I was wondering if the mods or Chris could open a slot for journals. This way people log workouts and we could follow along to see everyone's progress or lack of.
Just an idea. I would love to keep a journal on here.

I never even thought about adding that to DA! I usually look at other forums when it comes to training and journals. DA would be the only forum youd need if Journals were added:D

This is a great idea. I'd like to compare routines with some of the other members that are as busy as I am:p . My gym time has limited to 4 days a week. I think I'm going to start running more in the evenings just to round things out more. Anyhow, this would be very helpful to me.

I know what Ill be using mine for:
Dear Diary,
Mood: Apathetic
My life is so dark, its like a billion little needles are stabbing me all over. I just don't understand why people don't understand me. Like my dad, guys can make out with a guy, or a group of guys.. this is 2007 not 1960.
I'm going to cut my hair like that guy from that band I like, where the bangs hang over your face...

I think adding journals would be a great addition. A lot of places on the good ol' WWW have them but not us:( . I would totally use them and it would be handy for other people to see what others are doing. It would be great to share specific questions and ideas regarding training and routines.

Why are u confused? Most people keep journals of their workouts, with this section u can keep it here and let everyone know how ur training is going. Keep the training section specifically for training questions. Keep the review section just for reviews and logs of sponsored products.
Example ur contest log would fit in there and then u would just keeping going after that instead of making a new thread.
