Just got up, excited as hell like i'm 6 years old and its christmas......OK, so I'm 26 years old and its not christmas, but its the starting day for my HYPERDROL/MASSFX/RETAIN stack!!!!!:D
So in about 7 hrs, I will have all the starting info, weight, b.f. %, workout, nutrition intake/macros, supps, before photos, etc......
I just wanted everyone to know that my stack has started as of 30min ago....will keep posted

B.F.%:(I went to get it tested at my gym today & the guy I had the app. with was dealing with some poor old guy that had a stroke....I hope he's ok. So my b.f. test is tomorrow a.m.

Ok, I will log my actual diet for the day, I'm way busy today, between class, study groups and work. So far as my "macros" go (what i've pretty much been eating the last month) is:

Diet: 2223 cal / 33.5 fat / 237 carbs / 285 protein.

Other Supps: Creatine Monohydrate (10g/day), No-Xplode (2scoops before workout), Fish Oil (3g/day), Multi-vit, 500mg vit-C (3x/day), B-complex (1/day), whey.

Again, my log will be a lot more detailed as soon as I get back to the comp. later!

Daily total:
2488cal / 50.2g fat / 210g carbs / 311.5g prot.

So far not feeling anything, but its only the start of the 2nd day....man I cant wait for this stuff to kick in!:D

I got my B.F% tested today, went from 15.7% to 13.9% in about a 5 weeks!:D

Yesterday, Day 4:

Diet: (Adding hand full of almonds between meal 3 & 4. Also adding a handfull of walnuts between meals 5 & 6.)
Otherwise: Same

Workout: Back, Bis, forearms & abs.

Hyperdrol/MassFx/Retain: Again, I attack the iron today, I was feeling tired so I took 3 scoops of No-Xplode, so I dont know for sure what it was, but whatever.

Day 5:

Diet: Same

Workout: Rest day

Hyperdrol/mass fx/retain: I have been feeling a LITTLE more pumps, but nothing to rave about......its only the 4th day. I upped my dosage of Mass Fx to 4/day already......the stack says 2/day for a week, then 4/day.

Getting your bodyfat down to 10% in 4 months shouldnt be all that hard. As long as your diet is in check, you should reach your goal in no time! Last summer i lost 3% bodyfat in 2 months with a solid diet and a fatburner.

I'm not consuming anything that will not benifit my body, I look at food now as a "gasoline" that is for fueling my body. Thanks for following my log and backing me on my goal!:D

Retain----1 with meal 1, 1 with meal 5.

Hyperdrol/MassFx/Retain: Feeling some hot flashes, sweating a little more than usual. Thirsty!!!! Felt great during my workout, felt like I just wanted to lift more and more. Attacking the weights. Veins in forearms starting to surface!!!!!!:D

(maybe Dinoiii's got some input?)Question 1: I was thinking of adding a 5th MassFx pill in the mix, which would be Pre-workout. Any thoughts, would it be pointless?

Or should I just leave alone 'till after my stack?

Day 7

Workout: Rest day.

Diet: Same

Hyperdrol/MassFx/Retain: Been feeling great. Nice pumps, my veins are popping out of my forearms and bis....love it.

Day 8

Workout: Rest day.

Diet: same, but was hungry a lot today, so I added another 4 egg whites, another 4oz chicken breast and another whey shake.

Hyperdrol/MassFx/Retain: Really tired today. Having some random back pumps, but nothing painful. Muscles feeling tighter, more veins showing, starting to get the "alpha male" feeling....just getting mad easier. Eating like a horse today.....

I'm going to try and change up my post to be more fun to follow. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Day 9

Checked bi measurements....for fun....down 1/4":x
Waist is down almost an inch:D
Waight is down 3 lbs......dont care, but I want to stay @ 200 lbs while lossing b.f.%

Diet: Still hungry as all hell...so its the same, but like yesterday added 4 more liquid whites (eggs), 4oz chicken breast and a whey shake.

Workout: Legs, Chest, Shoulders, Tris. My weights were up 5+ pounds on everything:D

Hyperdrol/MassFx/Retain: Felt lethargic throughout the day. Felt great in the gym, my shoulder were so pumped it looked and felt like my skin was going to rip.:D

Hyperdrol/MassFx/Retain: Feeling great pumps, attacked the weights. Loving this stack so far. May up my Mass Fx to 5/day for week 3 & 4.

Day 11

Diet: Same

Workout: Rest.

Hyperdrol/MassFx/Retain: Felt pretty lathargic all day. Pumps are getting better, my veins in forarms and bis are popping out:D

Day 12

Diet: Same.

Workout: Forarms and Abs.

Hyperdrol/MassFx/Retain: Leg pumps, felt a little tired at work. Nice workout....pumps are great.

Day 13

Diet: Same....I calculated it out to see where I was at: 2597cals / 210g carbs / 332g prot.

Workout: :x Did a 10hr., bust my ass day at work! I was way too tired.....feel like a pile of SH** for NOT going to the gym. Pretty pissed at myself, but I really had no energy. Going to hit it hard the next few days.

Hypermass/retain: The alpha male is kicking in big time, I'm getting pissed:x off easy. Pumps are still there.

Day 14

Diet: Same.....Just started No Shotgun for the first time pre-workout....DAMN, this stuff blows No-Xplode out of the water!!! Hands down, WAY BETTER PUMPS and more energy than No-Xplode. The taste isnt as good, but its not bad either.

Workout: Great workout! Legs, Chest, Shoulders, Tris.

HyperMass: I'm starting to feel the "alphaMale" a lot more. Attacked the weights with GREAT pump! I'm sure that the NO SHOTGUN had something to do with it.....if you have only tried No-Xplode you need to try No Shotgun!!!!!!!!!!, you will never go back, its like night and day.:D

Maybe...but it is likely too early to write off 4 working to your expectation. A few dietary changes may be more ideal to meet your goals. (will explain in a later post).

Well, this can certainly be a good thing for serotonin levels and even offer a level of satiety (feeling of fullness) and reduce carb cravings. Could be a good idea in a carb-depleted state: CKD, TKD, pure keto, et al.

One of my diet concerns with you happens to be that you are really pushing the envelope on "low-fat." a bodybuilder really needs IMHO about 30% MINIMUM fat intake. It certainly should come from preferred sources: nuts, oils, avocados (don't like em - boo hoo, you got some goals to attain...get used to em), a little coconut, egg yolks are fine in the saturated variety, and so on...doing a search on this forum would likely lend you to a host of places I recommend this that and the next (and you can likely find that fatty acid post that I had initially from the AX forum on various special fats - CLA, Fish Oil, et al) if some recomping, fat loss is in your plan.

Thanks Dinoiii, I needed that, I know your a busy man.
I've been adding a handfull of plain walnuts/plain almonds two times day. Also adding 1 tbls. of olive oil to my before bed whey shake. Your right I do need to man up and add more.....I will search more and figure something to add and repost my diet/macros.

Day 15

Workout: Back, Bis, Forearms and abs. My curls were up in weight along with all my lat weights.:D

Diet: I've been really dead on, same thing with little alterations.....how I prepare my chicken breast, etc....I've been trying really hard to add more fats in. So I started adding a whole egg to my 5 liquid egg whites (meal 2) Also I started eating a handful of plain walnut/almond mix 4 times a day between meals. I put a tbls. of olive oil in my shake before bed and I'm up to 5 fishoils/day (EPA - 180mg/pill, DHA - 120mg/pill). I still plan on displaying my macros again......I have to hit the sack, been working 10hrs/day last 4 days and its my 7th day of work in a row.....a little worn. Dinoiii, I hope that you can help me out more once you know my newly revised macros after I post them......also Dinoiii, I emailed you a question that hopefully you can answer soon.....I'm sure you get a couple hundred emails/day so let me know if you got it or if it became the perverbial, "needle in the hastack" of emails.:D

HyperMass/Retain: Nothing new to say except my weights are up along with my intesity.

Day 16

Workout: Rest day:x

Diet: Same.

Hypermass/Retain: Alpha male is here!!!!! Its great in the gym, but man, sometimes I feel like kicking ass for a wrong look......ok, its not that bad, but I feel it:D

Just wanted everyone to see my results from A.X. Hyperdrol (4/day for 22 days), Mass Fx (4/day for 22days), Retain (2/day for 22days)
I loved this stack a lot, my workouts got more and more intense with each day, my pumps were great....veins popping out everywhere. My diet was clean and I did no cardio, I lost 3.5% bodyfat and 1.5 inches of my waist in less than a month, while adding 1/8" and hardness to my arms.
I will do this stack again in my PCT, it will be with HDx2 so the bottle will last the 30 days, but I'm going for 2 months, may even do the 12 weeks???

Retain 2 and Hyperdrol X2 is more of a cutting stack if you do not add Mass FX. I would wait a month just to get everything back to normal. You wouldn't have to wait though.

This looks great....My PCT is going to be HDx2/MassFx/Retain, then I want to keep running it another month back to back.....so if I need to cut up I think that the after PCT month will look like this (with MassFx added of course:D )

So how would this look, I was thinking like this:
My PCT starts in a few days:
Hypertest, SNS PCT Stack, Supporting supps, Vaporize

Ok...
Week 1-4
Hypertest 4 caps at bedtime(i have an extra bottle)
Hyperdrol X2 4 caps
Retain 2 3 caps

Weeks 5-12
Pick up at week 1 of the extreme cutting cycle from above and run it the 8 weeks supplementing with Vaporize and a prework out drink thinking Smash...
Thoughts? Sorry for kinda hijacking the thread
