For the CMZ, no, the calcium will more than likely block absorption of the zinc, and the other minerals don't seem to be appealing enough to have me interested. get some ZMA, Dymatize has a good one.
Fiber? are you lacking veggies,fruit, nuts, etc? in your diet

Respectfully disagree.
Chelation allows for an amino-acid-like absorption. The rules are a tad different here, believe me.

I have been using CMZ for about 1 1/2 years. Sold on chelated as well.

well yes and no......i am on the go(out of town) a lot.....was thinking about adding to my protein shakes......diet is still a work in progress because of the travel.....

The minerals are amino acid chelated. It helps a great deal with absorbtion.

Nothing much but just 2 words: DINOIII ARRPOVED *stamps!*
lol. That aside, there are a lot of research done into how chelated minerals get much better absorbed than their peers.
