This could prove to be an awesome recomp stack if the dirt and training is in check. Will check back, good luck.

The battery is dead in my camera and I left the charger in Colorado last week. I will get some new pics later, but this is all I have for a starting pic.
Before pic taken 1/22/07 at 168, after taken 3/02/07 at 172. I lost 2 lb's in the 2 weeks I was on spring break.

I never have before, but I guess I could.

Looks like maybe you might want to add some muscle mass before you should worry about dropping body fat. You allready look pretty lean.

I agree with the fellow Dakotan.

Thats why my goal is to gain 10lb and drop only around 1-2% BF :) . And I'm not really that lean, my back looks like a completely different person compared to the front. The point of this stack is to try and do as much lean bulking as possible. Looking back at when I purchased this stack, X-factor may have been a better choice, but I was expecting to gain more BF than I did while bulking over the last 6 weeks.

Hmm, dude you're going to be skinny when you're done, that simple. lol And gaining ten pounds AND dropping some bf%'s... hmm that's a tall order, but if any stack can do it, this one can (non ph that is). You might consider running the Jw/bam/restore stack alongside the venom tri-lean stack :D

What happened is that as I approached my spring break I was on track to be 175lb and almost 13% BF so I ordered this stack. Then my spring break became 2 full weeks of no lifting and eating right instead of 1 plus I slacked off towards the end of my last bulk cycle and I ended up at 170 and 11.2% BF instead.

Day 1
Sunday 3/18/2007 - Off Day
Thoughts
Today was an off day, just started getting the supplements into my system.
Energy was great with the Hyperdrive for almost the entire day. My appetite seemed to be suppressed quite a bit. I was hungry throughout the day, but I really having to force food down. I may have to hold off on the Hyperdrive for a few weeks if it makes it too difficult to eat a good amount of calories while I'm trying to gain some weight. Libido was almost dead, I'm hoping the BAM will counteract this a little bit once it gets going. If not I have an extra bottle of Paravol lying around that I might start taking in a couple of weeks.
Taking the lean dreams for the first time last night was interesting. About 30 minutes afterwards I got real sluggish feeling. After lying down in bed my entire body just felt really heavily. It still took me a decent while to fall asleep, but much better than the usual hour or so it has been taking me lately.
I feel kind of funny this morning (writing this log the day after), slightly disoriented even. Possibly due to the fact that I only got 7 hours of sleep on my first time taking the Lean Dreams? Not sure if it would cause this though. Maybe just coincidence. Time will tell.

Day 2
Monday 3/19/2007 - Workout Day
I've been using Max OT routines for my workouts lately. I have been getting good results from it and they make getting in and out of an overcrowded school gym very easily.
Back Workout
Pullups - 5 sets to failure, 26 total reps (6, 6, 6, 5, 3) ** Up 4 Reps from the last time I did this workout
V-Bar Pulldowns - 160x6, 160x6
Barbell Rows - 115x6, 115x6
Thoughts
I was feeling very sluggish today in the gym, but I ended up having a pretty good workout. I was able to increase my pullups and match my other lifts from 2 weeks ago having not worked out since.
I decided to stop taking the Hyperdrive for now since I need to gain more weight than I had expected. I am now taking BAM, Thyrogen-X, and Lean Dreams and eating ~3800 calories. I will resume taking the Hyperdrive in week 3 or 4 depending on how things are going.
My weird feeling this morning went away after a couple of hours. I am going to try to get to sleep a little earlier tonight and get a couple more hours than last night with the Lean Dreams.

Day 3
Tuesday 3/20/2007 - Workout Day
Leg Workout
Squats - 265x6, 265x6, 245x6, 245x6
Barbell Lunges - 135x6, 135x6
Straight Leg Deadlifts - 205x6, 205x6
Thoughts
I got around 8-9 hours of sleep last night, but I still felt pretty tired this morning. Not sure if it is due to the lean dreams or the fact that I have started waking up earlier than I normally do. Time will tell.
Since I was feeling somewhat tired and I had a leg workout ahead of me I decided to take a Hyperdrive this morning which I may continue to throw in on days that I feel like I need a little pick me up.
Although I had more energy than yesterday, I still do not go into the gym really feeling amped and ready to workout. Maybe I got too used to the feeling I get taking Purple Wraath pre and during workout. I tried to resume right where I left off in my last leg workout 3 weeks ago with all my weights, but I wasn't feeling too good about the quality of my squat reps after the first 2 sets so I dropped the weight down a little. Lunges and straight leg deadlifts stayed the same though. Overall I had a pretty good workout, I was struggling to walk as I left the gym and I had a hell of a time walking up the stairs to my room when I got home. Next week I should be able to start increasing my weights and if my energy doesn't improve in the gym as the BAM kicks in I may have to go back to taking the Purple Wraath as I still have like half a tub left.

Day 4
Wednesday 3/21/2007 - Workout Day
Shoulder Workout
Military Press - 125x6, 125x6, 125x6
Seated Shoulder Press - 60x6
Side Laterals - 35x6, 35x6
Barbell Shrugs - 225x6, 225x6, 225x6
Thoughts
I finally woke up this morning without still feeling tired. I got about 8 hours of sleep last night, I guess my body is starting to get used to the lean dreams.
I had a good workout today. I was able to match all my previous weights with ease and I probably could have done more weight on a couple of exercises. This was the first workout that I actually went into the gym feeling good and amp'd about my workout. Maybe the BAM is starting to kick in.
It seems like everything is started to come together, I'm looking forward to chest day tomorrow and really looking forward to next week when I will start increasing my weights.
