Well the words the man upstairs hates hearin came outta my mouth this mornin, I don't think there wasn't a normal word inside the slew of profanity pouring outta my mouth, 163.2, a sticking point, i was 163.6 las wk, this is only .4lbs man, what the hell. this blows man, i have to contain myself from not jumpin on the GD treadmill or stairmaster, i'm pissed. I lowered my refeed today as well. i figure i need to stick with my routine, however i did lower the overall carb load i took on today, and lowered fats to a minimum for the day (which is usual, however i was bein picky about any and all fats)
what the hell do i do, stay positive?

you cant go wrong staying positive. maybe you should try tinkering with the diet a little bit to get your metabolism burning hot again

I got some RTD's, I know it shouldn't be my first choice, but i'm gonna try it tomorrow, have a decent breakfast with some egg whites and a slice of ezekiel bread, then some lean body RTD's and 2 50gram slams, along with some almonds and efa's, if D could chime in and gimme...somethin, that'd be great. I figure I'll do this for 1-2 days. I am gonna hit the carb cycling, maybe a 150,100,50 see if this works.
for the 50g days, my carbs will come from meal 1 (ezekiel bread) and the carbs from my fat and carb sources.
100g carb days will be 2-3 servings ezekiel bread, greens (broccoli, asparagus, green beans, spinach), and naturally occuring from my fat/protein sources
150 days (we'll call this high carb) same as the 100g day except i'll add in a sweet potato or ekeziel pasta.
Gimme some thoughts, anybody. As of lately my carb intake has been around 110-130g, my refeeds at 310g (which was today) but will be my last, unless this is not at all a good idea and I should just stick with my regular carb intake and continue with the refeeds on saturdays, again, thoughts help

well the only thing I can think of that I recently added was the Axis Hypertest, so although its never a good idea to stop a supplement in the middle of using it, It is the only thing that I added lately.
So what does this mean? He's stopping Hypertest, but wh... why... huh...?
Well, my body responded to the supplement, and well, so I figure my body is gaining some LBM and the product is promoting lean mass gains. So what do I have to say to this Axis ppl..... congratulations, your product worked excellent for me, and will continue to work for me.... after my contest is over.

When is showtime?
Why are you counting veggies as carbs?
Why did I bring helium instead of air?
:D
Don't panic, that'll cause you to stress out and hold water alot moreso..

You're probably right about the hypertest, but I wouldn't overly panic about the carbs. Try lowering your refeed amount down, and leaving everything else the same.

I did the RTD thing today, I jus had a chicken salad though, with some no-cal ranch, again drizzled, its mainly vinegar and spices. my body devoured the salad though, i didn't have much time to taste it, i jus couldn't stop shoveling

Don't sweat the veggies, especially if they're primarily watery greens or cruciferous ones.. Not enough carbs, very low GI to begin with..
