Ok Guys, first I'd like to thank the guys over at Axis Labs for giving me the oppurtunity to test this product. I will be running Smash solo for 30 days. Other "staples" I will be using will include:
ZMA
Fish Oil: 6-10 grams daily
Scivation Xtend
Vitamin World MV's
B-complex 50, twice daily
Gaba: 3 grams before bed
Syntha 6
Dymatize Elite Whey
Pro V-60
I will be following a modified carb cycling diet which looks something like this:
Monday: Low carb, Tuesday: Low Carb, Wednesday: Moderate, Thursday: Moderate, Friday: Moderate, Saturday: High Carb, Sunday: zero carb. I know a lot of people won't necessarily agree with this method but it has worked for me in the past so I will stick with it for now. I am doing this as sort of a recomp. I hope to lost a few pounds of body fat while maintaining muscle and maybe even gaining a few pounds:D
Starting stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5'8
Weight: 174
Bodyfat: about 15-16% (I know, I'm working on it!)
Waist: 32 inches
Training:
Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest and Abs
Wednesday: Off, Cardio before breakfast
Thursday: Legs, calves, abs
Friday: Biceps and Triceps
Saturday: Shoulders, Abs
Sunday: Off, Cardio before breakfast
I will start as soon as I receive my SMASH! For those of you unfamiliar with this product, here is the write up and ingredient profile:
SMASH™ Pre-Workout: Pump – Strength - Endurance – Energy
Designed in pursuit of the most complete pre-workout supplement ever. TRAIN WITH INSANE INTENSITY, EVERY TIME! Do you workout…or do you SMASH?
How you train ultimately determines the results you receive. But when it comes to effective training the truth is muscular stimulation is the name of the game. Improved performance and extreme muscle growth is around the corner if you do it right. Deep tissue, slow twitch, fast twitch: it all needs to be done to do it right.
So where does poor training occur? Ever find yourself yawning between sets? Not feeling like you did the day before? Avoiding cardio? We all do. These are the physical and mental barriers that keep record bursting achievements at bay. Let’s crush through poor training…
What separates your average workout from one that you know will produce results? Is it your PUMP, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE or ENERGY? It’s all of the above! You have to be ZONED, ENERGIZED and ready to SMASH! We all crave the feeling of pushing ourselves to the limit. But there comes that moment that separates your average workout from the rest. That moment where every fiber of muscle demands every last bit of what you’ve got. If you lifted with this intensity every workout, how would you look now?
The Solution is SMASH
SMASH is a fully loaded pre-workout supplement that is designed to give you the most intense workouts of your life. Sounds outrageous, right? Wait until you’ve tired it. SMASH is specifically formulated to crank up your workouts through increased Strength, Pump, Endurance and Energy, taking muscular stimulation to a whole new level. This stuff really HITS!
Product Highlights
• Maximizes Cell Volumizeing Pump
• Ramps Up Muscular Strength
• Increases Mental Alertness and Focus to Get you Zoned
• Amplifies Energy Levels and Feelings of Wellbeing
• Reduces Fatigue to Keep you Jacked
• Decreases Lactic Acid and Ammonia Levels to Alleviate Muscle Burn

• Low in Carbohydrates
Strength Infusion
You may already know that creatine increases ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the body’s source of intramuscular strength. You may also know that dealing with creatine is a real pain. Loading, cramping, bloating...it really doesn’t work for a supplement that is going to produce results in the first serving. This is why we powered SMASH with Creatine Ethyl Ester, the most powerful creatine to date.
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl is an exceptionally soluble creatine resulting in advanced absorption, increased bioavailability, and stability. Instead of saturating your system in creatine and hoping for absorption, creatine ethyl ester penetrates the muscle cell resulting in substantially more functional creatine. This means no more loading, bloating, cramping or dehydration. Most users notice a difference in their first dose.
Pump-Endurance Infusion
Intramuscular stimulation is best ignited through Nitric Oxide Pump. SMASH is formulated with a powerful infusion of muscle volumizing ingredients designed to take your workouts to the next level. The Nitric Oxide Pump SMASH delivers stimulates deep muscle tissue and shuttles muscle building nutrients right where you need them.
Where does endurance play into this infusion? In addition to increased nutrient uptake through nitric oxide pump, SMASH is further enhanced with Citrulline Malate, shown to reduce lactic acid and ammonia burn. Any high endurance athlete knows about this all too well. What most all athletes don’t know is this plays into almost any type of training. Reducing lactic acid and ammonia burn is crucial to increasing endurance, no matter what arena you play in.
Energy Infusion
Training exhaustion occurs with every avid athlete. SMASH was designed with this serious problem in mind. Within the first 15 minutes of taking SMASH you will start to feel its powerful energizing effects. Bust through training fatigue and get energized before even getting to the gym. Solid energy is key to keeping a persistent heart pumping pace. In addition, the Energy Infusion keeps you mentally focused and alert during training.
Time to Lock and Load
Persistent deep muscle stimulation and energized workouts are the key to unlocking your bodies true potential. Don’t hold yourself back any more. Get Zoned, Get Pumped and Get Ready to SMASH!

Day 1: Today is a moderate carb day for me which is about 200. Macros look like this 225 protein, 200 carbs, 40 fat.
On a scale from 1 - 10
Taste: 10 - very surprised - compared to any other preworkout drink I have tried, SMASH blows it away. Tasted like a less sweet koolaid with no bad after taste at all. I actually enjoyed drinking it.
Digestibility (I will call it this because I really don't know how else to describe it): 10 - No problems at all. I have a very weak stomach and usually the first time I try something it goes through me.
Energy: 8 - Good clean energy. Not too much at all. Compared to other stims I've used, the energy wasn't as strong but it was just fine for me. I hate when I have too much energy.
Pumps: 7 - Solid pumps during and after my workout. Today was legs and I could feel my quads being pumped up after one set of squats. It's hard to really assess "pumps" on leg day but I could definitely feel a difference.
Strength: 9: Felt really good in the gym today. Managed to squat 315 for 5 reps which is a personal best.
Workout:
Squats: 2 warm up sets: 135 X 20
225: 12
275: 8
315: 5
Leg press: 4 sets of 8 - 12 reps
Standing calf raises: 2 sets of 50
Leg extensions: 1 warm up set of 50 lbs x 20
Drop set starting at 110 pounds working down till failure
Seated leg curl: 1 warm up set of 30 lbs x 20
Drop set starting at 80 working down till failure
Starting weight is 172 pounds.

DAY 2: Moderate Carb day
Planned Macro breakdown: 250 protein, 200 carbs, 60 fat
I don't plan on logging every meal but so far today I've eaten:
Breakfast: 1 scoop mochachinno Syntha 6 with 1 tbsp coconut oil (who needs Dunkin' Donuts flavored coffees? hehe)
10 am: 1 scoop whey/1 scoop casein, 1/4 cup walnuts
Lunch: 12:00 pm: 1 can tuna, 2 slices wheat bread, 1 cup brocolli
Training: Today was Bis, Tris, and abs
Energy: 9 - awesome energy today after taking my SMASH. I noticed a lot more energy than my dose last night for some reason, probably because it was earlier in the day. I was really pumped up for my arm day today.
Pumps: 10 - Unbelievable pumps today. I did a crazy arm workout which I will detail below.
Strength: 8 - Good strength, hard to really assess due to training style used today
Biceps: 1 warm up set: barbell curls for 15 reps
set 2: 65 lbs x 12
set 3: 85 lbs x 10
set 4: 105 x 6
Seated cable preacher curl drop sets:
1 warm up set: 50 lbs x 20
set 2: drop set starting at 80 lbs working till failure on each set
set 3: same as set 2
After these drop sets my arms were so pumped it was kind of painful...I loved it though haha
Zottman slow controlled reps
set 1: 30 lbs x 12
set 2: 25 lbs x 10
set 3: 20 lbs x 10
Triceps: Close grip bench presses: 4 sets total
pushdowns: 4 total sets
Seated overhead extension drop sets starting at 100 lbs for 2 sets
Abs: Leg raises supersetted with ball crunches for 3 sets
My arms still feel so tight right now I'm loving the SMASH right now. Also the flavor is unbelievable. I almost wanted to make more and drink it after I finished my serving.

DAY 3: High carb day
Macros: 200 protein, 350 carbs, 60 fat
Today was shoulder day. Overall I had a very good workout today.
Energy: 8 - Good energy in the gym today, especially during the middle-end. I felt like I could have worked out all day.
Pumps: 9 - Awesome blood flow today. My shoulders were on fire by the end of my lifting.
Strength: 7 - Felt a little weak today, not sure why - probably because I didn't sleep very well last night. Not bad though, no complaints
Again, this stuff tastes amazing, I'm starting to look forward to drinking it.
Training:
3 Giant sets consisting of:
Seated dumbbell presses
seated side lateral raises
seated front lateral raises
seated bent lateral raises
Hammer strength shoulder press: 2 dropsets starting at 160 lbs
Rear delt fly/shrugs: 3 supersets
Cardio: I decided to do 20 mins on the eliptical after lifting today since I still felt good.
If you guys haven't noticed yet...I love supersets, drop sets, giant sets, etc...
So far I've very impressed with the taste, energy, and pump factor from the Smash. The energy is just enough to get me in the zone preworkout.
I will weigh myself on Monday. Once again this is a recomp so I won't be dissappointed if my weight is the same.

You know, I have to hand it to Axis labs because they aren't afraid to make a product without millions of ingredients. Just goes to show that more is not always better. I've used Smash for only 3 days and I already love it.

Yeh man, that is one of the things I love most about SMASH, not a million ingredients dosed in IU's and so minute they don't even matter, only thing TONS of unecessary ingredients do is make your stomach hurt and cramp.
Great observation!

Day 4: : No Carb Day
Today was tough for me being that it was my zero carb day. Macros: 300 protein, <5 carbs, 80 fat.
Took my SMASH this morning before my cardio session, ratings will be a little bit different than lifting days:
Energy: 8 - Felt very alert shortly after my serving. Smash helped me wake up a bit before hitting the treadmill.
Endurance: 9 - Felt really good today, I did intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes and felt like I could do an hour. I've always been a big fan of Citrulline precardio.
Pumps: 7 - Although I don't really consider this feeling a "pump", I did feel some serious blood flow in my legs especially calves. This happened during the end of my cardio when I was walking on an incline.
Overall: 8 - I had a very good cardio session this morning after getting a good night's rest. I felt very energized and my mood was great all day today. I wish I could get myself up early every morning to do cardio it really does make me feel a lot better throughout the day.
I will weigh myself tomorrow when I wake up. Also, I will try to test my body fat.

Macros: 250 protein, <100 carbs, 60 fat
Meals so far today:

Energy: 8 - Decent energy today. I was up pretty late last night doing a paper so I didn't sleep as much as I would have liked. Still felt decent during workout though.
Endurance: 9 - I'm loving the endurance I've been getting the last few workouts. Seems like the Smash is really helping with this, could possibly be the citrulline malate helping out.
Pumps: 8 - Pretty good pumps today. My whole back was tight after I did 2 sets of deadlifts. Also towards the end of the workout I felt a solid pump in my arms.
Strength: 9 - Felt like a beast today in the gym. I thought I'd feel warn down after my zero carb day yesterday but I actually felt pretty good.
Deadlifts: warm up set: 135 X 20

3 sets of hanging leg raises
3 sets reverse crunches

Thanks, my back width sucks I've been working back pretty hard lately. I usually do chins first before deads but for some reason I switched it up today. I'm loving the smash so far, I'm feeling/looking pretty full even with the low carbs lately.

DAY 6: Low Carb day
Finally had time to weigh myself and test bf this morning. Overall I'm extremely happy with my progress so far.
Weight: 171, down 3 pounds since start of log
BF: 14.5%, down .5-1 percent.
Training: Chest/abs
Energy: 9 - I was looking forward to this workout all morning during class and the energy seemed to hit me about 15 minutes after my serving of SMASH. I was in a good mood all day so some of the energy could be contributed to that. (Got 3 of my midterms back this week: 93, 97, 100) Yeah I know I'm kind of a dork leave me alone haha.
Pumps: 9 - My chest felt real good after today's workout. My upper chest looked engorged from the side. I also had a noticably good pump in my arms which doesn't usually happen during chest for me.
Strength: 7 - Felt ok strength-wise today; nothing to write home about. Weights stayed about the same as my last chest workout. No complaints though.
Endurance: 9 - I had awesome endurance today during my workout. I ended up doing 30 minutes of interval training on the treadmill post-lifting.
Flat bench barbell presses:
warm up set: 135 x 15
set 2: 155 x 10
set 3: 175 x 7
set 4: 205 x 5
set 5: 30 rest pause reps using 135
Incline dumbbell presses:
45s x 12
55s x 10
60s x 8
70 x 5
Decline smithmachine presses:
95 x 15
135 x 12
155 x 10
175 x 7
Flat bench dumbbell flies
20s x 15
30s x 12
Incline dumbbell flies
20s x 12
30s x 10
Abs: Hanging leg raises, 2 sets (don't remember reps)
Decline crunches 25 x 2
Overall I felt pretty good during my workout today. Lately I feel as though I was relying too much on hammer strength machines for chest so I went back to the basics today. As far as the SMASH goes, I love it so far. I look forward to drinking it each day because of the way it tastes and the way it makes me feel.

I like the way you are formulating your workouts. May I suggest you lowering your rep range for your first compound exercise and add some more weight after just one warm up set.
I find that I get worked best when I do something like:
3 sets compound 4-6 rep range
3 sets compound 6-10
2 sets iso 10-12
2 sets iso 10-14
Obv. you might have to work this to the volume you are used to.
Try it out let me know what ya think. Only trying to help ;)

Ok, I'll give that a try next time around. I've been struggling with strength on chest days for some reason so I've been trying to switch it up recently. So next time would it be good to do this:
3 sets flat bench press 4-6
3 sets Incline dummbell presses 6-10
2 sets Cable flies
2 sets hammer-strength or machine presses

DAY 7: Low carb day
No weight training today. I did do some cardio this morning before class. I downed my SMASH (or should I say enjoyed my SMASH?) about 6:30 am and was ready to go by 6:45. I love the taste of this product. I know I've said that a million times but compared to other preworkout supps I've used (No xplode, shotgun, superpump250, horsepower...) SMASH is 10 times better. I actually gave my sample packet I got before this log to one of my friends who is very picky about taste and he loved it. I know a lot of people say that taste doesn't matter when using a product; but I think that it definitely does matter. MUSCLETECH should be shut down for selling GAKIC powder, I'm not kidding you at all I took one sip and almost gagged (it was free sample I got in the mail, no I didn't waste my money on it!). When a product tastes good, it shows that the company cares about the consumers. Sorry for the rant, just speaking my opinion.
Cardio:
Energy: 9 - awesome energy this morning. Usually I just reach for my alarm clock at 6 am and hit the snooze. Last night I put 1 scoop of SMASH in a shaker cup so I just had to roll over and add water this morning. Really helped me get out of bed.
Endurance: 9 - I did 30 minutes of interval training on the treadmill and felt great the whole time. It as about 80 degrees in the gym for some reason today and I don't think I have ever sweat that much in my life. Good workout though.
Pumps: 7 - Nothing great to report pumps wise, but I did cardio so I didn't expect anything really.
Meals so far today:
Breakfast: (post cardio) 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal
10 am: 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup brocolli
12:30: 1 scoop syntha 6/1 tbsp coconut oil
3:00 p.m.: about 6 ounces ground beef, 2 slices wheat bread
Week 1 review: So far I am loving the SMASH. It's ingredients are simple yet effective and the taste is unbelievable. So far the pumps have been above average and I have retained my fullness and strength while carb-cyling. Also, I've taken 7 servings of SMASH so far and I have not had one problem digesting it. When I signed up for this log I wasn't expecting anything special out of this product because I'm so used to taking products that contain well over 30 active ingredients. I Have to say that I am very impressed. It's no doubt the best tasting, but also the energy is just enough, and the pumps are very impressive. If I had to buy a preworkout drink tomorrow, it would definitely be SMASH mainly because it's cheap, it does what it's supposed to do, and it doesn't upset my stomach. I look forward to the rest of this log.

Awesome stuff man! Lookin good in here ;)
Thanks bro, I've been really motivated lately since I'll be in Florida a day after my semester ends. I really want to look good this summer. Every year I keep saying "this summer I'll look ripped" or "I'm gonna be jacked this summer" but I'm always disappointed. This year I'm not letting that happen again so I'm starting with the cardio and carb cycling a lot earlier than last year.

Pump: 8 - My legs felt great after my workout today, I saw a new vein in my right calf! - Always exciting lol
Strength: 8 - Felt real good today in the gym. My first set of squats was a breeze. Seem to be making some nice strength gains even while cycling carbs. Usually I feel better on moderate carb days though.

175 x 12 for 1 set
225 x 8 for 1 set
275 x 5 for 1 set

Pumps: 9.5 - Some of the best pumps I've ever had today. My arms looks really vascular post workout today which I loved. When I was doing reverse grip pulldowns I think I actually saw a striation. Felt great today. Pumps seem to last a while after my workout too.

DAY 10: Decided to go lower carb today because of the holiday tomorrow. With the meal my family has planned, needless to say - it won't be zero carb as I usually do on Sundays.
Macros: 250 protein, 150 carbs, 65 fat
Breakfast: 1 scoop syntha 6, 1 whole wheat english muffin
10:45: Chicken/vegetable stir fry with brown rice
1:30: two scoops pro-complex with 1/4 cup walnuts
4:30: postworkout shake consisting of 35 protein, 40 carbs, 2 fat
5:30: 1 medium chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
8:00 (hopefully) 1 cup whole wheat pasta, 1 chicken breast
before bed: 1 scoop casein/1 scoop whey/3 grams fish oil/coconut oil
Training: Shoulders
SMASH: Took my serving around 3:15 today and loved every sip of it lol
Energy: 8 - good, clean energy today. Just enough to power me through my workout.
Endurance: 7 - above average, once again - rest between sets is minimal
Strength: 9 - Shoulders felt great today, was able to put up the 70s for 4 reps which is a personal best. I probably could have done 1 more but didn't want to take the chance without a spotter.
Pumps: 9 - awesome pumps today. I could barely lift my arms up after this workout. Good vascularity around my front delt/side chest as well. My traps looked so swole today postworkout that I tried to take a picture with my camera phone but it came out too dark. I'll try to take another one later.
Seated dumbbell presses
40s x 15

Had an awesome workout today. I just recently started doing shoulders on a separate day because they weren't responding well when I was doing them after legs.
I'm a third of the way through my container of SMASH and I am extremely happy with my results. I think I have a new favorite preworkout drink. The energy is great, pumps are solid, and it's easily digestible. I definitly recommend this product no matter what your goals are.

It's hard to really access "weight gain" from it so far since I'm doing a recomp but my strength is definitely increasing. If you used this product to purely bulk I can gaurantee some solid gains. You could use some extra cee but it's not really necessary. I normally use no more than 5 grams, but the 3 in SMASH is fine for me.

DAY 12: Low carb
Macros: 300 protein, <100 carbs, 75 fat
Breakfast: 1 scoop whey, 1 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
10:30: 1 can tuna, 1/2 sweet potatoe
1:15: 8 oz turkey, 1/2 sweet potatoe
4:00: 20 grams whey/20 grams casein protein shake, handful walnuts
7:00: postworkout shake: 40 grams whey, 20 grams carbs
9:00: 8 oz lean ham, small salad
Training: Back, Abs
SMASH: Took my dose about 1/2 hour preworkout and felt the effects within 15 minutes
Energy: 8 - Had good energy throughout my entire workout
Endurance: 9 - Rest time between sets basically consists of adding weight, I feel like I can rest for only 5 seconds and do another set, it's a great feeling.
Strength: 9 - Felt really good today, I did chins before deads today and it was a good decision. I managed 15 reps for my first set of chins which I'm proud of.
Pumps: 9 - My back felt solid today after my workout, I even had some decent pumps in my arms.
Wide grip chins:
set 1: 15 reps
set 2: 12 reps
set 3: 7 reps
set 4: 5 reps
I decided not to add any weight today and just focus on more reps
Deadlifts:
135 x 15
175 x 12
225 x 10
275 x 8
T-Bar rows:
75 x 12
95 x 10
105 x 8
Wide grip lat pulldowns:
60 x 12
70 x 11
80 x 8
100 x 5
Seated cable rows:
60 x 11
70 x 9
80 x 8
Shrugs:
80s x 12
90s x 10
100s x 7
Abs:
Decline bench leg raises/decline crunches superset x 3
Cardio: I decided to run a mile post lifting just to burn a few extra calories that I probably ate yesterday.
I've been working on my back width lately, that's why you see a lot of wide grip exercises. Other than that, I've been feeling great and I'm starting to see some changes when I look in the mirror.
If you guys have any comments or tips about my diet or workouts let me know. Criticism is always welcome.

just curious if there's a reason why you do chinups before deadlifts, then go back to lats? Seems to make more sense to keep all the direct lat stimulating exercises together

That's a good question, I never really thought about that. I just figured that since my width is really lacking, I would do wide grip chins first when I'm the strongest. So you suggest just doing the deads first then focusing on the direct lat work? Does seem to make sense starting with a compound movement.

Yeah, at least its how I tend to operate on back day. ITs about preference, i just think this makes more sense as it seems like you'd be really punishing your lats and then (by comparison) giving them a bit of a rest during your deads only to fire them up again after

DAY 13: Low carb
Macros: 275 protein, <100 carb, 70 fat
Meal 1: 1 scoop syntha 6, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup white rice
Meal 3: 1 1/2 scoop whey, tbsp coconut oil
Meal 4: pwo: 35 protein, 20 carbs
Meal 5: 6 oz lean ham, 1 cup salad
Will post rest of my meals later tonight
Training: Chest
SMASH: Had my dose around 1:30ish today
Energy: 9 - For some reason the energy component seemed to hit me really hard today. Wasn't overwhelming at all though, felt great.
Endurance: 8 - Workout flew by today for some reason, probably cause I'm resting for less than 30 seconds between sets.
Pumps: 9.5 - holy sh*t crazy pumps today. My chest felt solid and I even had some vascularity in my upper chest/shoulders.
Strength: 8 - Felt pretty good today, I decided to start with dumbbell presses instead of barbell to switch it up a bit. I seem to be making some nice strength gains even while in a low carb state.
Flat bench dumbbell presses
warm up: 40s x 15
set 2: 60s x 10
set 3: 70s x 7
set 4: 80s x 5
I did it a little different today. Normally I go for reps so I increase by 5 pounds each set. I did feel pretty good today. I seem to struggle with dumbbells though.
Incline Barbell presses:
135 x 10
155 x 7
175 x 6
195 x 3
Flat bench flyes:
20s x 12
25s x 10
30s x 8
Cable flyes:
2 drop sets starting at 50 lbs
Pushups:
20 rest pause reps to finish up
I felt pretty good during my workout time. I probably could have done more on the inclines if I took longer rest periods but I feel I get a better workout if I keep myself going. Overall, I look and feel good. I seem to be getting a little leaner in my midsection which is the only place on my body that I really have bodyfat.

DAY 14: High carb day, will explain below
Meal 1: 1 scoop syntha 6, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 1 can tuna, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 3: 6 oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, small salad
Meal 4: Now this was a major cheat meal. If anyone has ever been to Fire and Ice you know what I mean. It's an "improv grill" which has a buffet of uncooked meats and veggies and you make your own plate and bring up your sauces and what not and they cook it for you right there its pretty cool. Not cool for my diet though this is what I ate (only 2 platefuls though):
Chicken, salmon, mahi mahi, shrimp, calamari, tuna, steak, lobster, tons of veggies, egg noodles...I can't even remember what else. It was damn good though!
Meal 5: Nothing, too stuffed
Meal 6: 1 scoop casein, 1 scoop whey, handful almonds
Training: Biceps, triceps, abs
I don't usually train on Wednesdays but I have to skip Friday's workout due to work.
SMASH: had my dose around 12:30 this afternoon
Energy: 6 - Didn't feel the jolt that I normally do from the SMASH today. Didn't feel too great overall I woke up with a headache and it lasted basically all day.
Endurance: 8 - I did supersets today and felt great
Pumps: 9.5 - Awesome pumps today, my arms are looking pretty vascular
Strength: 8 - Felt alright, nothing special but no decreases in weights which is good.
Barbell curls/skullcrushers: 3 supersets
Preacher curls/overhead tricep extension: 3 supersets
cable rope pulldowns/reverse cable curls: 3 supersets
Reverse crunches/hanging leg raises: 2 supersets
Decline crunches: 2 sets of 25
Besides that big dinner I had, everything went fine today. My weight is down to 167 (or it was this morning) which I'm pumped about. I'm not really worried about that cheat meal since I've been very motivated as of late. I'll be up early tomorrow doing cardio to make up for it.

Meal 2: 6 oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, small salad
Meal 3: 1 can tuna, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 4: Post workout shake: 40 grams whey, 20 grams carbs
Meal 5: (planned for later) same as meal 2
Meal 6: Bedtime shake: 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein, 6 grams various EFA's
Training: Legs
SMASH: Took my serving around 2:30 today
Energy: 8 - Great energy today. I'm half way through this log and I haven't built up a tolerance to the caffeine yet which is great. After about a week on No Xplode the effects started to diminish.
Endurance: 9 - Had a great workout today, I flew through my sets with barely any rest besides reracking plates.
Strength: 9 - Felt good during squates today, I decided to go higher with reps today because my knees having been really bothering me lately.
Pumps: 9.5 - My legs had some wicked pumps today especially in my calves. My calves are becoming more and more vascular as of late which I'm pumped about. I could barely walk down the stairs after my workout today lol. Even the gas pedal made my legs shake on the way home.
Squats:
set 1: 135 x 20
set 2: 155 x 15
set 3: 175 x 15
set 4: 205 x 12
set 5: 225 x 8
Leg Press:
180 x 15
270 x 12
360 x 10
450 x 7
Single Leg Extensions:
10 x 15
20 x 12
25 x 10
Seated Leg curls:
50 x 12
60 x 10
75 x 8
Standing calf raise supersets: here is what I do - 1 set standing calf raises using smith machine and a 6 inch step with 105 pounds, 1 set to failure just using the 6 inch step with no weight, 1 set to failure standing calf raises on the ground. I do this 3 times.
I forgot to mention that I also did a half hour of cardio this morning when I woke up. I only used the SMASH before my lifting though. So far I'm half way through my log and I love the Smash. I will use this product again after this log is complete but I will only use it on workout days. Normally I use these type of supplements only on workout days but since I'm running a log using just this product, I feel it's important to follow the directions on the bottle. Also, it's the only creatine I'm using now so I take it every day to keep my levels up. Overall, I definitly recommend SMASH to anyone looking for a solid, cost efficient preworkout supp. I'm making some nice strength gains and I seem to be toning up a lot. Of course this has a lot to do with my diet but Smash has helped me keep my intensity in the gym. :D

DAY 18: Zero Carb Day
Macros: 300 protein, <5 carbs, 80 fat
I did cardio this morning on an empty stomach. My workout consisted of running on the treadmill for 20 minutes at speed 5.5 followed by 20 minutes on the eliptical. Felt great this morning - I could have done more but I was pressed for time so I had to stop. Overall, I love the endurance and energy I get from the SMASH. Even for cardio it seems to help me a lot.
I will post my diet later today when I get home from work.
Post cardio I had 25 grams of Pure Egg white protein and 2 scoops of Xtend.

Looking forward to seeing what you consumed today.
Glad SMASH is helping you with your cardio aswell. It helps me with cardio too.

So far so good today as far as my diet is concerned. I really need to step it up with cardio I just hate the way I look right now even though I've lost some weight. My diet has been very strict these last couple of weeks so if I start donig some more cardio and core work I should be fine. I will weigh in on Tuesday morning and I hope to measure bf% as well.

wow, those look intense man. How many do you do in yoru typical set
My first set I got about 10 to each side then second and third about 7-8 on each side. It's kinda hard to keep track in that prone position lol. It's definitly intense last night was my first time trying them and I'm sore as hell today.

DAY 20: Low Carb day
Macros: 275 protein, <100 carbs, 75 carbs
Meal 1: 1 scoop pro v 60, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2: postworkout shake: 40 grams whey, 20 carbs
Meal 3: 1 can tuna, 6 grams EFAs
Meal 4: MRP: 40 protein, 20 carbs, 6 fat
Meal 5: 5 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices whole wheat bread
Meal 6: Pre-bedtime shake: 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein, 10 grams efas
Training: Chest
Energy: 8 - Decent energy today
Endurance: 9 - Endurance from Smash is excellent. I feel that I can power through my workouts and still get a good workout in. Also cardio is a breeze.
Strength: 9 - I had some nice strength gains in comparison with last week's chest day.
Pumps: 9.5 - AWESOME pumps today, my chest felt massive.
Flat bench bench presses:
135 x 15
175 x 10
205 x 6
215 x 4
Usually I focus on more reps but I decided to go a little heavier today. It felt great considering that I've never done 215 for more than 2 reps. This is probably because I was doing too many sets before going heavy before.
Incline dumbbell presses:
40s x 12
50s x 10
65s x 7
70s x 5
Flat dumbbell flyes:
20s x 12
30s x 10
40s x 7 (This is the heaviest I have ever done on flyes because of nagging right shoulder - Finally seems like I am recovery from that injury, no pain at all)
Cable Flyes: 2 drop sets starting at 40 lbs
Dips: 2 sets using just bodyweight till failure.
Notes: I had an awesome day/workout. My diet is extremely clean right now and I am leaning up nicely. I also put in my two weeks notice at Vitamin World which is very relieving lol. I did remember to weigh myself this morning but I didn't have time to do a bf analysis.
Weight at start of Smash log: 174
current weight: 165.8
I've lost almost 9 pounds in the last 3 weeks which I'm stoked about. Ideally, I'd like to get down to 155 but that may be a little unrealistic if I want to maintain all of my mass. So far so good!:D

*I decided to go heavy for fewer reps today to switch it up a bit. Felt pretty good. I also did 20 minutes on the treadmill post-lifting. The only carbs I had today were from the SMASH itself (6 grams) and my post-workout shake. Energy was lagging about 3 hours after my workout but I managed myself. Five more servings of SMASH left, well, until I open my new container. I'll try to post my weight and bf% tomorrow morning. I know I lost a few pounds I can tell just from the mirror so we'll see tomorrow.

FINAL REVIEW: Axis Labs Smash
First let me just say that this is a great product. I wasn't expecting a lot out of it just because it's very simply. This is what makes it great - only proven, well-known ingredients. I used it for 30 days straight and I never had a bad workout. Even while cycling carbs, I made some nice strength gains. Usually when I cut, I lose a lot of strength so that was an added benefit. It was also the only preworkout creatine/no product that didn't upset my stomach. No xplode, sp250, no shotgun...all made me feel uncomfortable. The energy blend in SMASH is just right - not too overpowering:
Taste: 9.5
Energy: 8.5
Endurace: 9
Strength: 8.5
Pumps: 9.75
Starting weight: 174
Starting BF%: 15
Ending weight: 162.5
Ending BF%: 12.5
I would like to thank all the guys at Axis Labs for giving me the chance to run this product. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a new preworkout drink that tastes great and goes down easy (lol sounds like a light beer commercial). Definitely my new favorite preworkout drink. I will be starting my cut stack next week which will look like this:
Massfx/hyperdrolx2/retain2/Sesamax/SMASH
Thank you to everyone who read this log, now go get some SMASH, you won't be disappointed.
