Whats up everybody, Serious Nutrition Solutions has been kind enough to let me test out their new product Creatine E2, which is a matrix of, creatine ethyl ester, Diarginine Malate, citrulline Malate and Norvaline. I have never done a log before so I'm not exactly sure how critical I have to be? I will post up body weight, strength gains, measurements and any other observations I come across. I think I will start the product this friday, the 17th. I will try and post everyday or everyother day. I have a 30 day supply and hope for the best! I'll be back Friday to post stats.

Okay, I just started 2 days ago and can say my bicep routine gave me a nice pump. It probably isnt a placebo because my last bicep day had the same regimen and weights but lacked the pump I achieved today. Anyways I feel this will reap some nice results as time progresses.
My body weight is very fluctuant at the moment, one day I will be 223 then the next day I may be 226. Im bulking and its hard to eat consistently and maintain a specific weight. If my weight begins to solidify and stay at a certain number I will let you all know. Any other details you think I should share let me know, also, I believe reporting everyday is not sufficient, I will report every 3-4 days or so.

Hey that's cool Future Freak. I am actually going to post a log as well on this product too. I hope it really keeps me swollen and helps me look like I am on cycle still. It'll be good to do this at the same time. I am starting tomorrow hopefully.

Day 11. Worked Triceps tonight. All I can say is, HUGE PUMP! My strength was average but the blood flow I had was "gear like," After 1 warm-up of close grip bench my arms were swole. My bodyweight has not increased, it is still fluctuant from 224-226 or so. So far I'm liking what I feel from this product. I have tried No2 products and creatines and never felt this flushed with blood. I can only compare this pump to minor fina pumps without the lower back pain. I think this product is promising in that it will help partition nutrients into muscle cells very well and become saturated due to blood flow. Until next time....

Discount Anabolics will hopefully have the product available very soon. No one is allowed to post outside links on this forum though. Price wise, it should be very affordable, probably right around the 30.00 mark.

Day 14. Ok, after last week I have shaven off all my fattening cheat meals
and have just been trying to force down all clean foods such as loads of chicken and rice. From doing this I am down in weight. 220-223 lbs. I will start my pre-contest diet in a few weeks so Im just trying to get my body acclimated. Anyways, although I have lost some lbs, I feel just as heavy and "full", mostly my arms. They feel very volumized at all times, which is nice since my weight has dropped. This product seems to suction water from anywhere it can, subcutaneous, from food, water intake etc... and shuttle it right into the muscle cells. I am more dehydrated and need to up my water intake. Workouts are good as I stated before and I love arms days the most due to obvious reasons: increased vascularity and volumized "bubbly" visual appearance. I just might have to buy a supply of this stuff and run it right into my pre-contest phase for cell volumization, this could be a secret weapon to stay full while on low carbs?
until next time........

why is it that the regular e2 you are suppose to take a serving before and after workout where as with the e2 matrix you take one when you wake up and on before work out?

why is it that the regular e2 you are suppose to take a serving before and after workout where as with the e2 matrix you take one when you wake up and on before work out?
Regular Creatine E2 is straight CEE caps, containing 1500 mg. per 2 capsule dose. Therefore, you take 1500 mg. before training, 1500 mg. after training, and 1500 mg. spaced out at a different time of the day.
Creatine E2 Matrix contains 2000 mg. of CEE per serving, along with 2:1 DiArginine Malate, Citrulline Malate, and Norvaline. Therefore, since the milligrams of CEE is higher per serving, you look for the most beneficial times to take the 2 servings daily since most people would not need to take any more than that. Due to the ingredient combination of the product, and due to trying to best space out the dosage of CEE, the directions are to take it 30 to 60 minutes prior to a workout, due to not only the CEE but the 2:1 DiArginine Malate, Citrulline Malate,. and Norvaline. Then, you say, okay, I took this product pre-workout, so in order maintain a constant supply of nutrients in my system, the most effective way is to try to space my other dosage out as best as possible, trying to time it 8 to 12 hours apart, depending on your schedule. Non-workout days, morning and night is fine.
Okay, to paraphrase:
- Creatine E2 caps - 1500 mg. of CEE per serving; 2 to 3 servings daily; this is a pure CEE product; it can be taken alone or alot of people are stacking it with our CVM Xtreme.
- Creatine E2 Matrix - 2000 mg. of CEE per serving, but with Nitric Oxide potentiators included in the product. Therefore, only two doses daily are required because there is more CEE per dose.
Each product has it's own situation where it would be the most beneficial. I hope I was able to adequately respond to your question.

Day 21. Consistent blood volume during workouts. Bicep vein appears more profound than normal. strength is stagnant, however, endurance is enhanced which is perfect because I just started my pre-contest training and diet today. Good stuff.

Day 24.
Trained back today, performed compound sets so the intensity was off the hook. Felt good and strong considering calories have come down, but strength is my least concern as form and function is first. Oxygen was flowing as well as blood all throughout my body, in other words, great circulation. Basically just another good day with E2 matrix.

Day 28. Well guys, it has come to an end, I only have 1 serving left. Today I worked chest. Im definitely feeling my decreased calories as my strength has staggered. However, intensity, focus and feel were all aligned. I have dropped weight since changing my diet, however my arms look fuller and delts appear more "capped". I wasnt expecting strength gains on this product, I was expecting to be fuller and get good blood flow for better circulation and nutrient partitioning. It gave me a great cosmetic affect. All in all, a great product and the guys behind the company are top notch, very assertive and good to customers. You can expect more, "above average" supplements from these people in the future, im sure of it.
