I was curious if anybody has tried NXLabs Mass system with success? I'm very skinny (165lbs) and need to gain some serious mass. Any comments or reviews or links? Thanks.

My dad bought one of these but hasnt used it yet. The ingredients look promising but in my opinion it is too expensive. List your stats; age, height, and immediate goals and we'll definitely recommend something:o

If im not mistaken, the total cycle length of one box(if its what I think it is) is only 15 days. I ran this once in the past before I knew not to go to GNC. I had a decent pump for the short while that it lasted. I didnt use the T3 though. Seems like a decent stack if it lasted longer.

Brock, This is what I would use.

Superpump 250 by Gaspari Nutrition - 30minutes before your workout and in the mornings on you off days
Size On by Gaspari Nutrition - During your workout or late evening on your off days
Weight Gainer (I like Masstech by Muscletech) I would have a shake immediately following your workout and I also like to have 600 calorie servings between meals (usually 2-3 a day but gets kinds expensive)

I would recommend consuming 3600 - 4500 calories per day and 200-300 grams of protein per day. Water is very important. Be sure to get in at least 1 gallon per day.

Haha, wow this brings back old memories. I used this "MASS" system like the first month I started working out real seriously. Obviously I knew nothing and wanted a supplement to do everything for me. I actually decent/below average results. Better than nothing I guess.

So yeh don't buy it man.

Will that high of a calorie intake impede my goal of a six-pack?

This all depends on your diet :)

That is why I recommended such a high protein intake. For gaining 15lbs, you are normally talking about bulking, which you dont worry to much about a little belly fat:o To keep the 6 pack, you will need to work your abs hard. The superpump has a metabolic enhancing complex that will help keep you lean to a small degree. The main thing is watch out for carbs; especially the simple (refined) sugars. Be sure to keep the majority of the carbs you do consume to complex carbohydrates. I originally recommended the mass tech but for what you are wanting, you may want to consider a low carb protein powder or mrp. To gain 15lbs all lean, it will take a little more time. Just be patient.

what kind of supplements do you have previous experience with? proteins, creatines, NO boosters, test boosters, etc. just wondering, as this might help people to know where you are coming from, and make it easier to reccomend some good stacks.

also, how long have you been lifting, and what does your current diet look like?

there are lots of people on here that know their supps, but all the powders and pills in the world will not get you big, if your diet isnt right.

you need to forget about that 6 pack for a while if you are serious about putting on some weight.

i've used superpump.... your gonna shiznit your gutz out.....but it did what it claims.... or you can use vpx's no shotgun.... better product in my opinion
sizeon works. so does cellmass. but you know what, cellmass taste helluva lot better and is priced well in comparison.
when it comes to protein. just buy a bulk whey like optimum nutrition's 100% gold std. use two scoops with 16ozs of choc milk.... that will put some weight on.

Well i've been working out for about 6 weeks now and i've seen tremendous gains, although it's slowing down a little. Right now i drink musclemilk, and take creakic, leukic, and gakic from muscletech. That's it. I was thinking about ordering some factor X as well. But what would you reccomend i take with this stuff safely? I really appreciate the help guys.

Once you're done with the MT products don't buy them again. Go with Cobtrolled Labs, MAN, SNS Designer Supplements, EST to name a few. Those are good companies with great prods.

Yeah i definately will, that seems to be a common thing here on the forum. I'm using them just because I already had them and i thought i would give em a try. I had nothing to compare them to.

The muscletech products are way over hyped and you pay twice what they are worth. I guess some of there stuff is good but you can get the same or better for about 1/2 price with the companies nemesis mentioned.

Very good call. I would search those products and just find the best deals in each category as they are all good products. However...i would go with massfx/ hyperdrol over the x-factor as that can be hard on joints...dries them out it seems.

Also, don't get too caught up in gaining massive amounts of weight. You will think you are all big and bad cause the scale is saying your weighing more.....yeah you just got FAT! Try to gain around a pound a week. Anymore weight gained (assumming no chemical help) would be unwanted fat gain that really has no place on a bodybuilders body.
