So im trying to cut, and have decided to take out all carbs from my last 2 meals of the day. The only problem is, what kind of food can i consume that is carbless before bed? Milk, peanut butter, and cottage cheese all have carbs in them. I thought of eating tuna or eggs with milk but am unsure. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the help bro. I noticed you have almonds listed in 2 meals, what are the benefits of them (fat, protein, ?).

yeah almonds are a must on a carb restricted day during a carb cycle. ;)

You can also make some pretty mean and filling salads that are next to carb less. Another option is something I really like to eat. I make a kickbutt egg scramble twice a day and it makes a big plateful for such a low cal meal.
9 egg whites (31.5/0/0)
1 whole egg (6/1/5)
2 cups (asparagus stir fry veggies, found at walmart) (4/8/0)
lightly top with no cal bbq sauce (0/0/0)
total: 247cals 41.5p, 9c, 5f
I also eat a half grapefruit with this meal and a half dozen almonds to get about 375 cals, but for you I would skip the grapefruit and just toss in some almonds into the scramble and chow down. I can seriously make that meal in about 10 min.
I like the meal so much I plan on making something similar when I return back to maintanence cals or slightly above but I will add in another whole egg, some lean beef, and some brown rice! YUMMY!:D

I tend to eat hard-boiled eggs before bed, or tuna.. If you were cutting for showtime, then your carbs should be really low, but since you're not milk carbs aren't so bad unless you bloat from it..
