www.nutritiondata.com has a pretty vast range of food items with the GIs and GLs of them included as well.

Also remember that when combining foods such as rice and veggies, the veggies lower the overall GI of the meal and you get a much steadier release than if just eating rice alone even though rice is a mid-GI food. Fats can also have this effect.
