chemical break down ?

How do you look at a product and break it down ? is there a book or somthing? I would like to be able to look at something and understand it a little ???

laymans version:

look up illegal counterparts. you'll notice that most phs are basically the same with a couple minor details.

in most cases(all cases?), if you see a "17a" in the breakdown its a methyl attached to it..

the whole this number going before that is a chemistry lesson that ill reserve for dinoiii, its a decent amount of typing..

how are u guys physically breaking down these chains to know what they convert to in the body

Little bit of an "industry" lesson:

Many are unknown, but we can speculate based on organic-/bio- chemistry knowledge centered on functional groups. Some metabolites are identitified already for us of course....but the industry - in the case of many of the third/fourth generation PH/PS/DeS, simply pick something out of VIDA and go with it based on purported A:A activity. That's why when I caution and won't specifically down a product, I may have a tad more insight about the haphazard suggestion of some.

Interestingly enough, this sometimes is called into question because curiosity killed the cat and likely may very well you too, but curiosity tends to prevail and I can appreciate this...I try and promote health before vanity for a reason. Sometimes health does in effect happen as a result of vanity, but this is a dnagerous practice sometimes.

I have been silenced before by companies and distribution sites and the like (seriously) because of some of the things I have offered up. Just be careful before anything. Now, when I put all of this together it comes down to matching efficacy to safety (what would be efficacious dosing vs. lethal dose in the pharmaceutical industry.

SAFETY RULES OF THUMB:

[1] NEVER rely on research coming solely from the ads.

[2] NEVER rely on research coming strictly from message boards.

[3] BE VERY WARY of "free" product.

[4] Read the works of dinoiii! ;) - you knew that was coming. lol
