Shipment should be arriving here within the next day or two. So, i'll announce ahead of time. Im gonna stack trenadrol and methyl xt (if you haven't noticed by the title)

Info:
Age: 22
weight: 140
bf %: 7
previous history with ph's: Phera-bol, Methyl 1-D, M1,4ADD.

starting statisitcs:
Bench: 250
Squat: 250
Deadlift: 350

Stack:
Trenadrol @ 40 mgs, Days 1-30
Methyl XT @ 40 mgs, Days 1-30

PCT:
Inhibit-E
HyperTest

Supportings supps:
Hawthorn
SAMe
MultiVit
Creatine

Objective: Boost weight to 150/155. Bench 300. squat 315.

Diet:
Clean...lets just say that. high protein, low carbs and fats.

Well, I hope this cycle helps you in some way dude. Keep us posted. Low fats isn't always the best thing though, especially not with tren. Eat healthy fats, eat healthy carbs, you're to freakin small to try and eat like that... put on some weight dude.

the M14ADD was ok as far as strength goes. at that point i wasn't really eating clean (mostly junk food) and got maybe 20 lbs on my lifts.

well if you would like a more detailed description... id be glad to provide one =). some factors for such small gains was that A. I ate nothing but junk and slacked on my diet B. it was some left over pills from my buddies old cycle (not many hell i dont remember the count but i took 1 a day, but thats probably good because im so small) C. about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks into the cycle my developed a pain in my left shoulder joint which really i couldn't do much lifting with arms, it hurt to move them. So those were some problems.

but heres how the experience went.

the first week i took it i was noticing some small gains, was able to up the weight i rep with a little. Then the second week hit and i got some good gains (i really wish at this point i would have maxed) because at the start to mid 3rd week i developed some shoulder pains that were absolutely brutal (couldn't sleep, couldn't lift, hurt just sitting still) and i went to a physical therapist and they said just take it easy they couldn't find anything wrong really. In my opinion they didn't try hard enough i was looked at for maybe 5 mins:x . so from there i ended about the end of week 3 maybe sometime close to week 4 start and did nothing but squats and calve raises, letting myself rest.

After i rested i maxed and my bench had gone up 15-20 lbs. I figure i might have gained more at that time of use but lost as i rested for 2 weeks after the cycle ended. So there was a lot of factors why i didnt gain very good amounts of strength and mass. it was a horrible experience to be honest.

All I can say is EAT MAN EAT:D I am actually bulking right now with trenadrol and phera vol with a diet that really isnt that clean and I am actually losing body fat which I contribute to the trenadrol. Here's my log http://www.discountanabolics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7646

Alright! the day i have been waiting for is here. my shipment came in. so im happy as hell right now. Will start stack tomarrow. So yeah. Im looking forward to this. ill post tomarrow on my workout.

Today was tricepts and the weights are up a little bit...

BB bench: 185X8 195X5 135X15
DB bench: 5X75 5X75 4X75
Skull crushers: 75X8 80X6 75X6
Tricept Push-downs: 8X75 8X75 8X75 \

Tricept extensions: 8X70 5X80 5X70 /
Dips: 3Xfailure

The pump on my tricepts was insane, they were full and hard. I couldn't put my arms flat to my sides because my tricepts would rub against my lats. For day 2 im impressed, not much weight increase. a tiny bit but still a noticable amount. 185 felt MUCH lighter today.

Had a couple small head aches. other than that no other side affects.:D

saturday is normally my rest day so i did nothing but eat a bunch and work and today i usually work out but im so beat and tired now that im working two extra nine hour shifts ever sat and sun im thinking of changing my routine to...
m- tri's/chest
t- legs
w- bi's/back
th- forarms/abs
f- tri's/chest
sat- rest
sun- rest

ill update tomarrow on how my lifts go. for now i have an urge for a tuna sammich.

Dude just incase you havn't REALLY gotten the point so far --- eat like an absolute maniac, and this cycle will be great for you.

i do eat alot...i have been stuffing my face with anything i can. this tren makes me hungry as hell. Shit tonite, i ate 2 tuna sandwiches than 20 mins later a 16 oz. steak. then went over to my girlfriends house about an hour later and was starving so i had a can of chicken noodle soup, a taco salad and about 7 hard boiled eggs. that was within a 2 hours span. and its like that through out the day.

alright following my new workout regime, today was tri's/chest so here was the workout...

BB bench: 5x195 5x185 10x153 5x145
tricept pushdown: 75x8 85x6 85x4 75x5 65x8
(supersets)
tricept extention: 5x80 5x70 8x60 10x50
dips: 15 reps than 1 more set to failure
pushdowns(machine): 8x155 5x175 6x155
pusups: two sets till failure back to back
behind the neck DB raise: 5x35
skull crushers: 8x45 8x45

After the pushups i couldn't really lift much as you can see. Very little rest between sets and movements. pump was again awesome. i just can't wait until i see really noticable weight gains. But im only on day 4 or 5. so we will see soon hopefully. No shoulder pain this time around, so im happy.

today was going to be a leg day but my knee was bugging me so im going to switch around my leg and back day. so today was back day heres how it went...

bb rows: 165x5 165x5 165x5 115x8
db rows: 75x5 75x75 75x5
lat pull down: 150x8
pulls ups: 2 sets till failure
behind the neck press: 8x95 6x95 3x115

not that great of a back workout today, i was kind of feeling sick to my stomach. so i went a little easier today. But on a good note. my last workout i repped out 195x5 for flat bench and today i did 205x5:D im happy.
