Looky Looky wat i gots here, i will be one of the testers for the new HYPERDROLX2 from Anabolic Xtreme so feast your eyes on my planned workouts for the weeks which will be 4 days on 3 days off. posted below is my plan for cardio, weight lifting and also my diet i will be posting pics of my beof rand after within in the next couple of days so be on the look out for it on this forum and on the AnabolicXtreme.com forum ok sounds good here is some teaser pictures below

Wed-Cardio, Boxing, Grappling, Swimming.(surf if there is waves if in Hawaii or California at time)

Thur and firday are the same as Mon. and Tue.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
1-2mile run everyday be for workouts, 30min-1hour of stretching, If there is no waves, swimming, grappling boxing


Current supplements (exact brand/product name):Nothing right now just finished stack of-N.O-Xplode,Syntha-6,Elite-K Kre-Alkalyn,
HYPERDROLX2
Current Diet (as much detail as possible):salads, boiled eggs.toast,oatmeal,crackers,lots of bbq chicken. tuna, steak , rice, pastas HAWAIIAN FOOD sorry I know I cheat once in a awhile with Hawaiian food .

Short Term Goal:Lose 15-20lbs and gain more muscle not to be bulked out crazy but to be ripped and lean for surf contest improve stamina

Long Term Goal:Gain alot of muscle, be about 170-180lbs and ripped like 5%BF be able to lift more weights and to do more reps.

Just moved to Las Vegas, this here is my new workout schedule compared from be for no waves here so more working out and when I was living in Hawaii there would be waves like 5 days out of 7 so I wouldn’t lift and work out as much so the Pounds of weights that I lift aint much compared to other but that’s why I changed a lot around.

thanks man today is my frist day taking it to bad its an off day for me but still i cant wait to start feeling the effects, good luck with yours to.

Well toady was my frist day taking the HYPERDROLX2 today, but it wasnt a work out day, so far I feel good no side effects or anything, i can wait to i start feeling the diference, um bad thing bout today was it wasnt a work out day so Mon well be another story, my meals today included
MEAL 1
wheat toast
orange

Crackers with Tuna
Protien drink Syntha 6

today feeling a little different in muscle thightness, but today wasnt a work out day, no visual changes feel really good though 2maarow is a work out day cant wait, MEALS for today posted below

frist work out day today on the HYPERDROLX2 not used to working out without takin a creatine or N.O supplements so the energy wasnt really there but the muscle hardness is there big time, umm i did a big change in the work out plan from my org. and this is what i did below as well as my meals.

Meal 1

ABS-leg raises, seated leg tucks, crunches, sit ups,
Always 4sets of 5-15 reps

i feel really good just to add that in.

today was great im starting to honestly feel my arms and chest starting to thighten up a little more like more define than befor, energey levels wasnt really there again but i still got through the work out posted below
TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS and SATURDAY.
Shoulders-Arnold Press, Dumbell press,Military press, Dumbell shrugs
Arms-Peacher Curls,incline curls, hammer curls,
Forearms -barbell wrist curls, reverse wrist curls
Abs-leg raises, seated leg tucks, crunches , sit ups

meals went like this

Tuna
Protien Shake
Apple

Today was great , didnt work out today went riding on some ATVS so didnt have time , but i have notice that since ive been taking HYPERDROLX2 and eating the way i have ive been feeling more energeized and way more stamina, feels good will work out 2marow for sure meals went like this

gonna change up the log alittle here kind amore specific, umm my neck was killing me all day due to a "STIFF NECK" so when i was working on my chest and back today it was killing me today went as followed

7:00am took frist HYPERDROLX2
7:30am Peanut butter on wheat with oatmeal and a apple
10:00am Almonds with deli turkey with wheat crakcers
11:00 am 2nd HYPERDROLX2 pill
12:00 Protein drink
3:00 Tuna with salada no dressing with deli ham
4:00 3rd HYPERDROLX2
4:45 cardio running bag work
5:00 weight training
CHEST-bench press incline, flat and decline, Pullovers,push ups
BACK-chin-ups, push-ups, bent-over rows,one arm dumbell rows,
THIGHS-leg press, leg curls, squats,
CALVES-calf raises, seated/ standing calf rises,
ABS-leg raises, seated leg tucks, crunches, sit ups,
3sets 10-15 reps
6:10 Protein drink with tuna and rice
tonight around 7:30-8:00 chicken breast with peas and corn

Sorry bout yesterday guys didnt update didnt get to workout had to pull a double due to a idiot boss on hand, and i was off today so not much HYPERDROLX2 have been working really well forearms have been thighting and looking really full today i like it. well not much for 2marow to off day again but will be back in the gym on MONDAY no doubt bout that. see ya laters peeps

thinking the same thing,......- at least the other 2 are keeping us informed. My own experience with HYPERDROL X2 AND MASS FX has been fantastic so far---- HAVING GREAT WORKOUTS and feeling better than i have since my last PH. :) Gained 2 pounds also so far

This Auggie guy was scamming from the onset of the log. If any of you remember he was asking question regarding oral steroids. When questioned he became defensive with all of us. Too bad for a&&*(** like this . They sure can ruin a good thing for all of us.

SORRY GUYS BOUT THIS LOG I JUST GOT MY NET UP AND RUNNING NOW AND I FINISHED MY HYPERDROLX2 AND YES I WAS THINKING BOUT STEROIDS I WILL TELL YOU STRIGHT OUT I WAS THINKING BOUT IT ALOT BUT THATS ALL I DID WAS THINK BOUT IT IM SURE IT CROSSED THROUGH EVERYONES MIND BE4 IM I RIGHT? WELL ANYWAYS FROM TAKING HYPERDROLX2 I LOST BOUT 7LBS OF BODYFAT AND I GAINED I SAY 2LBS OF MUSCLE WHICH I REALLY DIDNT CARE BOUT BUT HOWEVER I WENT UP ANOTHER 25LBS BENCHING AND ADDED 5 REPS, IN TOTAL I SAY AN AVERAGE OF 10-30LBS OF ADDED WEIGHT TO CERTAIN WORKOUTS WHICH I LOVED, I CAN ALMOST GUARNTEE THAT IF I HAD MASSFX TO STACK WITH IT OR SOMETHING LIKE N.O-XPLODE OR SUPERPUMP OR WHITEFLOOD AND YOU KNOW REALLY STACKED IT IN WITH OTHER SUPPLEMENTS THAT ITS WOULD TOTTALY KICK ASS, I WILL DEFINTELY BUY HYPERDROLX2 WITH MY OWN MONEY AND I WILL USE IT WITH MY NEXT STACK MY MEALS STOOD THE SAME EXCEPT I ADDED ALOT OF FISH TO IT BESIDES TUNA LIKE SALMON, UMM NOT MUCH ELESE REALLY TO SAY BUT IT KICKASS AND I WOULD USE IT AGAIN BUT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT WITH MASS FX AND SOME CREATINE AND N.O FOR EVEN MORE HIGHER EFFECT.AFTER PIC AVAIL SORRY NO OTHER PICS AT THIS TIME BUT WILL TAKE THIS WEEKEND SOME BEACH SHOTS

well not really i just lost some bodyfat and weight i lost like umm 7-10lbs and i dropped down to like 10-12% of bodyfat and gained like well2-5lbs of muscle to real sure didnt get a measurement and that pics was like 4months old so you know i gained alittle muscle not much just dropped some fat baby you know, but i want to do it again but with some N.O some creatine and massfx you know it would be pretty potent if i did it i might go with N.O-Xplode, Green Mag, Glycergrow,HyperdrolX2 Mass Fx, A body fat supplement and also a stimulant free N.O like nitrix or something not really sure yet but im going for another 10lbs of bodyfat and gain maybe 10+ lbs of muscle, thanks guys

I missed this one....sorry bout that. Well, I've used my fair share and have had good luck with every cycle. It depends on your goals as to what you want to use.
