Would stacking these too give me too much creatine? What would happen if it was too much?

the creatine in muscle milk isn't a lot to worry about taking in too much

muscle milk is basically an mrp. use it as a source of protein and fat. if you are getting enough protein and fat in your diet with out the MM, then save it for when you are on the run or running low on calories one day. if you want to add a meal or increase protein intake, then use the MM

exactly, so dont use muscle milk for post workout!

you can take it an hour before you workout, then post workout take your cellmass and some whey protein. You can use the Musclemilk again before bed if you would like to

Great that exactly what I wanted to do. Today was my first day on MM. I opened the bottle and I immediatly smelled banannas! It mixed so well with skim milk and tasted just like a bananna milk shake! I noticed a lot more energy for some reason during my work out also. I just got done working out and took my Cellmass. Before I go to bed im gonna take my other shake. Ive been reading the bottle and it says "Increased oxygen flow and boost nitrogen balance." Im thinking it means it does the same stuff as an NO2 product. Anyone know? It also has creatine i nthere. So im guessing this is my Nitrix, Cellmass, and Protien all in one where I might not have to take anything else? What do yall thing?

its nto going to give you the pumps you'd get from an NO product.

Just to make sure, since you havent addressed it directly, are you using whey for post workout?

right after my work out i use cellmass which is a creatine ethyl ester malate by BSN. Then about 45 min after that (i usually go to bed then because i have to work out late, i took my muscle milk.)

you NEED whey protein. Muscle Milk is not a good protein to use post workout because its a blend of slow release proteins. I'd buy some cheap whey and use that after your cellmass instead of muscle milk

"too much" is more of a philosophical debate than anything else. How do you personally define it? Your receptors are likely supersaturated (but this really depends on volume of distribution and is likely directly related to body mass tallies), so does this mean you have ingested too much?

"Need" whey protein? why do you need anything? Bryan Haycook writes some good stuff on ACTUAL science behind the post-workout drink - interestingly enough he has chosen Casein as the major source of protein in his Driver formulation.

Personally, I use Whey almost instantaneous and then come off the workout with a whole food meal or casein 30min-1 hour after. This is followed at 1.5-2 hours by yet an additional meal. This post workout time frame is ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE for your body composition success. Still it is one area that the science is terribly flawed in interpretation.

I always have a 25g protein shake with ~60g carbs post workout, followed by a meal of balanced protein and carbs about 45 mins later.
