As an update we are very close to repealing this unfair tax on those who choose to live healthy.
If you live in NJ and care about this issue, please go to the link and submit an online letter to Gov. Corzine and the state representatives.
Currently, they are willing to repeal the tax for non-profit health clubs only. This is a partial and unfair victory. The letters and emails do help, originally they would not repeal anything. Non-profit or commercial fitness should not matter, no one should be taxed for choosing to be a healthier person.
