MY STATS
Height: 6'2
Age: 23
Weight:232
BF%: 9.8%
Max Bench: 410 (about 3 years ago, raw, and at 205lbs) I had a complete tear of my left pectoral so heavy bar bench presses are done for me.
Max Squat: 565 (I havent done them in a while, because I train in a garage and we havent purchased another rack yet.)
Max Deadlift: 545 (Currently 515 is about my max as I am going back to the drawing board and trying to perfect my form.)

TRAINING
My training style changes a lot. I train off of instinct mostly. Im very aware of how my body reacts to different styles. I've done DC, HIT, High-Volume and currently, its a mix of high intensity and high volume. I wont be listing my planned workouts as they change so frequently, but I will be listing each workout I have and feelings on each exercise.

NUTRITION
Training Days
9AM: 10liquid whites, 1scoop WPI, 1cup slow oats, 1cup applejuice, 1cup water
10:50AM: (Preworkout) 2scoops WPI, .5cup slow oats, 2cups water
11AM-130PM: drinking 1gallon of water with flavored BCAAS)
1:45PM: (Postworkout) 2scoops Vitargo, 2scoopsWPI, 2cups water
4PM: 1cup brown rice, 10oz grilled chicken, .5cup blackbeans
6PM: 1/2lb 93/7 lean beef on 2 wholewheat buns(or with more brownrice)
8PM: 10oz grilled chicken, handful of lowsalt cashews
10PM: 3scoops MuscleMilk, 1 serving (5gsFiber) Pysilliumseedhusks, 2cups of Carbcountdown FF Dairy Beverage

Nontraining Days

Basically, I go about 250gs of carbs on w/o days and under 100gs on nonw/o days. This is what Ive found to work best for me on a recomp. Carbcyling is my preferred method of cutting.

GOAL WITH HYPERDROLX2
Recomp is the goal. Im hoping to gain 5-7 lbs and keep my bf% steady and Id love to see some strength increases as well.

STAPLE SUPPLEMENTS
Ill be taking 9gs of fish oils, 800ius of VitE, 2000mg of VitC, OliveleafExtract(immune system), Rhodiola(mood support), wholefood Multi, AcaiJuice(antioxidants), and a vegetable powder.

Product will be arriving today, so today will be day #1. My workout today will be Chest and possibly some tri's if time permits. Im headed to workout. Ill post todays workout to give an idea of where my weights are right now.

Chest
Flat Bench Press(Bar)- 135x20, 225x27, 275x10 (Since I tore my pec, I have to stay around 225-305 and get higher reps. I went up to 305X8 about 3 weeks back and Im just recovering from it)
Incline Dumbell Press- 85sx15, 100sx16, 100sx20
Incline Flyes- 50sx12, 50sx15, 65sx14

Triceps
Dumbell Lying Extensions(like brainbusters)- 40sxfailure, 30sxfailure,25sxfailure
I drop set was all I needed with each set being til failure.
Machine Dips- 2sets of 30 for burnout
RopePressdowns- 2 sets of 20, 1 drop set til failure
Abs- 1 set each of DeclineSitups and Legthrows til failure

Overall Impression So Far
This will really be the best section to track how my log goes and obviously theres nothing to report on day 1. I'll make sure to to detail this section as much as possible.

Incline Dumbell Curls- 30sx15, 45sx10, 50sx8, Drop(40sx10, 30sx20, 20sx30)
Crossbody Hammer Dumbell Curls- 50sx20, 85sx8, 85sx9
Machine Preacher Curl- 2 sets til failure (with partials)
Lying Cable Curl- 3 sets of 20 (mainly a finisher)

Back
One Arm Dumbell Rows- 100x15, 120x25(all I needed) (Im actually trying to purchase some 150s right now, because Ugab loves him some 1ARM ROWS!!)
Superset of Wide Underhand Latpulldown/Straight-Arm Pulldowns- 2 sets of 12/20 (I was very pressed for time todays so workout was condensed and I went for bloodvolume and speed)

Overall Impressions So Far
I felt good today. Its only day 2 so time will tell. Im looking forward to pushing it hard in the coming weeks.

DAY 3

Legs
Again, only about 1 hr to workout so heres what I did.
Deads- 135x10, 225x8, 315 til failure (without hardly any rest)
Leg Extensions- warmup, drop set with reps of 6/10/25 and then 1 leg extensions with 10/10/12. (PAINFUL, as much as LegExt's can be at least)
Leg Curls- 1 warmup, 2 sets of 10 with stack
Calf Raise- 5 sets of 15 with stack( staggered with Leg Curls)

Tris
I just trained these 2 days ago, but I felt like throwing in a couple sets, so I did.
Incline Dumbell Tricep Extensions- (warmups-50x20, 85x10) 120x35(f**ing grip wasnt good. I wanted 50!!!), 100x40, 65x60(burnout)

Overall Impressions So Far
-One thing to note is that I do train in my training partners garage. We have a ton of free weights, but no machines. All machine work is done at my local Recreation Center where most machines are made for beginners. These machines are not what you'd typically see in a 'real' gym, so normally I just list the feeling on these. The weights are just wrong, so I dont list them.

-My pumps were definately up today. My diet is spot on, so hypX2 is primed to do some damage. I dont know if the pumps could be increased this fast, but I felt much more pumped than normal, and I do these fast sessions often, so I think I might be feeling it already. Again, still too early to tell, but so far, so good.

Thanks man. Basically, whats happened is Ive gotten very strong on a select few exercises because Im so limited in what I can do(again garage gym mostly). My triceps are definately my strongest muscle group as well. I tore my pec and had 3 other injuries all on flat bench press, because my supporting muscles werent on my chests level. So, for about the last 3-4 years, Ive been really concentrating on bringing up my other areas. I was out for about 3 days about 2 weeks ago, because I had a bad strain in my trap while doing shoulder presses. I have to be creative, so I actually use a curl bar for shoulder presses and on that day I got 235 x 10. Hell it took me 3 attempts to flip that bastard up there. Sometimes it sucks having to move shit around all the time and the temperature is f***ing horrible in the winter and the summers hell when it gets in the 90s. I have to come up with new ways to do certain things, but I wouldnt trade in for anything. Its really what gave me the ability to fight through those last few reps and to actually embrace the pain of a good set. Hell, I love it when its freezing out there and we dont have any heat. Its like the extra pain from the cold just pisses me off and takes my adrenaline to the next level. Also, I can play my music. Every max or PR Ive ever hit had 'Welcome to the Jungle' in the background. For me at least, Its ideal. I just dont feel comfortable in a commercial gym. I like to be able to yell, turn the music up and just kill shit. Damn, Im bout to head outside for round 2. Anyways, Im now done with my life story, so heres a little update.

Lying Cable Curls(finisher)- 3 triple drops til failure each time(By far the most painful pump Ive had on any machine exercise)

Overall Impressions so Far
I feeling stronger already and again, pumps seem to be increasing as well. My libido is up as well. Well, Im off to tend to it. To AnEx, my fiance says thanks. Monday and Tuesday are off days, so Wednesday afternoon will be the next update.

Overall Impressions So Far
My diet has been spot on and sleep is consistent as well. Im feeling amazing. My strength is def. coming up and the pumps are great as well. I actually seem to be in a better mood as well(possibly the extra test). HypX2 works and it kicks in fast. I know that much already. Also, my weight is about the same, but I think Ive leaned out a small amount already. Well see. Stay tuned fellas. This is getting good. :D

I can't follow ur log anymore! I am way to jealous of ur numbers. Its the amount of weight ur doing reps that is boggling my mind. Awesome!

My weight is still steady, but recomp is very evident now. Im looking forward to getting back in the gym and seeing how much the weight increases. Tommorrows workout will be awesome. Snake and UNC, thanks for the encouragement! Ill be hitting Shoulders and Bis today. Its time to 'tear it outta da frame'.

Sidenote: Snake, I find it hard to believe that you're a Gator fan. You seem like an ok guy. Seriously though, Im a UGA(esp. football) fan, hence the ugabulldogs, and Im sure you're well aware that this will be our year. Look man, you are forbidden to talk smack. We beat you guys in something at least once every ten years. Seriously though, Congrats on the 2 National Championships(It sickens me to say that).

Ok, back to the hypX2 log. Ill be doing about a 2 hour session today and its 40 degrees outside, so Im throwing on some layers and preparing for battle.

Lying Cable Machine Curls- warmup, then 2 triple drop sets til failure on lightest weight(the most painful pump a damn machine can produce)

Triceps
(I felt so good, I decided to throw in some tris. I wont be hitting them again til friday anyways)
Trisets of Bodyweight Dips/Rope Pressdowns/Straight Pressdowns- 20/20/20 for 3 sets( I freaking love the feeling of my arms being pumped like hell and having my tris push my arms out further from hitting my lats)

Overall Impressions So Far
My weight is down about 3lbs from the start and my waist is tightening up nicely. It seems to be in full effect now and with the estro suppression, this looks killer for a Recomp like Im doing. My pumps were off the freaking charts today. My endurance has raised a ton as well. I had to force myself to leave the gym. I could've kept going and this one went 3 hrs(overtraining, I know, but I felt great, so I went with it). LIBIDO is definately increased as well. You can suppress estrogen and boost libido and test with one product, NICE. Im definately liking this much better than the original version and as of right now, Id place it above Jungle Warfare as well. My diet has been good, but no major changes in it, so I must attribute the success to HyperX2. Tom. will be an off day and Ill repost on Thursday following my workout. IM LOVING THIS!!!! SEND ME MORE!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall Impressions So Far
Nothing new to report today. I seem to be leaning out more with each day, which is exactly what I want. Today was the first day I felt this bad in a long time, but again, with no sleep and bad nutrition, what can I expect? My diets back on track today and I will rest up tonight, so tommorrow I'll be redeeming myself. The biceps are probably the most sore Ive had them in 3 or 4 years. I just felt invincible that day so I went with it. Im pretty pissed at how today turned out, so Ill be thinking about it until I get back in there tommorrow.

awesome man, sry I missed this one earlier, I like your diet setup, and although you haven't gained weight, as long as the waist is droppin, weights are increasin, it sounds great. I was thinkin to add hyperdrolx2 to my pct in the future, but I have a good setup, but may get a few bottles of this and massfx for future cycles

Thanks man and you're right, if the waist is leaning out, then its working. Ive found a pct that works great for me with SERM inverse to ATD protocol, but Ill be using HyperdrolX2 in place of ATD, but still running it inverse. I came up with a layout and DR.D helped me a ton by finetuning it a little, so Im looking forward to seeing how my next PCT will turn out. Ill definately be using MassFX as well. It is a staple in my PCT for sure.

On a side note, do you remember when Florida beat UGA about 4 years ago(UGA was ranked like 3rd and undefeated)? Well, my bastard of a friend showed up at my doorstep just after it ended and he was doing that freaking florida clap bs. That has forever filled my heart with hatred for all that is the Florida Gators.

I have about the same amount of dislike for GA. i live in GA, born in jacksonville FL. there have been so many people jump on the GA band wagon since Richt has got there that isn't funny. I dont mind band wagoner's, i just hate when you ask them about it they act like they have been a great fan since "they were a little boy." i guarantee after GA has 2 or 3 decent years you will see the amount of "G's" on the fronts and backs of cars go down a great deal.

that is my rant for the day. oh yeah and we still have Tebow.

You're completely right about that though. All these people wanna just be UGA fans when they start winning. Id rather them pull against us. Loyalty is what its all about. Just like it is with my other favs, I love my teams through the good and bad. I pull for the Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Braves and UGA- Win, lose or draw. Dont worry though, everybody and there momma is a USCarolina fan since Spurier is there. As soon as he arrived, my hatred for USC was multiplied by about 4 million. I hate that guy, but he is a good coach. They've got the top recruiting class this year so he must be doing something right. Alright Im going to get ready for Leg/Tris workout. Later guys.

DAY 17

Legs/Deads
Leg Extensions- 2 warmups, 1 drop til failure for each of 3 weights
Leg Curl- warmup, stack for 8, stackx10
Calf Raises- 4 sets of 20 w/stack + 260lb training partner pressing down on top of machine for first 10 reps of each(again, my access to GOOD machines in nonexistent so I get creative)
Deadlifts- 135x7, 225x7, 315x12(these were done without letting the bar touch the ground. I figured I try something different with a lighter weight and the pumps were really good) Next week, back to heavy deads!!!

Triceps
Closegrip Presses w/Curl bar- 115x10, 165x10, 215x10(First time Ive really done these w/curl bar, but I definately could've handled more weight. Form comes first)
Bench Dips- bw x 20, bw+90 x 15, bw+135 x 16
Dumbell Brainbusters- 30sx20, Run da Rack 40sx34, 30sx12, 20x20 (my goal here is to take each set to failure and then drop, so after the 40s, I was basically done.
Parallel Bar Dips- bw x 31
Rope Pressdowns- 2 sets til failure with pumps(hands together) til failure after each
One Arm Reverse Pressdowns- 2 sets of 25 (finisher)

Overall Impressions So Far
I felt great again today. My endurance and pumps were both off the chart. I definately went with too much volume on the tri's, but I felt really good so I just kept going. My weight is down about 2lbs from yesterday which could be water, but my strength has been maintained in some areas and raised in others. Again, the leaning out is the most notable effect I've seen from this. Its also pretty crazy that you can lower estrogen and raise libido at the same time. Overall, no complaints from me. My joints are fine. My strength is up. My pumps are up. My libido is way up. Most importantly, my waist is down. Im looking forward to taking measurements in about 2 weeks when this concludes.

Triset:1Arm Laterals/Incline Laterals/Heavy Pumps- 30x10/20sx15/40sxfailure and 45x10/25sx10/45sxfailure

Biceps
Crossbody Hammer Curls(very tired by now)- 50sx20, 65sx12
Incline Dumbell Curls- 35sx10, 50sx10, (repout) 30sx31
Machine Curls-warmup, We did 'buddy style' curls on these. We did 10 reps each with 5 weights and for the final drop, we went til failure.
Lying Cable Machine Curls- warmup, Drop for 20/30/51( I almost always do these on bicep day, because Im always concentrating on the peak. My arms are long and so are the heads of each bicep, so I try to emphasize the peak with most of my bicep training.

Overall Impressions So Far
Everything is still going really well. My weight was exactly the same as my 'Day 1' weight. I havent been this vascular in quite some time. I feel like Im leaning out every single day. My diet(as far as macros) has been right on track, but I've been very busy lately, so Ive been relying on MRPs and other shakes a little too much, but thats really been my only option. Things will be slowing down a bit next week, so my normal diet will resume shortly. Im really concentrating on bloodvolume with my training as Im wanting to see just how lean HyperX2 can get by the time this month is up. I have two offdays coming up, and Ill repost on Wed following my workout. HyperdrolX2 is making me very :D !!

Incline Dumbell Press- 65sx20, 85sx20, 100sx24(One day, Ill have my torn left pec repaired and then Ill be able to go heavy again, but until then I have to go high rep)
Incline Flye- 50sx12, 65sx10, 65sx11
Very High(about 75degree) Incline Dumbell EndtoEnd Flyes- 25sx15, 35sx15, 40sx15(These bastards stretch the hell out of the upper pecs. I like to finish with these and I keep my arms completely straight)

Triceps
Incline Dumbell Extensions- 85x20, 120x27(lost grip early), 65x71
Rope Pressdowns- 2 triple drop sets til failure on each drop with pumps coming after failure.
Lat Pulldown Machine Dips(again gettin creative here)- stack+30 x 30reps, stack+30 x 33reps

Overall Impressions So Far
Really, everything is going great so far. My weight continues to stay around 230 and Im leaning out still. My strength is up, but I notice that my endurance has been increased even more than just strength. I do seem to have a slightly increased appetite as well. Throughout this entire log, my diet has been unchanged, yet my hardness continues to increase. HypX2 does exactly what it says it will do. Thats big in the supplement industry.

Overall Impressions So Far
Workout went better than I expected today. I got very little sleep last night due to issues at work, so I was very suprised at my energy level. Things are still running smoothly. Ill update again tommorrow night following my workout. One more thing, libido is DEFINATELY elevated. :o

Calf Raises- 3 sets of 20 with stack
Didnt finish legs (work!!)

Traps
Bench Press Machine Shrugs- stack for 2 sets of 10 with 3 second hold at top of each rep and 20 second hold on final rep

Everything is still on track and my libido and endurance is still way up!!

Overall Impressions so Far
Im loving this! For something nonhormonal to give me this type of feeling is awesome. I just feel energized and in a good mood. My joints still dont hurt and my libido is still elevated. Recomp has definately occurred. The waist is trimmed down and my strength has remained on some ex's and been elevated on others.

I feel great. MY BELT IS DOWN ONE NOTCH!! Thats proof that my recomp is at full throttle. Theres only a few days left and then Ill weigh and make final measurements. This has been great!:D

Nah man, I actually did 102 for one set. My triceps are my strongest muscle group by far. Ive actually done the 65 for 100+ and Ive got the 120 for 48.

Overall Impressions So Far
Well, today is the last day of my test run with HyperdrolX2 and I have to say, it did what its supposed to do and more. I pushed it hard with the extra stamina and pumps I had. I loved the 'feeling' while on it. I loved the libido boost as well. I will post my final measurements, thoughts, and rankings for all aspects in the next day or so.

MEASUREABLE RESULTS
Starting Weight:232lbs
Final Weight:229lbs(-3lbs)
Starting BF%: 9.8%
Ending BF%: 9.35%(-.45%)
Waist Size: lost one full size(belt notch is in unchartered territory)
PRs: No new maxes, but I did get 2 new PRs(in reps).

HEAD2HEAD COMPARISONS
HyperdrolX2 over Hyperdrol original (by far)
HyperdrolX2 over JungleWarfare
HyperdrolX2 over BAM(I enjoyed BAM, but my HypX2 run was just better)
MassFX over HypX2(If I had to choose. I dont so this is my off/PCT stack. I actually think Id pick HypX2 if I was recomping since the estro suppression is great while on it)

The HyperdrolX2 comparison with BAM is kind of strange since BAM is a completely different type of product, but I thought I should include it just to show how highly I rank it. I just felt better and tighter on HyperdrolX2.

OVERALL IMPRESSIONS OF MY HYPERDROLX2 EXPERIENCE
I've said this several times in this log, but again, it does what it says it does. That may sound small to some, but in this industry, it's rare. I felt great and really had no sides throughout the 30 day run. My endurance and libido increase were the best things about this product. Heres the rankings:

Strength: 7 of 10(recomping though, so this wasnt a focus)
Endurance: 9 of 10(felt like I could go for days with most workouts)
Libido: 9 of 10(Estro suppression and a boost in libido. Awesome!!!)
Mood: 8 of 10(felt great the entire time)
Vascularity: 8 of 10(this product makes recomp a breeze)
Buy Again?: Hell Yeah!! and probably soon.

Awesome UGAB. AX needs to get u some 3-AD to test and u need to lift heavy:eek: Enough of these wussy weights and reps! 120lbs tri ext for 40 reps is weak.

Thats the best recommendation Ive EVER HEARD!!!!!!!!! I would like to offer my services to test 3-AD and if Im chosen, I will get a new PR on both deadlifts(600+) and benchpress(will have to be reps on 305, again pectear). Come on AX, its a WIN-WIN situation. I get stronger/bigger/leaner and you guys get to prove just how potent 3-AD is. Seriously though, at the state my deadlifts are in now, if I get 605 in a month on 3-AD, then it really is the shiznit.
