

Lying Tricep Extenstion: 90x10, 90x8, 90x8
Close-Grip Pushups (on medicine ball): 3 sets of failure
Reverse-Grip Pushdowns: 50x12, 60x12, 60x10

My tri's were a lil sore from yesterday's workout, so i decided not to blast them today. Some of my lifts were up, but most importantly, ive gained 3lbs (dry). Another thing is that it feels like my stomach's tighter (could be my diet). And I actually found a side to report! I woke up this morning with a huge pimple on my chin, so the acne has started to come up. Ive got tons of prescription medicine though, so it'll be fine.

Just a question/suggestion. Have you thought about or tried taking the 3 caps over the course of the whole day rather than one in the AM and then 2 pre workout? I am taking this now and am about to ramp up to 30mg and am going to be taking 10mg in the AM, 10MG at lunch and then 10MG preworkout(5:30). I am thinking that with this method it keeps the blood levels consistant and the compound is in your body through out the day, may also help with keeping everything even and not having that sudden "jump" right before you work out when you have not taken anything since the AM. Just a thought.

Bigwasserman, ive tried it both ways and imo, 2 caps pre-workout is the best. Ive noticed a major strength/pump increase when I take 2 pre-workout, rather than 1. But anyways, i forgot to post yesterday because of work. But today is Day #15! I've felt great so far (besides a lil joint discomfort)and ive gained a total of 4 pounds so far. Here was todays workout:

Chest/Back
Barbell Bench: 225x10, 245x8, 245x7
Incline Hammer-Strength: 180x10, 200x9, 230x6
Decline Barbell: 185x10, 225x6, 225x6

Barbell Rows: 205x10, 225x7, 245x5
One-Arm DB Rows: 90x10, 100x8, 105x8
T-Bar Rows: 135x8, 160x8, 160x6

My numbers were def up today. I felt incredibly strong during the workout, and the pump was once again, ridiculous! My Barbell Rows and T-Bar rows both went up by a couple of reps from the previous workout.

Are you noticing more as far as strength gains and how you look in the miror rather than actual LB's on the scale? I have been on for about 2 weeks now, the first week was 20mg and this last week was 30mg/ED. I notice my strength is going up every day as well as my endurance but I am not sure about my LB's. I am also taking thyrogen X with it to burn off some fat and help with my cutting, and I am on a low carbs/cal diet so that may have something to do with it.

Sorry guys, i didnt have access to a computer over the weekend. :( I have not experienced any back pumps, in fact the only side so far is joints (they've always been bad tho). B-Nat, im taking 6g of Fish Oil daily and i eat tuna twice a day. Bigwasserman, my strength has shot through the roof, and im up a total of 5pounds so far. It even looks like ive dropped some bf, probably due to my diet tho.

Today was Day #19! Ive still been taking 30mg daily (10mg upon wakening, 20mg pre-workout) and have loved it so far. I jumped on the scale this morning and im up 5.5 pounds, and my bodyfat is 0.5% lower then Day 1. So it looks like im gaining muscle and losing fat! Hopefully the next 11 days will be as successfull as the first 19. Here was today's workout:

Chest/Back
Barbell Bench: 245x10, 265x5, 285x3
Incline DB Press: 75x10, 80x10, 85x8
Pec-Dec Flye: 120x10, 150x10, 150x8 (10 sec squeeze at top)

Chin Ups: 4 sets (a total of 50 reps)
Seated Rows: 200x10, 210x8, 210x8
Barbell Rows: 225x8, 245x6, 245x5

As you can see, my #'s have gone up a pretty good amount. My bench is up at least 3-4 reps, and my barbell rows as well. The pumps were once again ridiculous, and my workout was intense. Im trying to get my hands on some Methyl Mass to use as my pre-workout supp during PCT so i can maintain this intensity. Tom is ARMS, cant wait!

No. It is a ph first and formost with some anti-e in it.

That is what I thought. I broguht that up because i saw Pure Strenght said he was going to use it during PCT.

Today was Day #20! I've increased my EFA intake the past week or so and I have to say, my joints dont feel as bad. Ive always had bad joints and i had slight joint discomfort last week, but none to report of this week. Today i decided to switch it up a lil and do Sho/Tri's, and ended up having a good workout:

Sho/Tri's
Barbell Presses: 185x8, 185x6, 185x6
Upright Rows: 135x8, 135x7, 135x6
Seated Lateral Raises Superset w/Front Raises: 35x8, 40x8, 40x6

Lying Tricep Ext: 90x10, 100x8, 100x7
Pushdowns: Full Stack for 3 sets of 8
Overhead DB Ext: 100x10, 110x8, 115x6

Overall, my workout was awesome. Just about everything has gone up (esp barbell presses), and my energy/intensity was as usual, freakish! I weighed myself this morning and im up 5 pounds, so it seems like im flucuating(excuse my spelling) between 5-6 pounds as of right now. ZERO sides to report for the fact that my joints feel better and my pimples have quit coming, thanks to Differin!

Today was Day #21! Ive got 9 days left on my cycle and have nothing but good things to say about it so far. Im still at the same weight (5-6 pounds), but ive lost .5% bodyfat with a unrestricted diet (well almost ;) ). Today i worked on Legs & Bi's. Heres how it looked:

Barbell Curls:95x12, 105x10, 115x8, 125x5
Preacher Curls:35x12, 40x10, 45x7
Standing Alternating DB Curls:45x10, 50x8, 55x6
Hammer Curls: 35x12 for 3 sets

Squats: Forgot to write my numbers down:x
Hack Squats on Hammer Strength machine: 180x15 for 3 sets
Leg Press: 12 plates for 15 reps, 14 plates for 12 reps, 16 plates for 8 reps
Seated Calf Raise: 90x20, 115x15, 115x15

Overall, i had a pretty good workout. The intensity and pump was there once again and my #'s were up on just about everything. With only 9 days left im going to try and push myself past the limit (without getting hurt of course) to make the most of the cycle. Stay tuned, tomoroww is Chest/Back!

Today was Day #22! I absolutely do not want to end this cycle in 8 days. My strength/lean mass gains have been incredibly addicting as of lately. Today was Chest/Back, heres how it went:

Chest/Back
Barbell Bench: 265x4, 265x4. 285x2, 285x2, 315 negative
Hammer Strength Incline: 200x10, 220x8, 220x6
Cable Crossovers: 60x12, 70x10, 70x10

Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown: 180x12, 230x8, 230x8
T-Bar Rows (free weight): 135x10, 180x6, 180x5
Deadlifts: 315x8, 355x6, 375x4

Almost all of my numbers were up. My bench should be a 300 max, my hammer strength incline is up by 4 reps, and Deadlifts by 2. Im satisfied with my results right now, hopefully there will be more to come the last 8 days!

Today was Day #25! I havent lifted since Thursday but my weight is up a total of 7 pounds and my bodyfat is still at -0.5%. No sides at all so far, and nothing but good things to say about it (strength, lean mass). Tom will be Chest/Back, so stay tuned!:D

Thanks for the support bro! Today was Day #27 (only 3 days left). I wasn't able to post last night, due to time but I was able to today. Yesterday was chest/back and i maxed out to see my progress. I was shooting for 315 after this cycle, and yesterday i got 305, but am still extremely happy with my progress. Here was todays workout:

Sho:
Overhead Barbell press: 155x8, 175x5, 175x5
Behind the head barbell press: 135x10 for 3 sets
Bent Over Lateral's: 35x10, 40x10, 45x8
Cable Raises (front and side): 3 sets of 12

I couldnt be happier with the strength ive gained on this cycle. Every compound exercise is up at least 20-30 pounds and ive managed to keep my joints managable. My weight is still the same, but this is an accomplishment for me considering im consuming less calories then before (around 3,000).

That would be amazing if i could! (hint, hint) ;) Well theres only 2 days left and im getting a lil upset. Today i decided to do Bi's and some cardio. Here was the workout:

Barbell Curls:95x12, 105x12, 115x8
Standing Alternating DB Curls: 45x10, 50x10, 55x8
Incline DB Curls: 45x10, 50x8, 50x8
Hammer Curls:40 for 3 sets of 12

After my workout i ran 2 miles in this 90 degree heat and was absoultely wasted after that. It took all i had to get back to my car. Overall tho, awesome workout once again. Strength is up, and weight is up (total of 7.5 pds). Tom is the last day of the cycle, i will be doing Chest/Tri's. Ill give yall the full review tomoroww!

Sorry i havent been able to post lately. My work schedule kicked into high gear this weekend. But anyways, yesterday was the last day of my cycle. I would once again like to thank EST for the opportunity to test out Methyl-E. Hopefully my log was good enough to show others just how good my cycle really was. Here are some of the Pros/Cons i noticed throughout the cycle:

Pro's: Crazy strength gains, 1% loss in bodyfat, total of 7.5 lean pounds gained, increased hunger, increased pumps/intensity, gained 1/3 inch on my arms while decreasing my calories.

Con's: Slight joint problems at first, but it was fixed after taking in some extra EFA's and joint supplements. Acne at first also, but it cleared up when i actually started using face wash/acne medication.

Overall i couldnt be happier with this cycle. I thought it would be a good idea to run this while cutting, and it ended up being perfect for it. I was able to loose 1% bf while gaining almost 8 pounds of lean muscle mass. My strength went up in almost every category. My bench was +25, squat +30, deadlift +30, Military Press +20, and several others. I started my PCT today which consists of the following:

SNS PCT stack (Inhibit E, Reduce XT)
Trib Extreme
Anabolic Switch

I will keep you all updated with the results throughout PCT. Thank's to everyone who supported me and my log! :cool:

Just a quick update. Ive been on PCT for a little over a week and everything is going perfect. My strength is still rising, and my weight is actually up a pound. Im going to be adding Jungle Warfare to the last 2 weeks of PCT and on.
