Hey i just got a bottle of kre-alkalyn to see how it works........ does anyone know a good amount to take per day? thanks

If 2caps=1500mg, take 2 before and after working out.. I take Kre-Alkalyn EFX in the same way with 1 cap of Anabolic Pump with the post-workout dose and 50g waxy maize starch 40g whey isolate..
