I am going to go ahead and start this thread now. Should be getting in Hyperdrolx2 in pretty soon. So the road to mass and strength continues. Everyone seemed to enjoy the results that I got from the BAM. Everyone seems to be excited about the HDx2 so I am looking forward to being a test subject.

I will post pictures which will show the end results of BAM and the start of HDx2. Body comp. hasn't changed much since then.

Stats will be posted later.

Good luck man, will be checking in. Hopefull D.A. get HDx2 before i'm done with my HyperMass/retain stack. I'm starting tomorrow, I to will keep everyone posted. I'm super stoked....like a kid at christmas. I was wondering about BAM. Do you have a link to your thread/post? I was thinking maybe after my HyperMass/Retain stack I would take a few month of supps (except creatine) then maybe try BAM....

I am going to my out the diet plan for the log. I don't think I will jump up on the calories so fast like I did for BAM.

4:30- 4 egg whites 3 whole eggs, 1-2 packs of Grits with chesse.
B-Complex, 500mg of Vitamin C, 1 HDx2, CoQ-10 100mg 2 fish oil pills

8:00- Cytosport weight gainer- 500mg of vitamin C

11:00- Chicken, Turkey Burger or depending on the day Hardees(cheat meal). Rice, Yams and stemmed veggies. 2 fish Oil pills
1 HDx2, B-Complex, 500mg Vitamin C

3:00- Lean Deli meat on Whole Wheat bread with some chips and an apple

5:00- Protein Shake- Whey/Casien mix with malto
B-Complex, 1 HDx2

6:00 Workout

7-7:200- Whey protein shake with maltodextrin and gatorade Banana

8:00- Chicken, Steak, Turkey Burger, or Salmon, with Yams, Potatoes, Rice
Stemmed veggies 2 fish Oil Pills

10:00 Casien Shake, 2 Tablespoons of PB Banana
1 HDx2, 1g vitamin C, 400 IU of Vitamin E

Great workout!! To soon to tell if HDx2 has done anything. I was very happy with the presses today, wished the incline went for more reps. Next chest workout I will need to add some weight for the dips.

Hopefully I will have pictures up tomorrow, one in my DA t-shrt:D

Today I worked my back out. I went for the 10-12 rep range.

Wide-Grip Pulldowns: (w/u) 110lbs (12) 150 (12) 170 (10) 190 (8) 130 (15)
Barbell Rows: 135 (15) 185 (12) 225 (10)
Narrow Grip Pulldowns: 4 sets of 170 for 12 reps
Low Cable Rows: 4 sets of 200lbs for 12 rep then 120 (20)
Rack Deadlifts: 4 sets up 405lbs for 6 reps then 225 (20) reps

Traps:
Barbell Shurgs: 135 (20) 225 (15) 315 (12) 405 (3) then a drop set back to 135. Didn't keep reps on those.
Behind the Back upright rows: 3 sets of 225 for 8

Great workout, strength was good, pumps for awesome.

I did my arms tonight.

Seated DB curls: (w/u) 40lbs (12) 45lbs (10) 55 lbs (10) 60 (8)
Tri Pushdowns: 4 sets of 150 (20) each Wanted to go light here.
Cable Preachers: 4 sets of 130 (15) each.
1 arm rev pushdown: 4 sets of 70 (10) each.

Cable Rev grip curls: 4 sets of 80 (12) each
Wrist curls 4 sets of 65lbs to failure.

Bench dips: 2 sets of BW to failure.

I wasn't concern about the weights today, I wanted to focus on my muscle endurance. Great pump which was expected with this workout. Next week its time to go heavy!!!!!!!!

Machine Rows: 5 sets of 180lbs for 12 reps

Shurgs: 5 sets up 315lbs for 9 reps and then a drop set to 135 to failure

Really good workout. Next week I am going to be doing the 5x5 program so this week I am going to do higher reps.

Notes: Same as yesterday.

Weird note: While drinking BCAA's during my workout afterwards I noticed that the whole while I was drinking it the little sorb in can thing was in there! Am I going to be ok?:eek: Its not cracked or anything and I didn't eat just drank the BCAA's. Help someone!

Those deads/rack pulls you are doing are paying off, you can see the thickness in low back-deep groove. Nice.

Day 10: Shoulders with Deadlifts

I know I did back the day before but I was feeling good so I added some deadlifts:

Deadlifts: (w/u) 135 (10) 225(10) 315(8) 365(5) then dropped and 315(5) more times

Shoulders:
Clean and Press from the floor: (w/u) 135(10) 155(10) 185(6) 225(4)
Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 175 for 8 reps
Lat Raise: 4 sets of 35 for 7 reps and then 25 to failure
Rear Raise: 4 sets of 20 (12)
Cable Upright rows: 4 sets of 200 for 6-9 reps

Traps:
Barbell Shurgs: 4 sets of 315 (12) reps each

The deadlifts felt great. My form was on. Today my hammies were on fire.

Day 11: Arms

Seated DB Curls: 4 sets of 55lbs (8) each
Lying Ext: 4 sets of 115lbs (12) each
Cable Preachers: 4 sets of 150 (10) reps and then 4 partials
Overhead Cable Ext: 4 sets of 170 (8)
supersetted
Pushdowns: 4 sets 170 (10)
Spider Curls: 2 sets of 65 (10)
BW Dips: 3 sets (10)
1 arm rope pushdowns: 4 sets of 80lbs (10) plus 3 forced reps
Cable Curls: 3 sets of 100: 21's

Great workout Pumps were awesome. Could be due to the 30 minute arm massage.

Notes:
Strength is good not great.
Vascularity is unreal. I have some veins popping up in my shoulder
endurance is really good
Really good recomp going on.
Libido is AWESOME!!

Appreciate alot guys. Brent, in my mind it wasn't the greatest but it was good. No matter what I do my triceps never seem to give out. Always my shoulders. The lying Ext. would have been better but my shoulder started to hurt alittle. Really it started to hurt after yesterday's workout.

I have been doing alot of heavy presses well for me they are, but I am having a hard time really getting the inside of my tricep to grow. Any thoughts? More compounds like Rev grip and narrow grip bench? Weighted Dips?

My new workout starting tomorrow. I will skip on the tricep lift since I did them today. I am looking to increase my strength. I will mostly likely run this for the reminder of this log and thru my Tren/SD cycle.

Monday:


Olympic Squats: 5X5
Bench Press: 5X5
Barbell Rows: 5X5
Accessory exercises: weighted sit-ups and a tricep exercise (note that these are not compound exercises and are done to simply round out the program. You do not need to follow the same 5X5 protocol as with the exercises stated above and should do 2-3 sets of 5-8 reps).

Olympic or Front Squats: 5X5 - note that you can reduce the weight by 25% or so on this day if you are having difficulty with recovering.
Military Press: 5X5

Day 12: Chest/Back

I was going to do shoulders but I felt like hitting some back.

Chest:
Flat Bench: 5 sets up to 285 for 6 reps:D
Pullups: 5 sets of 5 of BW can't seem to get past 5 reps but hell thats better than NONE!
Incline DB Press: 4 sets of 90 8 reps each
Hammer Strength Pulldowns: 4 sets of 3 plates 6 reps then a drop set
Flat Flyes 4 sets of 70 for 10 reps each
Hammer Strength 1 arm rows: 4 sets of 3 plates for 8 reps
Incline Flyes 3 sets of 55lbs for 10 reps
Barbell Shurgs: 4 sets up 405 for 8 reps then drop set 315, 225, 135 to failure

Hell of a workout, Strength going up nice slowly in some areas. Pumps were awesome as usual.

Only problem was after doing Incline DB presses 1 time my heart kinda of fluttered I rested for a minute and it never happened again. I may have jumped up to fast off the bench after the set.

DAMN!!!!! I'm so impressed dude. Those pics are looking awesome, been meaning to tell you that your new avvy looks badass. If you pulled me over, I wouldn't bother struggling LOL.

For your tri's, I usually have the same problem as you. I start of with extremely heavy weighted dips (usually the 100lb plate) and then go into bench dips with 3-4 plates in my lap (you need an awesome spotter on these). Then do whatever else to burn out, one arm kickbacks seem to work well for me if I squeeze hard on the extension. Tri's have always been my strong point, and they always get stronger but never seem to grow.... I can't figure it out.

My PCT on my next cycle is going to make you laugh dude, literally. I will be posting all that info maybe tomorrow. Keep up the good work, I'm gonna follow this much more closely, I've been outta the 'loop' for way to long!

DAMN!!!!! I'm so impressed dude. Those pics are looking awesome, been meaning to tell you that your new avvy looks badass. If you pulled me over, I wouldn't bother struggling LOL.

For your tri's, I usually have the same problem as you. I start of with extremely heavy weighted dips (usually the 100lb plate) and then go into bench dips with 3-4 plates in my lap (you need an awesome spotter on these). Then do whatever else to burn out, one arm kickbacks seem to work well for me if I squeeze hard on the extension. Tri's have always been my strong point, and they always get stronger but never seem to grow.... I can't figure it out.

My PCT on my next cycle is going to make you laugh dude, literally. I will be posting all that info maybe tomorrow. Keep up the good work, I'm gonna follow this much more closely, I've been outta the 'loop' for way to long!

Hell of a workout one of my best ever, minus the rack deads. I could not believe that I got 90lbs for 4 reps on flyes.

My only 2 problems with HDx2 is my joints are a little sore. Not as bad considering my weights are heavy for me. My other beef is I only have 1 bottle:( lol.

My body must be kinda of weird. I had great results with the Halodrol50/O-E stack and BAM was better mass wise, but damn if I am not at my strongest and more vascular with HDx2. One hell of a product AX.

Looking good UFC! Dont beat yourself up over the rack deads. I would recommend doing legs first or second right after chest. I have better results giving the larger muscle groups priority in my workout. For the sore joints, try Elasti-Joint by Labrada. Very effective stuff;) Keep up the good work:D

LOL, if I were on cycle I would have still drank(bad LOL). The only reason for not drinking more was I didn't want to be all dehydrated and have to drink tons of water. I am ready to see ur PH log and I am getting all wired up for my Tren/SD cycle.

Its about damn time I got back in the gym:D After a much needed RNR at the beach and 2 days to recover from a little sunburn I am back. Today was one of those days everything felt great.

Chest/Back Width/Traps

Flat Bench: 5 sets up to 315lbs for 3 reps PR!! I know kinda weak.

Traps:

Barbell Shurgs: 4 sets up 405lbs for 8 reps then a drop set all the way down to 135 to failure

I think I am down to 9 days left so I am going to get as much training in as possible.

Note:
Strength still going up
Noticing better endurance than earlier rest peroids are becoming really short
Pumps are crazy.
Joints are still a little sore but not as sore as before.

Def leaner. Everywhere is leaner my stomach so-so depends on the day and the amount of carbs. I wasn't looking to re-comp but it's happening so I can't complain. I was mainly looking for continued strength and some mass. The strength has been the best thing about HDx2. There are some pictures a few pages back, nothing to brag about.

Thanks, yeah well I was consuming a boat load of cals. after looking back at the pictures I put on alittle more fat than I thought, around my stomach. My cals have been alot lower while on HDx2, I think I have gained close to 5lbs. But strength recomp has been alot better on this product. I will say I look and feel bigger now too. I get alot people telling me that.

I would too. Funny thing is I have responded better to HDx2 better than my Halodrol-50/Orastan-E cycle. Weird:confused: I will be running it for my Tren/SD PCT.

I did some legs tonight with some cardio.

I didn't do much I wasn't feeling great again in the gym. I think my wisdom tooth is trying to come in. I am having dull and sometimes sharp pain in that area. I am feeling somewhat drained prob diet, and a little lightheaded prob due to the tooth and hitting some nerves don't know. My jar feels really tight. I have been fighting it for a few days. I will have it checked out.

Squats: 4 sets up 315lbs for 5 reps:(
Leg Ext: 4 sets of 200lbs for 12 reps
SLDL: 3 sets of 225 for 10 reps
Standing Calf Raise: 3 sets of 315lbs for 12 reps
Seated Calve Raise: 3 plates for 3 sets for 12 reps

Cardio:

30 minutes of interbal training.

Notes:
Feeling tired in the gym
Lacking the drive to workout

Believe its due to wisdom tooth and diet.

I use the generic brand of tums when it starts happening. It will usually take care of the problem in a few minutes;)

Today was my last day of Hyperdrol 2.

Time for the summary:

Pro's: For me results might not be typical.

Very noticable increases in strength esp. my bench press and DB presses.
Noticable increase in endurance
Increased Libido although it leveled out the last week or so.
Mood was outstanding throughout, last few days become somewhat moody. I can't blame it on the HDx2.
Very very slight increase in acne
Great strength and modest mass increase, while on a lowered cal intake
Reduction in BF% not sure how much. But noticed by others.

Con's: Can't say there were any noticable sides
Joint pain would come and go but nothing major.
Weird vivid dreams the last 4 days.

For me this has been the BEST product that I have used to date. A very bold and strong statement but a true one. I would recommend this product to everyone and anyone looking to put on side effect free LBM! Even as a standalone product which impressed me the most.

HDx2 will be a staple in upcoming PCT's and standalone's or stack with various supplement such as creatine's and what not.

10/10 5 stars for me. Again these results maybe not be typical.

I want to thank Brent and the guys at AX for picking to log this product and I am looking forward to many more AX supplements and hopefully u guys will remember me and UGAB when and if u need testers for 3-AD.
