i finally got to use my free sample of Smash Monday. Taste is very good, mixes pretty well not quite as good as exceed. Remember this review is from only one use:
I didn't feel quite as energized/focussed as w/ exceed, but i did have more strength and pump. Good news is its a really great product, but i do have some bad news for poor ol' me.
Smash enabled me to go from 300lb on my hammer press bench workout to 320 4+4+5 (rest paused) however i have reached my plateua :x ... my broke ass shoulders can't keep up, and i agrivated an old injury; thus sadly i'm not gonna be able to give a good review on my second serving.
so i guess i'm gonna be stuck w/ out lifting for a while.... and i guess w/out lifting heavy forever. anyone have any tips on good workouts w/out slinging real heavy weights. i've tried to be careful w/ my shoulders i never use regular bench anymore, thought incline smith,and hammer press were a safer route, but i guess my rotators are shot... if i ever get a real job w/ good insurance i'm gonna have to get them fixed!
