I am a college student, I also play Lacrosse for my school. I recently tore my ACL which has put me out from February 5th - April 29th so far. I still have nearly 5 - 11 months of recovery but I am starting to walk again (I got the surgery about 3 weeks ago). Ok now for my question.
I put on about 30lbs from bad diet and drinking alcohol, I went from about 160 - 190. What is a good product on the market for me to lose weight fast? I plan to ride a stationary bike and swim during the summer months since that is low impact on my knee, also my diet is going to change to non fattening foods, a regular eating schedule, and no more alcohol or carbonated drinks.
I'm sure eventually I can regain my initial weight and muscle but I would like something to hurry this along, any help would be greatly appreciated!
